本发明公开了一种基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,涉及大气污染控制领域。本发明包括:水平设置的除尘箱体,除尘箱体内自烟气入口烟道方向向烟气出口烟道方向依次设有相变冷却区、喷雾冷却区和滤网除尘区;相变冷却区包括若干层热管换热层,每层热管换热层包括若干个相互平行排列的热管,且热管的蒸发段位于除尘箱体内部,热管的冷凝段位于除尘箱体外部;喷雾冷却区包括若干个雾化喷头;滤网除尘区包括若干个竖直设置的滤网除尘单元,滤网除尘单元包括支撑框架,该支撑框架上铺有滤网;以及沉淀池,该沉淀池位于除尘箱体底面开口的下方。本发明的目的在于低成本、低能耗条件下对工业烟气进一步除尘达到近零排放并消除白烟。

技术领域
本发明涉及大气污染控制领域,更具体地说,涉及一种基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,适用于工业窑炉特别是转炉炼钢末端一次烟气等工业烟气污染物的治理。
背景技术
近些年,随着我国经济实力的逐步增加和环保标准渐趋严格,对主要污染物的排放标准实行近零排放要求。根据国家标准《炼钢工业大气污染物排放标准GB28664-2012》,现有炼钢企业中转炉一次烟气颗粒物排放浓度要求在100mg/m3以下,新建企业和特别排放限值企业要求转炉一次烟气颗粒物排放浓度在50mg/m3以下。目前大型钢铁企业中炼钢一次烟气排放含尘浓度约在50~30mg/m3区间。而随着环保标准的越加严格,一次烟气排放含尘浓度将会要求进一步降低,直至达到近零排放。
目前转炉烟气除尘主要有两种,一种是湿式除尘系统(以OG法为主),通过喷淋水和环缝文丘里管使烟气降温并除尘,该种方法使烟气充分润湿导致烟气带有饱和水;另一种是干法除尘(以LT法为主),通过电极形成的强大电晕场使气体电离,粉尘、雾滴粒子等获得电子而荷电,在电场力、水雾碰撞、吸附凝并的共同作用下粒子被捕集到集尘板上,达到除灰的目的。OG法可除去烟气中95%以上含尘量,使烟气含尘量降至30mg/m3以下;LT法能脱除99%的烟气尘量,使烟尘量降低到10mg/m3以下,且节约大量水资源。但目前应用最为广泛的仍是OG法除尘系统,本专利主要针对OG除尘系统后部烟气。虽然目前OG法效果显著,但烟气中仍残余较多粒径在10μm以下的微尘,烟气温度约为80℃左右。目前面对越来越严格的环保要求,对烟气含尘的要求将会越来越高,30mg/m3的含尘浓度仍较高,尚有较大的提升空间。但目前的OG法难以实现烟尘的进一步高效脱除,且消耗大量的水资源和电力资源,投资成本过高,不利于大规模推广应用,还将导致烟气含饱和水(>300g/kg干烟气),排出烟囱后造成白烟(烟气冷凝、水汽析出导致),白烟虽对环境无害但却影响市容市貌。
现有技术中关于烟气除尘系统及除尘方法的技术方案已有相关专利公开,例如专利公开号:CN 105107365A,公开日:2015年12月02日,发明创造名称为:烟气复合相变除尘脱硫工艺及装置,该申请案公开了一种脱硫塔内部的烟气复合相变除尘脱硫装置,烟气在烟道入口中受涡旋相变器旋流作用斜向下旋流进入脱硫塔,涡旋相变器是由四角切向布置的多组雾化喷嘴组成,其可使烟气充分润湿并使含尘液滴碰撞长大,进入脱硫塔的烟气经布置在上方的脱硫喷淋层除去大部分的含尘颗粒和SO2,剩下的湿烟气和少量烟尘通过上方的高效除雾器,进一步脱除水分和微尘并排出到大气中。该申请案的除尘脱硫装置通过喷水雾和强化碰撞的方式使烟气含水过饱和而除去烟尘,并通过脱硫喷淋层除去SO2,除尘脱硫效率高,且装置简单投资小。但通过喷雾使含水饱和度增加,耗水量较大,需不断补充干净水,并消耗大量电能,且除尘方式比较粗犷,难以实现精细化除尘,适用于前段除尘,不适用于末端除尘。
再如专利公开号:CN 206730770 U,公开日:2017年12月12日,发明创造名称为:一种湿法烟气脱硫相变凝并除尘除雾装置,该申请案公开了一种湿法烟气脱硫相变凝并除尘除雾装置,烟气从吸收塔中部进入,入口烟道上端设置喷淋层,喷淋层上端依次设置管栅式冷却器和除雾器,并在管栅式冷却器和除雾器上端依次设置冷却器冲洗喷嘴和除雾器冲洗喷嘴,吸收塔下端是沉淀池。该申请案中的除尘除雾装置可有效提高湿法脱硫装置的综合除尘效果,显著降低吸收塔出口烟气中烟尘浓度。但以上除尘除雾装置也存在较大的不足,其中管栅式换热器换热介质采用循环水,需消耗水资源,且换热效率低、体积大,吸收塔重量大;管栅式换热器、除雾器依次布置并分布冲洗喷嘴,设备布置比较复杂、检修困难,且难以实现精细化除尘。
