Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米纤维膜的制备方法,特别涉及一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法。
背景技术
21世纪的今天,科学技术的发展给人类的生存与发展做出了卓越的贡献,但是人类忽略了科技发展与环境问题的协同作用。自然界的生态环境遭受严重的破坏,人类的健康受到极大的威胁。2003年的非典,后期的各种禽流感以及细菌病毒肆意恒生使人类面临着前所未有的灾难。因此人们开始在吃喝住行、抗菌纺织品等方面上对抗菌具有极高的要求。
传统的纳米纤维膜由于其纤维直径小,孔径小,孔隙率高,比表面积大等特点,使其在空气过滤,水处理,催化,医药等领域具有广泛的应用。但是,通过在纺丝液中添加各种小分子纳米颗粒不仅仅增加了纺丝工艺的难度,同时也大大降低了功能材料的活性点,其成本大大增加。传统的纳米纤维膜通过其表面修饰的多孔纳米纤维使其成形成壳核结构薄膜,且同时可以固定一些其它的纳米颗粒,金属颗粒如金属银,铜,锌,金属盐溶液如硝酸银,硝酸铜,硝酸锌,金属氧化物如氧化铜,氧化锌,氧化铁,氧化锆等,无机纳米颗粒如二氧化钛,电气石,勃姆石等其中的一种或多种,纳米纤维膜具有抗菌效果的同时固定了纳米颗粒,增加了其表面积和与细菌接触的范围,且具有不易脱落的特点,从而加强了抗菌效果。纳米纤维膜不仅具有优异的抗菌性能,还具有耐酸、耐水洗、无毒等特点,因此,制备有机无机杂化纳米抗菌剂对功能纳米纤维膜的修饰具有重大的实用意义。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,提升了纳米纤维膜的抗菌性能,提高了纳米纤维的力学性能。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计将丙烯腈95-108份、甲基丙烯酸12-20份、二甲基亚砜60-80份、聚环氧乙烷3-8份、硫氰酸钠8-15份和水20-40份混合均匀后,经过过滤和脱泡处理后,得到纺丝原液;
(2)将纺丝原液加入静电纺丝机中纺织得到纳米纤维基膜;
(3)按重量份数计将烷基硫酸钠35-42份、纳米银粉5-10份、甘油12-18份、二丙二醇20-25份和活性炭15-22份混合均匀后得到混合物;
(4)按重量份数比计将混合物和水按(5-18):100混合均匀后得到抗菌浸润液A;
(5)按重量份数比计将混合物和水按(15-25):100混合均匀后得到抗菌浸润液B;
(6)通过浸润设备先将纳米纤维基膜浸润在抗菌浸润液A中,热压后再次浸润在抗菌浸润液B中,烘干后即可得到抗菌纳米纤维膜。
进一步的,浸润设备包括设备壳体,设备壳体中垂直的设有第一分隔板和第二分隔板,第一分隔板和第二分隔板自左向右将设备壳体中分隔成第一浸润腔、第二浸润腔和烘干腔;
第一分隔板的上部水平的设有第一通道,第一通道中可转动的设有第一压辊和第二压辊,第一压辊压设在第二压辊的上方;第一浸润腔的左侧壁上设有进口,第二浸润腔的右侧壁上设有第一出口,进口与第一出口位于同于水平面上,烘干腔的右侧壁上设有第二出口,第二出口位于第一出口的下方;
第一浸润腔中设有第一换向辊、第二换向辊、第三换向辊和第四换向辊,第二浸润腔中设有第五换向辊、第六换向辊、第七换向辊和第八换向辊,烘干腔中设有第九换向辊、第十换向辊、第十一换向辊和第十二换向辊;
第一换向辊设置在进口的右侧,第二换向辊设置在第一换向辊的下方,第三换向辊设置在第二换向辊的右侧,第四换向辊设置在第三换向辊的上方、且第四换向辊与第一通道对应设置;
第五换向辊与第一通道对应的设置在第五换向辊的右侧,第六换向辊设置在第五换向辊的下方,第七换向辊设置在第六换向辊的右侧,第八换向辊设置在第七换向辊的上方、且与第一出口对应设置;
第九换向辊与第一出口对应的设置在第八换向辊的右侧,第十换向辊设置在第九换向辊的下方,第十一换向辊设置在第十换向辊的左侧,第十二换向辊设置在第十一换向辊的下方、且与第二出口对应设置;
纳米纤维基膜经过进口进入第一浸润腔中,依次绕过第一换向辊、第二换向辊、第三换向辊和第四换向辊,经过抗菌浸润液A的浸润后,经由第一通道进入第二浸润腔中;再依次绕过第五换向辊、第六换向辊、第七换向辊和第八换向辊后经由第一出口进入烘干腔中;再依次绕过第九换向辊、第十换向辊、第十一换向辊和第十二换向辊后由第二开口送出;第一通道的第一压辊和第二压辊相互压合的对纳米纤维基膜进行预烘干;
第一浸润腔中设有抗菌浸润液A,第二浸润腔中设有抗菌浸润液B,第一浸润腔和第二浸润腔中均设有补液机构;
补液机构包括进液管、上传动组件和下搅拌组件;
上传动组件包括上支撑架,上支撑架固定在设备壳体的顶部,上转轴可转动的设置在上支撑架上,上转轴的外壁上设有一圈转叶,上转轴的一端穿过上支撑架与第一传动齿轮固定连接;
下搅拌组件包括下支撑架,下支撑架与上支撑架对应的固定在设备壳体的底部,下支撑架上可转动的设有下转轴,下转轴的外壁上设有一圈搅拌叶,下转轴的一端穿过下支撑架与第二传动齿轮固定连接,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮之间通过链条加以连接;
