本发明公开了一种防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,属纺织技术领域,这种棉纱采用如下重量份的原料制成:废旧棉织品45份~50份,竹纤维23份~28份,茶子提取物2份~5份,碳酸氢铵4份~6份,酰氧基键磺酸钠2份~4份,纳米氧化锌8份~10份,二氧化氯0.6份~0.7份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份;包括如下步骤:A、混合浆料制备;B、将废旧棉织品切为段料;C、将段料水洗漂白,晾干后切为纤维;D、将纤维浸入浆料中升温至54℃~60℃摄氏度并保持3.5小时~5小时,然后取出烘干;E、将纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。本发明可以解决现有再生棉纱存在的防霉效果差、性能较单一的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织用品技术领域,尤其是一种防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着原材料资源的紧缺和保护环境的需要,废旧纺织品回收再利用越来越受到人们的重视,它不仅可以缓解纺织行业资源短缺的现状,而且可以减少纺织品对环境造成的污染,含有很大的经济效益和社会效益,利国利民。因此,怎样生产出即结实耐用、防霉抗菌效果好又天然环保的再生棉纱是人们不断解决的新问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,这种方法可以解决现有再生棉纱存在的防霉效果差、性能较单一的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,采用如下重量份的原料制成:
废旧棉织品45份~50份,竹纤维23份~28份,茶子提取物2份~5份,碳酸氢铵4份~6份,酰氧基键磺酸钠2份~4份,纳米氧化锌8份~10份,二氧化氯0.6份~0.7份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺0.6份~0.7份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、水性环氧树脂和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入21倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃~53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌1.5小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为4毫米~7毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至54℃~61℃摄氏度并保持3 .5小时~5小时,然后取出烘干;
E、将D步骤制得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比含有如下有益效果:
首先,再生纤维浸入混合浆料中,混合浆料中包含具有去污功能的酰氧基键磺酸钠、具有消毒功能的二氧化氯、具有抑菌消炎等功效茶子提取物、具有防霉功能的n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺、具有膨胀功能的碳酸氢铵等成分,碳酸氢铵将再生纤维松散,使上述有效成分均匀地分散在纤维表面以及缝隙中,对再生纤维进行了更好的改性,其次,再生纤维与竹纤维的混纺使再生棉纱经久耐用、天然环保对人体无毒害,并含有持续防霉、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线的功能,并且对人体有止痒消炎的保护作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
本防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
废旧棉织品45公斤,竹纤维23公斤,茶子提取物2公斤,碳酸氢铵4公斤,酰氧基键磺酸钠2公斤,纳米氧化锌8公斤,二氧化氯0.6公斤,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺0.6公斤,水性环氧树脂8公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A、将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、水性环氧树脂和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入21倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃~53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌1.5小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为4毫米的纤维;

实施例2
本防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
废旧棉织品50公斤,竹纤维28公斤,茶子提取物5公斤,碳酸氢铵6公斤,酰氧基键磺酸钠4公斤,纳米氧化锌10公斤,二氧化氯0.7公斤,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺0.7公斤,水性环氧树脂10公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A、将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、水性环氧树脂和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入21倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃~53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌1.5小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为7毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至57℃~59℃摄氏度并保持5小时,然后取出烘干;
E、将D步骤制得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
实施例3
本防霉混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
废旧棉织品47公斤,竹纤维26公斤,茶子提取物4公斤,碳酸氢铵5公斤,酰氧基键磺酸钠3公斤,纳米氧化锌9公斤,二氧化氯0.65公斤,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺0.65公斤,水性环氧树脂9公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A、将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、水性环氧树脂和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入21倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃~53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌1.5小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为6毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至60℃~61℃摄氏度并保持4小时,然后取出烘干;
E、将D步骤制得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。

1.一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料制成:
废旧棉织品45份~50份,竹纤维23份~28份,茶子提取物2份~5份,碳酸氢铵4份~6份,酰氧基键磺酸钠2份~4份,纳米氧化锌8份~10份,二氧化氯0.6份~0.7份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺0.6份~0.7份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份。
2.一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料制成:
废旧棉织品45份~50份,竹纤维23份~28份,茶子提取物2份~5份,碳酸氢铵4份~6份,酰氧基键磺酸钠2份~4份,纳米氧化锌8份~10份,二氧化氯0.6份~0.7份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺0.6份~0.7份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、水性环氧树脂和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入21倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃~53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌1.5小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为4毫米~7毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至54℃~61℃摄氏度并保持3 .5小时~5小时,然后取出烘干;
