Abstract

本发明涉及了一种传送带,它包括许多在传送带两侧的侧向连杆,许多与成对侧向连杆连接的横杆,以及一个形成传送带传送表面的线网,上述线网包括许多线螺旋,每个螺旋具有包围着两个横杆的线圈,例如像SE 7303179或US 6070715所公开的那样。
背景技术
这种类型的传送带已用于许多带式传送机中,特别是在食品工业中。它们尤其有利于用空气冷却、冷冻或烘烤食品的食品处理。
传送带可设计成沿着直的路线,沿着形成螺旋缠绕叠层的螺旋路线,以及沿着任何其它的路线。通常,连接相邻横杆的分开的侧向连杆和/或中心连杆均用于承受施加在传送带上的拉力,从而向前移动传送带。
但是,这种已知的设计把拉力集中到上述连杆中,由此连杆变得相当粗大。还有,通过任何中心连杆传到横杆上的载荷将不可避免地是集中载荷,从而要求这些横杆的尺寸比其它情形所需的尺寸大。
另外,当传送带沿着侧向曲线,例如沿着螺旋状的路线行进时,传送带对于垂直通过传送带气流的阻力沿传送带的宽度方向有变化。这是朝着曲线内侧方向线螺旋的皱缩增加的结果,由此造成产品的冷却、加热或干燥与它们在传送带上的侧向位置有关。
发明内容
本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种传送带,它能够使拉力沿着传送带的宽度方向作几乎任意的分布。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种传送带,它对垂直空气流的阻力可按预定方式沿着传送带的宽度方向作变化。
把每个线螺旋的间距作成沿着横杆长度方向有变化,可达到这些目的。
在许多用途中,应该在沿传送带宽度方向的特定区上吸收拉伸载荷。本发明把该传送带特定区中每个螺旋的间距作得小于传送带的其余区域,从而满足了这个需要。
特别是,应该在传送带的中心区或者也在传送带宽度的几个区域上吸收载荷。
最好是,在这个或这些应该吸收载荷的区域上,把线螺旋的间距作成基本上等于线直径的两倍。这使得能在两个相邻横杆之间传递最大的力,而没有沿着横杆方向作用力的任何分量,从而没有沿着该方向移动线螺旋的倾向。
为了进一步保证拉力载荷在所希望区域上被吸收,该区域的线圈长度作成沿传送带纵向小于在同一方向上传送带其余区域的线圈长度。

如图1和2所示的传送带实施例具有许多横杆1。横杆1依靠侧向连杆(图中未示)相互连接,许多线螺旋2缠绕在横杆1上。
具体实施方式
每个线螺旋2具有展平的螺旋形式,并且沿一个方向缠绕在两个相邻的横杆上。沿着传送带的宽度方向每个线螺旋2的间距相同,但在传送带的中心区除外,在那里,在绕着被线螺旋2包围的两个相邻横杆1的四整圈上,线螺旋2具有小得多的间距。更确切地说,在中心区的间距大约等于形成线螺旋2的线的直径两倍。在每个线螺旋与其任何一侧的线螺旋2相互配合时,也就是说,在一根横杆上一个线螺旋的半圈与同一横杆上一个相邻线螺旋的半圈相互配合时,这个间距是可能的最小间距。
显然,线螺旋一整圈的间距愈小,在所包围的横杆之间,也就是说在传送带的纵向,该圈传递拉力更有效,因为拉力的方向几乎与该纵向重合。沿着传送带纵向减少线螺旋的宽度,也就是说减少圈的长度,可进一步提高这个效率。
另外,当拉力大致与传送带纵向平行时,拉力沿横杆方向的分量很小,这个分量倾向于把沿着被该线螺旋包围的横杆上的线螺旋圈移出其原始位置。
也可理解到,线螺旋的间距可根据每种特定用途的需要而改变,尤其是,沿着传送带宽度方向可包括几个区域,每个区域具有一个单独的不变间距,但也可以沿着传送带宽度方向包括一个连续变化的间距。
还有,改变线螺旋的间距,可以提供传送带宽度方向上对通过传送带气流的阻力所希望的分布,特别是沿着传送带路线的侧向弯曲区域所希望的分布。
在所附权利要求中规定的本发明范围内,上述传送带可作多种多样的修改。
因此,如果沿传送带纵向,例如在传送带的中心区,横杆不需要变换位置,则可沿着相反的方向在横杆上缠绕连续的线圈。
此外,在上述传送带第一区一侧的线圈可朝着传送带侧边方向增加。
Claims (10)
1.一种传送带包括
许多在传送带两侧的侧向连杆,
许多与成对侧向连杆连接的横杆,以及
一个形成传送带传送表面的线网,上述线网包括许多线螺旋,每个螺旋具有包围着两个横杆的线圈,
其中至少一些上述线螺旋沿着上述横杆长度方向具有变化的间距。
2.如权利要求1中的传送带,其中,在沿传送带宽度的特定区的每个螺旋的间距小于传送带其余区域中的间距。
3.如权利要求2中的传送带,其中,上述特定区是传送带的中心区。
4.如权利要求2中的传送带,其中,在上述中心区中每个螺旋的间距基本上等于线直径的两倍。
5.如权利要求2中的传送带,其中,上述特定区中线圈的长度小于传送带其余区域中线圈的长度。
6.如权利要求3中的传送带,其中,朝着传送带侧边方向,上述特定区一侧上的线圈长度增加。
7.如权利要求2中的传送带,其中,上述特定区中线圈以交替的方向缠绕在横杆上。
8.如权利要求7中的传送带,其中,在传送带其余区域中的所有线圈以同一方向缠绕在横杆上。
9.如权利要求2中的传送带,其中,所有线网的线圈均以同一方向缠绕在横杆上。
10.如权利要求1中的传送带,其中,从传送带一个侧边到传送带另一侧边,至少在上述横杆的一些区域上,上述变化的间距增加。
