Abstract
本发明公开了一种磁棒及其加工工艺,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁50‑60份,氧化铁磁粉10‑20份,玻璃纤维2‑5份,钕5‑10份,一氧化碳10‑20份,聚苯乙烯(PS)1‑3份,硬脂酸2‑5份,消泡剂1‑3份。本发明的有益之处在于:备工艺简单,成本低廉,大大提高了生产效率,可操作性较强,适于大规模推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及磁棒加工领域,具体的涉及一种磁棒及其加工工艺。
背景技术
磁棒主要是用来过滤各种细小粉末和液体,半液体中的含铁杂质和其他带能带磁性的物质,目前广泛应用于化工、食品、废品回收、炭黑等领域。磁棒可以提高电路中线圈的磁通率,提高转换效率。现在市场上生产的磁棒大多是采用昂贵的稀有金属或高纯度金属,生产成本过高,市场上无法进行广泛推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用低成本材料进行磁棒的加工,具体是一种磁棒及其加工工艺,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁50-60份,氧化铁磁粉10-20份,玻璃纤维2-5份,钕5-10份,一氧化碳10-20份,聚苯乙烯(PS)1-3份,硬脂酸2-5份,消泡剂1-3份。
进一步优选的,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁50份,氧化铁磁粉20份,玻璃纤维2份,钕5份,一氧化碳20份,聚苯乙烯(PS)1份,硬脂酸2份,消泡剂1份。
进一步优选的,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁55份,氧化铁磁粉15份,玻璃纤维3份,钕7份,一氧化碳15份,聚苯乙烯(PS)2份,硬脂酸3份,消泡剂2份。
所述的磁棒加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述原料配比准备氧化铁,氧化铁磁粉,玻璃纤维,钕,一氧化碳,聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂。
(2)将步骤(1)中的氧化铁进行烘干、粉碎、过目备用;
(3)将步骤(2)氧化铁、氧化铁磁粉、玻璃纤维、钕、一氧化碳按比例混合搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min;
(4)将步骤(3)中混合物料静置1-2h后,再投入聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂继续搅拌5-10min;
(5)将步骤(4)中混合物料进行混炼,挤出成型;
(6)将成型的磁棒放入温烤室进行烘干,时间为2-5min。
本发明的有益之处在于:制备工艺简单,成本低廉,大大提高了生产效率,可操作性较强,适于大规模推广。

实施例1
一种磁棒及其加工工艺,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁50份,氧化铁磁粉20份,玻璃纤维2份,钕5份,一氧化碳20份,聚苯乙烯(PS)1份,硬脂酸2份,消泡剂1份。
所述的磁棒加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述原料配比准备氧化铁,氧化铁磁粉,玻璃纤维,钕,一氧化碳,聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂。
(2)将步骤(1)中的氧化铁进行烘干、粉碎、过目备用;
(3)将步骤(2)氧化铁、氧化铁磁粉、玻璃纤维、钕、一氧化碳按比例混合搅拌,搅拌时间为25min;
(4)将步骤(3)中混合物料静置1h后,再投入聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂继续搅拌8min;
(5)将步骤(4)中混合物料进行混炼,挤出成型;
(6)将成型的磁棒放入温烤室进行烘干,时间为3min。
实施例2
一种磁棒及其加工工艺,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁55份,氧化铁磁粉15份,玻璃纤维3份,钕7份,一氧化碳15份,聚苯乙烯(PS)2份,硬脂酸3份,消泡剂2份。
所述的磁棒加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述原料配比准备氧化铁,氧化铁磁粉,玻璃纤维,钕,一氧化碳,聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂。
(2)将步骤(1)中的氧化铁进行烘干、粉碎、过目备用;
(3)将步骤(2)氧化铁、氧化铁磁粉、玻璃纤维、钕、一氧化碳按比例混合搅拌,搅拌时间为20min;
(4)将步骤(3)中混合物料静置2h后,再投入聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂继续搅拌5min;
(5)将步骤(4)中混合物料进行混炼,挤出成型;
(6)将成型的磁棒放入温烤室进行烘干,时间为2min。

1.一种磁棒及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁50-60份,氧化铁磁粉10-20份,玻璃纤维2-5份,钕5-10份,一氧化碳10-20份,聚苯乙烯(PS)1-3份,硬脂酸2-5份,消泡剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁棒及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁50份,氧化铁磁粉20份,玻璃纤维2份,钕5份,一氧化碳20份,聚苯乙烯(PS)1份,硬脂酸2份,消泡剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁棒及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的磁棒由以下组分按质量份数组成:氧化铁55份,氧化铁磁粉15份,玻璃纤维3份,钕7份,一氧化碳15份,聚苯乙烯(PS)2份,硬脂酸3份,消泡剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁棒及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的磁棒加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述原料配比准备氧化铁,氧化铁磁粉,玻璃纤维,钕,一氧化碳,聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂。
(2)将步骤(1)中的氧化铁进行烘干、粉碎、过目备用;
(3)将步骤(2)氧化铁、氧化铁磁粉、玻璃纤维、钕、一氧化碳按比例混合搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min;
(4)将步骤(3)中混合物料静置1-2h后,再投入聚苯乙烯(PS),硬脂酸,消泡剂继续搅拌5-10min;
(5)将步骤(4)中混合物料进行混炼,挤出成型;
(6)将成型的磁棒放入温烤室进行烘干,时间为2-5min。