综上所述,如何对工业烟气进一步除尘达到近零排放并实现消除白烟的目的,是现有技术中亟需解决的技术难题。

发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明提供了一种基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,本发明的目的在于低成本、低能耗条件下对工业烟气进一步除尘达到近零排放并消除白烟。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,包括:
水平设置的除尘箱体,该除尘箱体的一端连通有烟气入口烟道,除尘箱体的另一端连通有烟气出口烟道;所述除尘箱体内自烟气入口烟道方向向烟气出口烟道方向依次设有相变冷却区、喷雾冷却区和滤网除尘区;所述相变冷却区包括若干层热管换热层,每层热管换热层包括若干个相互平行排列的热管,且热管的蒸发段位于除尘箱体内部,热管的冷凝段位于除尘箱体外部;所述喷雾冷却区包括若干个雾化喷头;所述滤网除尘区包括若干个竖直设置的滤网除尘单元,所述滤网除尘单元包括支撑框架,该支撑框架上铺有滤网;其中,相变冷却区、喷雾冷却区和滤网除尘区下方的除尘箱体底面开口设置;
以及沉淀池,该沉淀池位于所述除尘箱体底面开口的下方。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述沉淀池与过滤水池连通,沉淀池与过滤水池的连通处设有滤框,该滤框内填充有过滤介质。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述过滤水池通过循环水泵与输水管道连通,所述输水管道与喷雾冷却区内的雾化喷头连通,所述输水管道上安装有调节阀门。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述沉淀池的底部连通有若干个漏斗,所述漏斗的底部设有密封塞。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述除尘箱体上靠近烟气入口烟道处和靠近烟气出口烟道处分别设有观察孔。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,除尘箱体底面的开口处覆盖有孔板,该孔板上开设有若干个通水孔。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,滤网除尘区两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上均设有支撑板,所述支撑框架的两侧设有供对应支撑板嵌入的插槽。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述支撑框架的两侧设有延伸板,滤网除尘区两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上设有供对应延伸板嵌入的插槽。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下显著效果:
(1)本发明中,经过湿法除尘后的烟气经烟气入口烟道进入除尘箱体内的相变冷却区,烟气被冷却并以烟尘为凝结核心凝结出小液滴,部分液滴凝结在热管蒸发段表面并逐渐长大,在重力作用下滑落至下方的沉淀池内;部分液滴被含尘烟气带入喷雾冷却区,雾化喷头喷出的水雾进一步冷却烟气并润湿烟尘,又有一部分液滴长大并在重力作用下落入下方的沉淀池内;剩余的烟气裹挟部分液滴进入滤网除尘区,与滤网发生碰撞、凝结、长大,并最终落入下方的沉淀池内;最后,精除尘及脱水后的烟气从烟气出口烟道排入大气,烟气的含尘量和含水量显著降低,且消除了白烟。