进液管固定在设备壳体的顶部,进液管的出液端朝向上传动组件弯折设置,进液管用于向第一浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液A或者向第二浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液B,抗菌浸润液A和抗菌浸润液B通过进液管分别落在相应的转叶上,使相应的上转轴进行转动,从而带动位于下方的下搅拌组件的下转轴随之转动,从而对相应的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B进行搅拌;
烘干腔的侧壁上设有多个进气管,烘干腔的顶部设有出气管,进气管用于向烘干腔中通入热气,对纳米纤维基膜进行烘干。
进一步的,转叶的中部凹陷的形成V形槽,当转叶旋转至上转轴的右侧时,V形槽的开口向上设置,进液管中的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B冲击至V形槽上。
进一步的,第一压辊中填充导热油。
进一步的,第一压辊的外径大于第二压辊的外径。
进一步的,第一浸润腔和第二浸润腔中均设有一个第一液位传感器和一个第二液位传感器,第一液位传感器位于第一通道的下方,第二液位传感器位于第二转向辊与第一液位传感器之间,第一液位传感器和第二液位传感器分别与控制器相连接。
进一步的,补液机构的控制方法为:
(1)当第一浸润腔或第二浸润腔中的溶液低于第二液位传感器时,控制器接受到信号,控制通过进液管进行补液;
(2)进液管向第一浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液A或者向第二浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液B,抗菌浸润液A和抗菌浸润液B通过进液管分别落在相应的转叶上,使相应的上转轴进行转动,从而带动位于下方的下搅拌组件的下转轴随之转动,从而对相应的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B进行搅拌;
(3)当溶液增高至第一液位传感器位置时,控制器接受到信号,控制停止补液即可。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明提升了纳米纤维膜的抗菌性能,提高了纳米纤维的力学性能;
(2)本发明通过浸润设备对纳米纤维基膜进行浸润烘干操作,操作简便,自动化程度高,节约了成本,提高了效率,同时还保证了纳米纤维膜成本的性能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案更加清晰明确,下面对本发明进行进一步描述,任何对本发明技术方案的技术特征进行等价替换和常规推理得出的方案均落入本发明保护范围。
实施例一
一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计将丙烯腈100份、甲基丙烯酸16份、二甲基亚砜70份、聚环氧乙烷5份、硫氰酸钠12份和水30份混合均匀后,经过过滤和脱泡处理后,得到纺丝原液;
(2)将纺丝原液加入静电纺丝机中纺织得到纳米纤维基膜;
(3)按重量份数计将烷基硫酸钠38份、纳米银粉7份、甘油15份、二丙二醇22份和活性炭18份混合均匀后得到混合物;
(4)按重量份数比计将混合物和水按9:100混合均匀后得到抗菌浸润液A;
(5)按重量份数比计将混合物和水按21:100混合均匀后得到抗菌浸润液B;
(6)通过浸润设备先将纳米纤维基膜浸润在抗菌浸润液A中,热压后再次浸润在抗菌浸润液B中,烘干后即可得到抗菌纳米纤维膜。
进一步的,浸润设备包括设备壳体1,设备壳体中垂直的设有第一分隔板2和第二分隔板3,第一分隔板和第二分隔板自左向右将设备壳体中分隔成第一浸润腔4、第二浸润腔5和烘干腔6;
第一分隔板的上部水平的设有第一通道7,第一通道中可转动的设有第一压辊8和第二压辊9,第一压辊压设在第二压辊的上方;第一浸润腔的左侧壁上设有进口,第二浸润腔的右侧壁上设有第一出口,进口与第一出口位于同于水平面上,烘干腔的右侧壁上设有第二出口,第二出口位于第一出口的下方;
第一浸润腔中设有第一换向辊10、第二换向辊11、第三换向辊12和第四换向辊13,第二浸润腔中设有第五换向辊14、第六换向辊15、第七换向辊16和第八换向辊17,烘干腔中设有第九换向辊18、第十换向辊19、第十一换向辊20和第十二换向辊21;
第一换向辊设置在进口的右侧,第二换向辊设置在第一换向辊的下方,第三换向辊设置在第二换向辊的右侧,第四换向辊设置在第三换向辊的上方、且第四换向辊与第一通道对应设置;
第五换向辊与第一通道对应的设置在第五换向辊的右侧,第六换向辊设置在第五换向辊的下方,第七换向辊设置在第六换向辊的右侧,第八换向辊设置在第七换向辊的上方、且与第一出口对应设置;
