连杆机构230的至少一个臂可以设计成固定至被施加有来自电动机的驱动力的中心轴(第一轴)220,并且其他臂可以设置为使得照相机雨刷器210固定至其上。
如此,由于随中心轴(第一轴)220的旋转而驱动玻璃雨刷器110,并且通过连杆机构230连接的照相机雨刷器210同时被驱动,所以用于车辆的雨刷器系统可以利用来自单个驱动源的驱动力来清洁车窗玻璃100和照相机镜头250。
此外,连杆机构230用于补偿操作角,以便提供照相机雨刷器210的操作角,该操作角小于玻璃雨刷器110的操作角。
图5是照相机200的截面正视图,其中,连杆机构230与中心轴(第一轴)220的操作相关联地操作。
在实施例中,连杆机构230由第一臂至第四臂231、232、233、234构成,其中,第一臂231固定至中心轴(第一轴)220以施加驱动力,第二臂232设置在第一臂231和第三臂233之间,第三臂233设置成使得其第一端与第二臂232连接,并且其第二端固定至照相机雨刷器210。
第四臂234设置为使得其第一端枢转地连接至第二臂232和第三臂233之间的连接处,并且其第二端固定在连接中心轴(第一轴)220和照相机镜头250的基准线上的适当位置处。
因此,当第一臂231以指定角度围绕中心轴(第一轴)220枢转时,第四臂234可以在连接中心轴(第一轴)220和照相机镜头250的基准线上围绕第二轴270枢转。
此外,照相机雨刷器210设计成借助于第二臂232和第三臂233在照相机镜头250上移动,其中,第二臂和第三臂设计成与第一臂231和第四臂234的操作相关联地操作。照相机雨刷器210可以设计成在预定运动范围内沿引导部240移动。
如此,第一臂231的第一端固定至中心轴(第一轴)220,第四臂234在连接中心轴(第一轴)220和照相机镜头250的基准线上固定至第二轴270,以限制第二臂232和第三臂233的运动。
如前所述,照相机雨刷器210设计成当玻璃雨刷器110以指定角度往复枢转时,通过具有第一臂至第四臂231、232、233、234的连杆机构230在照相机镜头250上枢转。
玻璃雨刷器110可以具有等于170度的中心轴(第一轴)220的操作角,并且与玻璃雨刷器110相关联地操作的照相机雨刷器210可以具有等于玻璃雨刷器110的操作角的一半的操作角。优选地,玻璃雨刷器110的操作角围绕中心轴(第一轴)220呈170度,而照相机雨刷器210的操作角根据连杆机构的臂(231、232、233、234)的长度和第二轴270的位置,围绕中心轴(第一轴)220呈40度至90度。
图6A和图6B示出在玻璃雨刷器110的初始操作阶段,连杆机构230和玻璃雨刷器110之间的相关性,并且图7A和图7B示出在玻璃雨刷器110的最大操作角下,玻璃雨刷器110和连杆机构230之间的相关性。
如图6A和图6B所示,玻璃雨刷器首先位于车窗玻璃100右下侧,并且通过连杆机构230连接至玻璃雨刷器的照相机雨刷器210也位于照相机镜头250右方的一侧处。
当通过控制器从位于车身中的电池模块(未示出)向电动机供电时,中心轴(第一轴)220首先沿逆时针方向旋转,使得玻璃雨刷器110也沿逆时针方向枢转。
然后,连接至中心轴(第一轴)220的第一臂231也沿逆时针方向旋转,使得在玻璃雨刷器的初始操作阶段,当中心轴(第一轴)220沿逆时针方向旋转时,第一臂231沿逆时针方向旋转,因此第一臂231的第一端移动到其最低水平,照相机雨刷器210移动(操作角约为5到10度)到照相机镜头250的右侧(沿逆时针方向),并且如果经过最低水平,则沿引导部顺时针旋转。
图7A和图7B还示出玻璃雨刷器110从最大操作角移动到初始操作状态的情况,其中,当连接至电动机的中心轴(第一轴)220沿顺时针方向旋转时,玻璃雨刷器110在车窗玻璃100上沿顺时针方向枢转。
由于第一臂231设置成使得其第一端与中心轴(第一轴)220的操作相关联地固定,所以第一臂沿与中心轴(第一轴)220相同的方向移动,并且位于第三臂233远端的照相机雨刷器210沿逆时针方向移动。
当对电动机供电以使玻璃雨刷器110从初始操作位置到最大操作角枢转地往复运动时,通过连接至固定在电动机上的中心轴(第一轴)220的连杆机构230,照相机雨刷器210可以在照相机镜头250上枢转地往复运动。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆的雨刷器系统,所述雨刷器系统包括:
玻璃雨刷器,设置在所述车辆的车窗玻璃上;
电动机,为所述玻璃雨刷器提供驱动力;
照相机,捕获所述车辆周围环境的图像;以及
照相机雨刷器,设置在所述照相机的照相机镜头上并通过连杆机构与所述电动机连接,以与所述玻璃雨刷器相关联地操作,使得在所述玻璃雨刷器在所述车窗玻璃上来回摆动的同时,所述照相机雨刷器在所述照相机镜头上来回摆动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨刷器系统,其中,所述连杆机构具有:
连接在一起的第一臂、第二臂、第三臂和第四臂,
其中,所述第一臂与所述电动机的中心轴连接以围绕所述中心轴枢转,所述第二臂连接至所述第一臂的端部,附接有所述照相机雨刷器的第三臂连接至所述第二臂的端部,并且所述第四臂连接至所述第二臂和所述第三臂连接的连接点,以与所述第一臂相关联地枢转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的雨刷器系统,其中,所述第四臂的一端固定在所述照相机镜头和所述中心轴之间的第二轴上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的雨刷器系统,其中,所述第四臂配置为围绕所述第二轴枢转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的雨刷器系统,其中,所述连杆机构位于所述照相机和所述车窗玻璃之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的雨刷器系统,其中,所述照相机雨刷器配置为在所述照相机镜头附近沿引导部移动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的雨刷器系统,还包括覆盖所述照相机的照相机盖。
8.根据权利要求1所述的雨刷器系统,其中,所述照相机雨刷器配置为与所述玻璃雨刷器相关联地在预定角度范围内在所述照相机镜头上来回摆动。
