背景技术
据考证,华彩釉创于元代,盛于明代,清初尚有烧造,雍正以后则停止制造,而乾隆以后绝少;华彩釉短短三四百年的发展史中,其生产和制作工艺水平达到了空前绝后的高度,并以其复杂而特殊的制作工艺和艳丽而明快的低温彩釉,成为中国陶瓷发展史上具有独特历史地位的一朵绚丽的陶瓷奇葩;随着绿色环保理念的兴起,世界各国特别是北美及欧盟地区对陶瓷产品的铅等有毒元素的允许溶出量标准越来越高,传统的粉彩、陶瓷耙花等釉上彩装饰陶瓷产品因其所用色釉料含铅量高导致出口受阻色釉料含铅量高导致出口受阻,所以釉上彩装饰的无铅无毒化是釉上彩装饰艺术发展的必然趋势;因此,需要一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷及其制备方法。

本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种环保、绿色、无毒、美观的一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷,所述的钧瓷由三氧化硼8-12份、二氧化硅15-25份、高岭土12-20份、方解石20-28份、长石20-35份、白沙石10-15份,草木灰5-10份。
所述的钧瓷的外表面涂覆有华彩基釉和华彩釉,所述的华彩基釉由氧化硼10-20份、氧化钾12-18份、高岭石4-7份、氧化铝5—12份、氧化钛8—15份、氧化铜8-15份、氧化锆10—16份、二氧化硅5—12份组成;所述的华彩釉由氧化硼4-8份、氧化钾6-10份、氧化铁4-7份、氧化铝3—6份、氧化钛5—12份、氧化铜5-10份、氧化锆10—16份、草木灰5—12份组成。
所述的华彩基釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼6份、氧化钾8份、氧化铁6份、氧化铝5份、氧化钛10份、氧化铜8份、氧化锆14份、草木灰10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成基釉;
所述的华彩釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼12份、氧化钾15份、高岭石6份、氧化铝8份、氧化钛12份、氧化铜12份、氧化锆15份、二氧化硅10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成华彩釉;
所述的华彩釉钧瓷的制备步骤:
a.将三氧化硼10份、二氧化硅20份、高岭土16份、方解石24份、长石30份、白沙石12份、草木灰8份加入球磨机球磨,研磨6-8小时,磨出的原料过100目筛收集,备用;
b.将上述粉料放入搅拌机内,并加入水,搅拌0.5-1h,形成陶泥;
c.将陶泥放入大转盘内,通过旋转转盘,用手和拉坯工具,将瓷泥拉成瓷坯;并通过修坯将印好的坯修刮整齐和匀称并用清水洗去坯上的尘土;
d.在修好的胎体上先雕刻花纹图案的轮廓浅条,再用毛笔蘸基釉在纹饰轮廓线中堆起凸起的线条,入电窑炉烧成素胎,炉温为1050-1100℃,保温3-4h;
e.在烧好的素胎上按花纹图案的需要,施以华彩釉,二次入窑,炉温为1100-1150℃,保温2-3h,之后自然冷却,当温度为100℃时,即可出窑。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明无论是陶泥,还是基釉、华彩釉均采用无毒的金属原料,摒弃了之前含铅、铬、砷的颜料,使其更环保;并采用碱硼硅酸盐的配比达到了华彩釉无毒的效果;低温烧制温度精确控制,有效控制了华彩釉表面张力、提高其化学稳定性和釉面光泽度;并对基釉和华彩釉的配方进行优化调整,同时对基釉和华彩釉的制备工艺进行重新设计,保证釉料颗粒均匀,涂釉效果较好;2次着色,2次烧制的过程使制备出来的华彩釉钧瓷工艺品釉面滋润、光亮,具有易分散、着色力强、颜色鲜艳、亮度高、色泽均匀等优点;总而言之,本发明具有环保、绿色、无毒、美观的优点。

所述的华彩基釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼6份、氧化钾8份、氧化铁6份、氧化铝5份、氧化钛10份、氧化铜8份、氧化锆14份、草木灰10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成基釉;
所述的华彩釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼12份、氧化钾15份、高岭石6份、氧化铝8份、氧化钛12份、氧化铜12份、氧化锆15份、二氧化硅10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成华彩釉;
本发明的有益效果是:华彩釉中添加了氧化钾作为助熔剂,从而在色釉上更纯正丰富,而且与现有技术相比,本发明无论是基釉还是华彩釉均采用无毒的金属原料,摒弃了之前含铅、铬、砷的颜料,使其更环保;并采用碱硼硅酸盐的配比达到了华彩釉无毒的效果;并对基釉和华彩釉的配方进行优化调整,同时对基釉和华彩釉的制备工艺进行重新设计,保证釉料颗粒均匀,涂釉效果较好;总而言之,本发明具有环保、绿色、无毒、美观的优点。