(2)本发明的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,可一次性投资,使用寿命长,运行过程中通过自然风冷实现烟气降温,不消耗其他动力、不消耗冷却水,节约了成本,且实现除尘、脱水的双重效果。

实施例1
参考图1-2,本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,包括:
水平设置的除尘箱体,该除尘箱体的一端连通有烟气入口烟道1,除尘箱体的另一端连通有烟气出口烟道5;除尘箱体内自烟气入口烟道1方向向烟气出口烟道5方向依次设有相变冷却区2、喷雾冷却区3和滤网除尘区4;相变冷却区2包括若干层热管换热层,每层热管换热层包括若干个相互平行排列的热管,且热管的蒸发段位于除尘箱体内部,热管的冷凝段位于除尘箱体外部;喷雾冷却区3包括若干个雾化喷头301;滤网除尘区4包括若干个竖直设置的滤网除尘单元10,滤网除尘单元10包括支撑框架1001,该支撑框架1001上铺有滤网1002;其中,相变冷却区2、喷雾冷却区3和滤网除尘区4下方的除尘箱体底面开口设置;
以及沉淀池6,该沉淀池6位于除尘箱体底面开口的下方;沉淀池6与过滤水池12连通,沉淀池6与过滤水池12的连通处设有滤框11,该滤框11内填充有过滤介质(具体本实施例中,可在滤框11内堆满砂石、过滤布和活性炭等过滤材料);过滤水池12通过循环水泵13与输水管道连通,输水管道与喷雾冷却区3内的雾化喷头301连通,输水管道上安装有调节阀门14。
本实施例中,经过湿法除尘后的烟气经烟气入口烟道1进入除尘箱体内的相变冷却区2,烟气被冷却并以烟尘为凝结核心凝结出小液滴,部分液滴凝结在热管蒸发段表面并逐渐长大,在重力作用下滑落至下方的沉淀池6内;部分液滴被含尘烟气带入喷雾冷却区3,雾化喷头301喷出的水雾进一步冷却烟气并润湿烟尘,又有一部分液滴长大并在重力作用下落入下方的沉淀池6内;剩余的烟气裹挟部分液滴进入滤网除尘区4,与滤网1002发生碰撞、凝结、长大,并最终落入下方的沉淀池6内;最后,精除尘及脱水后的烟气从烟气出口烟道5排入大气,其中排出的烟气温度大约50℃,含尘量和含水量显著降低,且消除了白烟。
本实施例中,相变冷却区2包括若干层热管换热层,每层热管换热层包括若干个相互平行排列的热管,且热管的蒸发段位于除尘箱体内部,热管的冷凝段位于除尘箱体外部,烟气经过相变冷却区2时,热量被快速吸收,然后通过热管内的工质将烟气被吸收热量向除尘箱体外部及时散出。
本实施例中,喷雾冷却区3包括若干个雾化喷头301,沉淀池6与过滤水池12连通,沉淀池6与过滤水池12的连通处设有滤框11,该滤框11内填充有过滤介质,过滤水池12通过循环水泵13与输水管道连通,输水管道与喷雾冷却区3内的雾化喷头301连通,输水管道上安装有调节阀门14,使用时,落入沉淀池6内的水分在沉淀池6内得到一定的冷却,然后经过滤框11内过滤介质的过滤流入过滤水池12内,最后在循环水泵13的抽吸下输送至各个雾化喷头301内重新喷出,烟气中的水分被拦截且可供后续循环使用,整个过程无需额外添加冷却水,节约了水资源,提高了除尘、脱水效率。
现有的烟气除尘技术可使烟尘量降低到30mg/m3以下,但难以在低成本、低能耗的前提下实现烟气的进一步除尘,即实现近零排放,且现有技术中除尘烟气中含有大量水分,易导致白烟排放。本实施例的目的在于低成本、低能耗条件下对工业烟气进一步除尘达到近零排放并消除白烟,具体本实施例中,除尘箱体内依次布置相变冷却区2、喷雾冷却区3和滤网除尘区4,将烟气进行高效除尘、脱水,且可控制排烟温度,其中喷雾冷却区3可用作负荷调节,当烟气流量较大,前部的相变冷却区2难以有效降温除尘时,可增大喷雾冷却区3的工作负荷,保证最终降温除尘的效果;本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,可一次性投资,使用寿命长,运行过程中通过自然风冷实现烟气降温,不消耗其他动力、不消耗冷却水,节约了成本,且实现除尘、脱水的双重效果。
实施例2
本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其结构与实施例2基本相同,更进一步的:沉淀池6的底部连通有若干个漏斗7,漏斗7的底部设有密封塞8(具体本实施例中,密封塞8为压把式胶塞)。
