And the physiological unit provides temporary physiological living environment for personnel in the cabin body.
The physiological unit comprises an emergency box, an oxygen supply device and a water tank, wherein food and emergency medicines are arranged in the emergency box, the food with balanced high-heat nutrition is provided, meanwhile, the emergency medicines can take emergency measures when the person to be rescued is injured, the emergency medicines comprise bandages, hemostatic medicines, pain-relieving medicines and the like, the oxygen supply device comprises an oxygen tank and an oxygen mask communicated with the oxygen tank, and oxygen can be supplied in time when internal oxygen is not enough.
And the electrical unit is used for providing illumination for the cabin body and providing communication equipment for communicating with the outside.
The electrical unit comprises a power generation assembly, a lighting device and a wireless communication device.
The power generation assembly comprises a hand-operated power generator and a storage battery, the hand-operated power generator is connected to the storage battery through a conversion circuit, and the lighting equipment and the wireless communication equipment are electrically connected to the storage battery. Through the hand-operated generator, as long as people need strength, electricity can be generated for lighting or communication equipment, and meanwhile, the storage battery is arranged, so that electricity can be stored, and the strength of the people to be saved is saved. The communication equipment comprises a wireless communication base station arranged in the bin body, wherein the wireless communication base station supports at least two wireless communication modes; the wireless communication modes supported by the wireless communication base station comprise a through-the-earth bidirectional communication mode taking earth as a transmission medium; the communication mode supported by the wireless communication base station comprises a bidirectional wireless communication mode with at least one underground mobile terminal device, the wireless communication base station and the wireless communication antenna of the mobile terminal device adopt a disaster-resistant antenna, a feeder of the disaster-resistant antenna adopts a roadway wall slotted embedded installation mode, a connection part of the antenna feeder and the wireless communication base station adopts a coiled installation mode, the antenna feeder can be stretched in a lossless manner under the action of external force, and a connection device of the antenna feeder adopts a waterproof wiring device; the disaster-resistant antenna comprises a rod-shaped antenna, the rod-shaped antenna comprises an antenna sheath made of waterproof, fireproof and impact-resistant materials, and the rod-shaped antenna adopts a tunnel wall slotted embedded installation mode; the anti-catastrophe antenna comprises an antenna with a protective cover, the protective cover is a streamline side section or an arc side section, and the protective cover is made of waterproof, fireproof and impact-resistant materials without a radio signal shielding effect. The hand-operated generator and the wireless communication equipment are both conventional technologies, and therefore, detailed description is omitted. The wireless communication apparatus can refer to patent document No. CN 107529153A.
According to the scheme, necessary emergency equipment can be provided for personnel in the mine when a mine accident happens, the life safety of the personnel is guaranteed, so that the rescuers can insist on the arrival of the rescue personnel, the equipment in the bin body is simple but necessary, the invasion of external disasters can be avoided, basic physiological requirements can be maintained through proper materials, the hopes that the personnel need to find out and rescue can be actively carried out, and the survival probability of the personnel suffering from the disasters can be obviously improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the electric unit still includes the oxygen making subassembly, the oxygen making subassembly includes built-in sodium chloride's UU type pipe 34, the both ends of UU type pipe 34 are oxygen end and hydrogen end respectively, the oxygen end with the hydrogen end is equipped with electrode 35 even with the battery electricity respectively, the oxygen end through first trachea with the oxygen mask intercommunication, the hydrogen end passes through second trachea and hydrogen storage bag intercommunication, be equipped with on the second trachea and be gaseous check valve 38 and peristaltic pump 37 to hydrogen storage bag flow, be equipped with filler 36 on the UU type pipe 34, this filler 36 is equipped with the water valve. When oxygen is insufficient, water is added into the UU pipe 34 to form sodium chloride solution, hydrogen and oxygen are formed by electrolyzing the sodium chloride solution, the hydrogen is stored by the hydrogen storage bag, and the oxygen flows to the oxygen mask worker for breathing. Oxygen is generally more easily consumed than food, and it is therefore highly desirable to provide an oxygen generating device.
As shown in figure 8, the outer bin is provided with a heat preservation layer which adopts rock wool, so that heat preservation and fire release can be realized, the inner wall of the inner bin is provided with a circulating water pipe in a surrounding manner, the circulating water pipe can supply water on the one hand, and on the other hand, the temperature in the bin can be adjusted due to the large specific heat capacity of the water, so that the temperature in the bin is prevented from being overheated or overcooled. The heating device is characterized by further comprising a heating box 29 and a heat dissipation box 32, the heating box 29 and the heat dissipation box 32 are arranged on the circulating water pipe in parallel, water inlets and water outlets of the heating box 29 and the heat dissipation box 32 are respectively provided with a valve, the heating box 29 or the heat dissipation box 32 can be selectively connected into the circulating water pipe through the valves so as to heat or dissipate heat in the bin, a heating tank is arranged in the heating box 29, a heating resistance wire 30 is arranged in the heating tank, an insulating pipe is arranged outside the heating resistance wire 30, when heating is needed, water in the heating tank is heated through the heating resistance wire 30, then the water is circulated in the circulating water pipe through a water pump to dissipate heat, and the temperature in the bin is kept; the heat dissipation box 32 is provided with a heat dissipation capillary tube 31, when water flows through the heat dissipation capillary tube, high-temperature water is dissipated, and the temperature in the bin is further reduced. Through the scheme, heating or heat dissipation in the bin can be realized.

