Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating avian gout and preparation and use methods thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating avian gout and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
The fowl gout is a disease that the uric acid content in blood is obviously increased due to the over-production or excretion obstacle of the fowl uric acid, and then urate is deposited on the joint capsule, the joint cartilage, the periphery of the joint, the pleuroperitoneal cavity, the surfaces of various organs and other interstitial tissues. Clinically, the disease is characterized by slow movement of sick poultries, swollen joints of legs and wings, anorexia, lameness, weakness and diarrhea. It is pathologically characterized by an increase in uric acid levels in blood; a large amount of white urate deposits are seen on the articular surface or the visceral surface during pathological anatomy. Gout can be divided into joint type gout and visceral type gout. Around the 90 s of the 20 th century, the united kingdom and the united states, etc., attributed the colony deaths of laying hens to gout. Most of poultry gout occurs in batches in China, the mortality rate is high and sometimes reaches up to 30%, and huge economic loss is brought to the breeding industry. In recent years, the incidence of the disease tends to increase, and in particular, chickens bred intensively are growing. In waterfowl, gosling gout caused by the feed of chickens and ducks with higher protein content is frequently generated, so that the poultry gout is still one of the more common poultry diseases in China up to now.
The medicines which are used for clinically treating the avian gout are allopurinol medicines for inhibiting the generation of uric acid and benzbromarone for promoting the excretion of uric acid. However, the side effects of the drugs are large, and long-term use of the drugs can cause drug dependence, thereby reducing the quality and safety of poultry meat and egg products. Xanthine Oxidase (XOD) is an important enzyme in nucleic acid metabolism in vivo, and is widely present in livers and kidneys of cows and birds, insects, and bacteria. XOD can catalyze the oxidation of xanthine and hypoxanthine to generate uric acid, and the hyperuricemia can be caused by the over-high concentration of the uric acid, so that gout is caused. Reduce the activity of xanthine oxidase in vivo and reduce the formation of uric acid. The internationally recognized xanthine oxidase inhibitors are mainly: allopurinol, purine xanthine oxidase inhibitors, non-purine xanthine oxidase inhibitors and other xanthine oxidase inhibitors. The xanthine oxidase inhibitors studied in China mainly comprise: a xanthine oxidase inhibitor in Chinese medicinal materials, a xanthine oxidase inhibitor in Chinese medicinal compound and a food source. Xanthine oxidase inhibitors are the main drugs for treating hyperuricemia and gout, and allopurinol is the most used clinically in human medicine, but the damage to the kidney is large after the drugs are used for a long time. Therefore, the development of new xanthine oxidase inhibitor drugs is urgently needed. The extracts of the rhizoma alismatis, the caulis sinomenii and the radix angelicae have stronger in-vitro XOD activity inhibition effect found by the Wangxiao plum and the like, and the extracts of the rhizoma polygoni cuspidati have the inhibition effect on the XOD found by the plum blossom and the like, thereby providing a basis for researching the XOD inhibitor. The traditional Chinese medicine has small side effect, wide source and easy acquisition and preparation, so that the search of the xanthine oxidase inhibitor from the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the avian gout becomes the key point of research of people.
At present, few methods have definite effect on the prevention and treatment of the disease, such as allopurinol treatment to reduce the production of uric acid, but the method has high cost, and on the other hand, the ammonia synthesized in the body cannot be effectively converted into uric acid, and new adverse effects can be caused. There are some compositions for preventing and treating poultry gout, but the treatment effect is not ideal or is not investigated, the uncertainty exists, the use worry is high, and the effect on waterfowls such as geese and the like is unclear. The development of the traditional Chinese medicine composition with scientific compatibility, simple and effective components and simple preparation method is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the chicken industry.