本实施例中,沉淀池6的底部连通有若干个漏斗7,漏斗7的底部设有密封塞8,当沉淀池6内的水积累到一定程度时,可方便的打开各个漏斗7底部的密封塞8排出多余积水,其中,漏斗7的设计有利于沉淀池6中烟尘的沉淀物因沉降作用而落入其中并被排出。
实施例3
本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其结构与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的:除尘箱体上靠近烟气入口烟道1处和靠近烟气出口烟道5处分别设有观察孔9。
本实施例中,除尘箱体上靠近烟气入口烟道1处和靠近烟气出口烟道5处分别设有观察孔9,通过观察孔9可对烟气在除尘箱体内的除尘脱白效果进行对比观察及对除尘箱体进行定期检查维护;当设备运行一段时间后,热管表面和滤网1002表面存在少量粘结物,可向观察孔9中通入高压水对热管、滤网1002进行冲洗。
实施例4
本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其结构与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的:除尘箱体底面的开口处覆盖有孔板15,该孔板15上开设有若干个通水孔。
本实施例中,除尘箱体底面的开口处覆盖有孔板15,该孔板15上开设有若干个通水孔,从除尘箱体内部落下的水分可顺着通水孔进入沉淀池6内存储,其他粘结的灰尘、颗粒被挡在孔板15上,可定期进行清理。
实施例5
参考图3,本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其结构与实施例4基本相同,更进一步的:滤网除尘区4两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上均设有支撑板16,支撑框架1001的两侧设有供对应支撑板16嵌入的插槽。
本实施例中,滤网除尘区4两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上均设有支撑板16,支撑框架1001的两侧设有供对应支撑板16嵌入的插槽,通过支撑板16和对应插槽的配合,支撑框架1001可方便的悬挂在滤网除尘区4两侧的除尘箱体侧壁之间。
实施例6
参考图8,本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其结构与实施例4基本相同,更进一步的:支撑框架1001的两侧设有延伸板17,滤网除尘区4两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上设有供对应延伸板17嵌入的插槽。
本实施例中,支撑框架1001的两侧设有延伸板17,滤网除尘区4两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上设有供对应延伸板17嵌入的插槽,通过延伸板17和对应插槽的配合,支撑框架1001可方便的悬挂在滤网除尘区4两侧的除尘箱体侧壁之间。
实施例7
本实施例的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其结构与实施例5基本相同,更进一步的:热管为负压热管,热管内的工质可为水、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮等且控制热管内工质的相变温度(即沸点)介于45~70℃之间,控制滤网1002的目数在30~60目之间;热管的蒸发段为光管,有利于烟气中的水汽在光管表面凝结、长大及掉落,热管的冷凝段为翅片管,强化了与外界环境的换热;烟气入口烟道1包括盘管段(即呈螺旋状的管道系统),该盘管段位于沉淀池6内,通过盘管段可将烟气中的热量高效传递至沉淀池6内的存水中,提高了烟气后续的除尘脱白效果,其中沉淀池6采用金属材质,沉淀池6的外表面上设有若干个金属散热肋片;热管的蒸发段表面涂覆不粘防腐涂层(即聚四氟乙烯涂层),不粘防腐涂层的超低表面能使得在热管表面析出的水汽成珠状并在重力作用下迅速下落,避免形成膜状凝结恶化传热,且不会在热管表