第九换向辊与第一出口对应的设置在第八换向辊的右侧,第十换向辊设置在第九换向辊的下方,第十一换向辊设置在第十换向辊的左侧,第十二换向辊设置在第十一换向辊的下方、且与第二出口对应设置;
纳米纤维基膜22经过进口进入第一浸润腔中,依次绕过第一换向辊、第二换向辊、第三换向辊和第四换向辊,经过抗菌浸润液A的浸润后,经由第一通道进入第二浸润腔中;再依次绕过第五换向辊、第六换向辊、第七换向辊和第八换向辊后经由第一出口进入烘干腔中;再依次绕过第九换向辊、第十换向辊、第十一换向辊和第十二换向辊后由第二开口送出;第一通道的第一压辊和第二压辊相互压合的对纳米纤维基膜进行预烘干;
第一浸润腔中设有抗菌浸润液A,第二浸润腔中设有抗菌浸润液B,第一浸润腔和第二浸润腔中均设有补液机构;
补液机构包括进液管23、上传动组件24和下搅拌组件25;
上传动组件包括上支撑架26,上支撑架固定在设备壳体的顶部,上转轴27可转动的设置在上支撑架上,上转轴的外壁上设有一圈转叶28,上转轴的一端穿过上支撑架与第一传动齿轮29固定连接;
下搅拌组件包括下支撑架30,下支撑架与上支撑架对应的固定在设备壳体的底部,下支撑架上可转动的设有下转轴31,下转轴的外壁上设有一圈搅拌叶32,下转轴的一端穿过下支撑架与第二传动齿轮33固定连接,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮之间通过链条34加以连接;
进液管固定在设备壳体的顶部,进液管的出液端朝向上传动组件弯折设置,进液管用于向第一浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液A或者向第二浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液B,抗菌浸润液A和抗菌浸润液B通过进液管分别落在相应的转叶上,使相应的上转轴进行转动,从而带动位于下方的下搅拌组件的下转轴随之转动,从而对相应的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B进行搅拌;
烘干腔的侧壁上设有多个进气管35,烘干腔的顶部设有出气管36,进气管用于向烘干腔中通入热气,对纳米纤维基膜进行烘干。
进一步的,第一压辊中填充导热油。
进一步的,第一压辊的外径大于第二压辊的外径。
第一浸润腔和第二浸润腔中均设有一个第一液位传感器37和一个第二液位传感器38,第一液位传感器位于第一通道的下方,第二液位传感器位于第二转向辊与第一液位传感器之间,第一液位传感器和第二液位传感器分别与控制器相连接。
进一步的,补液机构的控制方法为:
(1)当第一浸润腔或第二浸润腔中的溶液低于第二液位传感器时,控制器接受到信号,控制通过进液管进行补液;
(2)进液管向第一浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液A或者向第二浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液B,抗菌浸润液A和抗菌浸润液B通过进液管分别落在相应的转叶上,使相应的上转轴进行转动,从而带动位于下方的下搅拌组件的下转轴随之转动,从而对相应的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B进行搅拌;
(3)当溶液增高至第一液位传感器位置时,控制器接受到信号,控制停止补液即可。
实施例二
同实施例一所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其不同之处在于:转叶的中部凹陷的形成V形槽39,当转叶旋转至上转轴的右侧时,V形槽的开口向上设置,进液管中的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B冲击至V形槽上。

同实施例一所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其不同之处在于:

(6)通过浸润设备将纳米纤维基膜浸润在抗菌浸润液A中,热压后再次浸润在抗菌浸润液B中,烘干后即可得到抗菌纳米纤维膜。
实施例四
同实施例二所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其不同之处在于:

(2)将纺丝原液加入静电纺丝机中纺织得到纳米纤维基膜;
(3)按重量份数计将烷基硫酸钠42份、纳米银粉10份、甘油18份、二丙二醇25份和活性炭22份混合均匀后得到混合物;
(4)按重量份数比计将混合物和水按18:100混合均匀后得到抗菌浸润液A;
(5)按重量份数比计将混合物和水按25:100混合均匀后得到抗菌浸润液B;
