本发明公开了一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,属纺织技术领域,这种棉纱采用如下重量份的原料制成:废旧棉织品35份~38份,茶纤维20份~25份,山药提取物2份~5份,芦荟液3份~6份,酒石酸氢钾6份~10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份~15份,过氧乙酸0.3份~0.6份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份,聚乙烯蜡5份~7份;包括如下步骤:A、混合浆料制备;B、将废旧棉织品切为段料;C、将段料切至长度为5毫米~7毫米的纤维;D、将纤维浸入浆料中升温至60摄氏度并保持3 小时~5小时,然后取出烘干;E、将纤维与茶纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳;即得。本发明可以解决现有再生棉纱存在的抗菌效果差、性能较单一的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织用品技术领域,尤其是一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着原材料资源的紧缺和保护环境的需要,废旧纺织品回收再利用越来越受到人们的重视,它不仅可以缓解纺织行业资源短缺的现状,而且可以减少纺织品对环境造成的污染,含有很大的经济效益和社会效益,利国利民。因此,怎样生产出即结实耐用、抗菌效果好又天然环保的再生棉纱是人们不断解决的新问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,这种方法可以解决现有再生棉纱存在的抗菌效果差、性能较单一的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种抗菌混纺再生棉纱,采用如下重量份的原料制成:
废旧棉织品35份~38份,茶纤维20份~25份,山药提取物2份~5份,芦荟液3份~6份,酒石酸氢钾6份~10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份~15份,过氧乙酸0.3份~0.6份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份,聚乙烯蜡5份~7份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将酒石酸氢钾、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水性环氧树脂和聚乙烯蜡置于搅拌釜中,加入16倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持45℃的反应温度,再加入过氧乙酸、山药提取物、芦荟液充分搅拌1.2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为5毫米~7毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至60摄氏度并保持3小时~5小时,然后取出烘干;
E、将D步骤制得的纤维与茶纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比含有如下有益效果:
首先,再生纤维浸入混合浆料中,混合浆料中包含具有去污功能的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,具有增加产品光泽和耐磨性的聚乙烯蜡,具有消毒功能的过氧乙酸,具有抑菌消炎和排毒护肤芦荟液,具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等功效山药提取物,具有膨功能的酒石酸氢钾等成分,酒石酸氢钾将再生纤维松散,可使上述有效成分均匀地分散在纤维表面以及缝隙中,使再生纤维进行了更好的改性,其次,再生纤维与茶纤维的混纺不仅使再生棉纱经久耐用、天然环保对人体无毒害,更使再生棉纱获得天然呈米棕色,含有持续抗菌防臭的功能,并且对人体有止痒消炎的保护作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
本抗菌混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
废旧棉织品35公斤,茶纤维20公斤,山药提取物2公斤,芦荟液3公斤,酒石酸氢钾6公斤,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12公斤,过氧乙酸0.3公斤,水性环氧树脂8公斤,聚乙烯蜡5公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A、将酒石酸氢钾、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水性环氧树脂和聚乙烯蜡置于搅拌釜中,加入16倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持45℃的反应温度,再加入过氧乙酸、山药提取物、芦荟液充分搅拌1.2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;

废旧棉织品38公斤,茶纤维25公斤,山药提取物5公斤,芦荟液6公斤,酒石酸氢钾10公斤,甲基丙烯酸甲酯15公斤,过氧乙酸0.6公斤,水性环氧树脂10公斤,聚乙烯蜡7公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A、将酒石酸氢钾、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水性环氧树脂和聚乙烯蜡置于搅拌釜中,加入16倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持45℃的反应温度,再加入过氧乙酸、山药提取物、芦荟液充分搅拌1.2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为7毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至60摄氏度并保持5小时,然后取出烘干;
E、将D步骤制得的纤维与茶纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
实施例3
本抗菌混纺再生棉纱及其制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
废旧棉织品36公斤,茶纤维23公斤,山药提取物4公斤,芦荟液5公斤,酒石酸氢钾7公斤,甲基丙烯酸甲酯13公斤,过氧乙酸0.5公斤,水性环氧树脂9公斤,聚乙烯蜡6公斤;
包括如下步骤:
A、将酒石酸氢钾、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水性环氧树脂和聚乙烯蜡置于搅拌釜中,加入16倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持45℃的反应温度,再加入过氧乙酸、山药提取物、芦荟液充分搅拌1.2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
C、将B步骤制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为6毫米的纤维;
D、将C步骤制得的纤维浸入A步骤制得的浆料中升温至60摄氏度并保持4.5小时,然后取出烘干;
E、将D步骤制得的纤维与茶纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。

1.一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料制成:
废旧棉织品35份~38份,茶纤维20份~25份,山药提取物2份~5份,芦荟液3份~6份,酒石酸氢钾6份~10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份~15份,过氧乙酸0.3份~0.6份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份,聚乙烯蜡5份~7份。
2.一种抗菌混纺再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料制成:
废旧棉织品35份~38份,茶纤维20份~25份,山药提取物2份~5份,芦荟液3份~6份,酒石酸氢钾6份~10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份~15份,过氧乙酸0.3份~0.6份,水性环氧树脂8份~10份,聚乙烯蜡5份~7份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将酒石酸氢钾、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水性环氧树脂和聚乙烯蜡置于搅拌釜中,加入16倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持45℃的反应温度,再加入过氧乙酸、山药提取物、芦荟液充分搅拌1.2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
B、将废旧棉织品进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