面形成水垢或粘结物,滤网1002采用聚四氟乙烯材质,使得小液滴在滤网1002表面易团聚成液滴并在重力作用下迅速下落,不会在滤网1002表面形成水膜增大烟气阻力,且不会在滤网1002表面形成水垢或粘结物造成堵塞,以上设置有利于水汽及灰尘、颗粒的脱除,提高了除尘脱白效果;相变冷却区2中,相邻两层的热管换热层上的热管相互垂直,以上热管的正交设置,提高了整个相变冷却区2的换热均匀性及效率,从而提高了除尘脱白效果;参考图4,支撑框架1001为“ㄇ”形的框架,该支撑框架1001上铺有若干层滤网1002,滤网1002的边沿处通过螺钉固定在支撑框架1001的边沿上,通过滤网1202对烟气中的水分、灰尘进行阻挡、吸附,可有效的实现烟气除尘脱白,且支撑框架1001的“ㄇ”形结构,使得液滴能够从滤网1202上自上而下顺利滑落;烟气入口烟道1通过除尘箱体上渐扩通道与相变冷却区2连通,除尘箱体上渐缩通道与烟气出口烟道5连通,渐扩通道的设置使得待处理烟气能有效分散到相变冷却区2内进行处理,渐缩通道的设置有利于处理好的烟气集中排放;参考图5-6,雾化喷头301位于除尘箱体内部的顶端,喷出的水雾自上而下覆盖于喷雾冷却区3内,有利于烟气中微尘的去除;或者参考图7,雾化喷头301交错布置在除尘箱体内部的两相对侧壁上,有利于喷出的水雾均匀扩散至整个相变冷却区2。

Claims (8)
1.一种基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于包括:
水平设置的除尘箱体,该除尘箱体的一端连通有烟气入口烟道(1),除尘箱体的另一端连通有烟气出口烟道(5);所述除尘箱体内自烟气入口烟道(1)方向向烟气出口烟道(5)方向依次设有相变冷却区(2)、喷雾冷却区(3)和滤网除尘区(4);所述相变冷却区(2)包括若干层热管换热层,每层热管换热层包括若干个相互平行排列的热管,且热管的蒸发段位于除尘箱体内部,热管的冷凝段位于除尘箱体外部;所述喷雾冷却区(3)包括若干个雾化喷头(301);所述滤网除尘区(4)包括若干个竖直设置的滤网除尘单元(10),所述滤网除尘单元(10)包括支撑框架(1001),该支撑框架(1001)上铺有滤网(1002);其中,相变冷却区(2)、喷雾冷却区(3)和滤网除尘区(4)下方的除尘箱体底面开口设置;
以及沉淀池(6),该沉淀池(6)位于所述除尘箱体底面开口的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:所述沉淀池(6)与过滤水池(12)连通,沉淀池(6)与过滤水池(12)的连通处设有滤框(11),该滤框(11)内填充有过滤介质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:所述过滤水池(12)通过循环水泵(13)与输水管道连通,所述输水管道与喷雾冷却区(3)内的雾化喷头(301)连通,所述输水管道上安装有调节阀门(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:所述沉淀池(6)的底部连通有若干个漏斗(7),所述漏斗(7)的底部设有密封塞(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:所述除尘箱体上靠近烟气入口烟道(1)处和靠近烟气出口烟道(5)处分别设有观察孔(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:除尘箱体底面的开口处覆盖有孔板(15),该孔板(15)上开设有若干个通水孔。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:滤网除尘区(4)两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上均设有支撑板(16),所述支撑框架(1001)的两侧设有供对应支撑板(16)嵌入的插槽。
8.根据权利要求1-6任意所述的基于相变的烟气末端脱水精除尘装置,其特征在于:所述支撑框架(1001)的两侧设有延伸板(17),滤网除尘区(4)两侧的除尘箱体侧壁上设有供对应延伸板(17)嵌入的插槽。