(6)通过浸润设备将纳米纤维基膜浸润在抗菌浸润液A中,热压后再次浸润在抗菌浸润液B中,烘干后即可得到抗菌纳米纤维膜。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其特征为,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数计将丙烯腈95-108份、甲基丙烯酸12-20份、二甲基亚砜60-80份、聚环氧乙烷3-8份、硫氰酸钠8-15份和水20-40份混合均匀后,经过过滤和脱泡处理后,得到纺丝原液;
(2)将纺丝原液加入静电纺丝机中纺织得到纳米纤维基膜;

浸润设备包括设备壳体,设备壳体中垂直的设有第一分隔板和第二分隔板,第一分隔板和第二分隔板自左向右将设备壳体中分隔成第一浸润腔、第二浸润腔和烘干腔;
第一浸润腔中设有抗菌浸润液A,第二浸润腔中设有抗菌浸润液B,纳米纤维基膜经过第一浸润腔中的抗菌浸润液A、第二浸润腔中的抗菌浸润液B的浸润后,进入烘干腔中进行烘干;
第一分隔板的上部水平的设有第一通道,第一通道中可转动的设有第一压辊和第二压辊,第一压辊压设在第二压辊的上方;第一浸润腔的左侧壁上设有进口,第二浸润腔的右侧壁上设有第一出口,进口与第一出口位于同于水平面上,烘干腔的右侧壁上设有第二出口,第二出口位于第一出口的下方;
第一浸润腔中设有第一换向辊、第二换向辊、第三换向辊和第四换向辊,第二浸润腔中设有第五换向辊、第六换向辊、第七换向辊和第八换向辊,烘干腔中设有第九换向辊、第十换向辊、第十一换向辊和第十二换向辊;
纳米纤维基膜经过进口进入第一浸润腔中,依次绕过第一换向辊、第二换向辊、第三换向辊和第四换向辊,经过抗菌浸润液A的浸润后,经由第一通道进入第二浸润腔中;再依次绕过第五换向辊、第六换向辊、第七换向辊和第八换向辊后经由第一出口进入烘干腔中;再依次绕过第九换向辊、第十换向辊、第十一换向辊和第十二换向辊后由第二开口送出;第一通道的第一压辊和第二压辊相互压合的对纳米纤维基膜进行预烘干;
第一浸润腔和第二浸润腔中均设有补液机构;补液机构包括进液管、上传动组件和下搅拌组件;
上传动组件包括上支撑架,上支撑架固定在设备壳体的顶部,上转轴可转动的设置在上支撑架上,上转轴的外壁上设有一圈转叶,上转轴的一端穿过上支撑架与第一传动齿轮固定连接;
下搅拌组件包括下支撑架,下支撑架与上支撑架对应的固定在设备壳体的底部,下支撑架上可转动的设有下转轴,下转轴的外壁上设有一圈搅拌叶,下转轴的一端穿过下支撑架与第二传动齿轮固定连接,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮之间通过链条加以连接;
进液管固定在设备壳体的顶部,进液管的出液端朝向上传动组件弯折设置,进液管用于向第一浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液A或者向第二浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液B,抗菌浸润液A和抗菌浸润液B通过进液管分别落在相应的转叶上,使相应的上转轴进行转动,从而带动位于下方的下搅拌组件的下转轴随之转动,从而对相应的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B进行搅拌;
烘干腔的侧壁上设有多个进气管,烘干腔的顶部设有出气管,进气管用于向烘干腔中通入热气,对纳米纤维基膜进行烘干;
第一压辊中填充导热油。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其特征为,第一压辊的外径大于第二压辊的外径。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其特征为,转叶的中部凹陷的形成V形槽,当转叶旋转至上转轴的右侧时,V形槽的开口向上设置,进液管中的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B冲击至V形槽上。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其特征为,第一浸润腔和第二浸润腔中均设有一个第一液位传感器和一个第二液位传感器,第一液位传感器位于第一通道的下方,第二液位传感器位于第二转向辊与第一液位传感器之间,第一液位传感器和第二液位传感器分别与控制器相连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纳米纤维膜的制备方法,其特征为,补液机构的控制方法为:
(1)当第一浸润腔或第二浸润腔中的溶液低于第二液位传感器时,控制器接受到信号,控制通过进液管进行补液;
(2)进液管向第一浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液A或者向第二浸润腔中注入抗菌浸润液B,抗菌浸润液A和抗菌浸润液B通过进液管分别落在相应的转叶上,使相应的上转轴进行转动,从而带动位于下方的下搅拌组件的下转轴随之转动,从而对相应的抗菌浸润液A或抗菌浸润液B进行搅拌;
(3)当溶液增高至第一液位传感器位置时,控制器接受到信号,控制停止补液即可。