Claims (9)

1. The mine safety emergency system is characterized by comprising the following components:
the bin body is used for accommodating personnel and emergency substances and providing sheltering places for the personnel;
the fire extinguishing unit automatically extinguishes fire when being invaded by external fire;
the physiological unit provides temporary physiological living environment for personnel in the cabin body;
the electrical unit is used for providing illumination for the bin body and providing communication equipment for communicating with the outside;
the fire extinguishing unit comprises a pressurizing fire extinguishing bin (9), a pipeline and an automatic valve (10);
the automatic valve (10) comprises a valve body (11), a valve core (12), a first magnet (14) and a second magnet (13) for receiving heat radiation;
a valve cavity (28) is arranged in the valve body (11), the valve cavity (28) is communicated to the outer end part of the valve body (11), a side hole (17) is arranged on the side wall of the valve cavity (28), and the side hole (17) is communicated to the inlet end of the valve body (11);
the valve core (12) is in sliding fit in the valve cavity (28), an inner hole (15) is axially formed in the valve core (12), and a side window (16) is formed in the side wall of the inner hole (15) corresponding to the side hole (17);
the first magnet (14) is fixed at the outer end part of the valve core (12), the second magnet (13) is fixed at the top of the valve cavity (28) corresponding to the first magnet (14), the magnetic poles of the first magnet (14) and the second magnet (13) are arranged in a repulsive manner, and the inner end part of the valve core (12) is abutted to the bottom of the valve cavity (28) through a spring (18);
under the action of the repulsive force of the second magnet (13) on the first magnet (14), the side holes (17) and the side windows (16) are distributed in a staggered mode, and after the repulsive force of the second magnet (13) is lost on the first magnet (14), the side holes (17) are butted with the side windows (16) through the springs (18).

The mine safety emergency system according to claim 1, wherein the bin body comprises an inner bin (2) and an outer bin (1), the inner bin (2) is of a cylindrical structure, the outer bin (1) is of a cuboid structure, the outer circumferential side wall of the inner bin (2) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the outer bin (1), and bin doors (3) are respectively arranged at two ends of the bin body.

The mine safety emergency system according to claim 2, wherein a containing cavity (19) is arranged in a gap between the inner bin (2) and the outer bin (1), the physiological unit and the electrical unit are arranged in the containing cavity (19), two ends of the containing cavity (19) are respectively arranged in a sealing manner, and a window (5) is arranged on the side wall of the inner bin (2) and communicated with the containing cavity (19).

The mine safety emergency system according to claim 3, wherein a sealing end platform (4) is arranged inwards at the bin opening of the inner bin (2), a base platform (6) is arranged on the inner end face of the bin door (3), a rotating shaft (7) is radially arranged on the base platform (6), two ends of the rotating shaft (7) are respectively connected with an electric push rod (8), the electric push rods (8) are fixed on the inner bin (2), and the bin door (3) is pushed to the sealing end platform (4) by the electric push rods (8) to be sealed.

The mine safety emergency system according to claim 2, wherein the door (3) is provided with a plurality of air inlet passages and balance air passages, the air inlet passages are internally provided with air pumps and filter assemblies, the filter assemblies are sequentially provided with a filter screen layer (23), an activated carbon layer (22) and a hopcalite catalyst layer (21) from outside to inside, the outer ends of the air inlet passages are provided with one-way valves (24), and the inner ends of the air inlet passages are provided with sealing doors (20).

The mine safety emergency system according to claim 5, wherein the balancing air channel comprises an air outlet pipe (25) and a water-sealed bottle (26), the air outlet pipe (25) is arranged along the axial direction of the inner bin (2), the air outlet pipe (25) is rotatably matched with the bin gate (3), the inner end of the air outlet pipe (25) is communicated to the inner bin (2), the outer end of the air outlet pipe (25) is fixedly provided with the water-sealed bottle (26), water is pre-filled in the water-sealed bottle (26), the outer end port of the air outlet pipe (25) extends downwards to a position below the liquid level of the water-sealed bottle (26), and the water-sealed bottle (26) is further provided with a window (5) through hole (27) communicated with the outside.

The mine safety emergency system according to claim 1, wherein the first magnet (14) and the second magnet (13) are both of an annular structure, the first magnet (14) is fixed on the periphery of the outer end of the inner hole (15), the second magnet (13) is distributed corresponding to the annular hole of the first magnet, and the valve cavity (28) is communicated with the outside through the annular hole of the second magnet (13).

The mine safety emergency system of claim 1, wherein the physiological unit comprises an emergency box, an oxygen supply device and a water tank, the emergency box is filled with food and/or emergency medicine, and the oxygen supply device comprises an oxygen tank and an oxygen mask communicated with the oxygen tank.
9. The mine safety emergency system of claim 1, wherein the electrical unit includes a power generation assembly, a lighting device, and a wireless communication device,
the electricity generation subassembly includes hand formula generator and battery, hand formula generator passes through converting circuit and is connected to the battery, lighting apparatus with wireless communication equipment all electricity links to the battery.