实施例2
一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷,所述的钧瓷由三氧化硼8-12份、二氧化硅15-25份、高岭土12-20份、方解石20-28份、长石20-35份、白沙石10-15份,草木灰5-10份。
所述的华彩釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼12份、氧化钾15份、高岭石6份、氧化铝8份、氧化钛12份、氧化铜12份、氧化锆15份、二氧化硅10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成华彩釉;
所述的华彩釉钧瓷的制备步骤:
a.将三氧化硼10份、二氧化硅20份、高岭土16份、方解石24份、长石30份、白沙石12份、草木灰8份加入球磨机球磨,研磨6-8小时,磨出的原料过100目筛收集,备用;
b.将上述粉料放入搅拌机内,并加入水,搅拌0.5-1h,形成陶泥;
c.将陶泥放入大转盘内,通过旋转转盘,用手和拉坯工具,将瓷泥拉成瓷坯;并通过修坯将印好的坯修刮整齐和匀称并用清水洗去坯上的尘土;
d.在修好的胎体上先雕刻花纹图案的轮廓浅条,再用毛笔蘸基釉在纹饰轮廓线中堆起凸起的线条,入电窑炉烧成素胎,炉温为1050-1100℃,保温3-4h;
e.在烧好的素胎上按花纹图案的需要,施以华彩釉,二次入窑,炉温为1100-1150℃,保温2-3h,之后自然冷却,当温度为100℃时,即可出窑。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明从陶泥的制备都采用无毒的金属原料,摒弃了之前含铅、铬、砷的颜料,使其更环保;并采用碱硼硅酸盐的配比达到了华彩釉无毒的效果;低温烧制温度精确控制,有效控制了华彩釉表面张力、提高其化学稳定性和釉面光泽度;2次着色,2次烧制的过程使制备出来的华彩釉钧瓷工艺品釉面滋润、光亮,具有易分散、着色力强、颜色鲜艳、亮度高、色泽均匀等优点;总而言之,本发明具有环保、绿色、无毒、美观的优点。
Claims (3)
1.一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷,其特征在于:所述的钧瓷由三氧化硼8-12份、二氧化硅15-25份、高岭土12-20份、方解石20-28份、长石20-35份、白沙石10-15份,草木灰5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷,其特征在于:所述的钧瓷的外表面涂覆有华彩基釉和华彩釉,所述的华彩基釉由氧化硼10-20份、氧化钾12-18份、高岭石4-7份、氧化铝5—12份、氧化钛8—15份、氧化铜8-15份、氧化锆10—16份、二氧化硅5—12份组成;所述的华彩釉由氧化硼4-8份、氧化钾6-10份、氧化铁4-7份、氧化铝3—6份、氧化钛5—12份、氧化铜5-10份、氧化锆10—16份、草木灰5—12份组成。
3.制备如权利要求2所述的一种华彩基釉、华彩釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的华彩基釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼6份、氧化钾8份、氧化铁6份、氧化铝5份、氧化钛10份、氧化铜8份、氧化锆14份、草木灰10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成基釉;
制备如权利要求2所述的一种华彩基釉、华彩釉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的华彩釉的制备步骤:取上述的氧化硼12份、氧化钾15份、高岭石6份、氧化铝8份、氧化钛12份、氧化铜12份、氧化锆15份、二氧化硅10份,加入研磨机,研磨3-4h,磨出的原料过150目筛收集,在收集的混合料内加入去离子水,水:粉为1:1-1.5,形成华彩釉;
制备如权利要求1所述的一种华彩基釉、华彩釉钧瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的华彩釉钧瓷的制备步骤:
将三氧化硼10份、二氧化硅20份、高岭土16份、方解石24份、长石30份、白沙石12份、草木灰8份加入球磨机球磨,研磨6-8小时,磨出的原料过100目筛收集,备用;
将上述粉料放入搅拌机内,并加入水,搅拌0.5-1h,形成陶泥;
将陶泥放入大转盘内,通过旋转转盘,用手和拉坯工具,将瓷泥拉成瓷坯;并通过修坯将印好的坯修刮整齐和匀称并用清水洗去坯上的尘土;
在修好的胎体上先雕刻花纹图案的轮廓浅条,再用毛笔蘸基釉在纹饰轮廓线中堆起凸起的线条,入电窑炉烧成素胎,炉温为1050-1100℃,保温3-4h;
在烧好的素胎上按花纹图案的需要,施以华彩釉,二次入窑,炉温为1100-1150℃,保温2-3h,之后自然冷却,当温度为100℃时,即可出窑。
