本发明公开一种耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.1~0.6份,钙粉1~20份,热稳定剂1~10份,抗冲击改性剂1~10份,润滑剂1~5份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料0.1~0.6份,异吲哚啉酮颜料0.1~1份,15:3酞箐蓝0.1~0.5份,近红外反射二氧化钛1~10份,钛白粉1~5份,本发明的灰色PVC塑钢瓦配方中无须加入炭黑(C)作为颜料,而是采用黄+红+蓝三色组合的方式调成灰系颜色,避免了炭黑对产品吸热的影响,解决灰色PVC塑钢瓦因过分吸热而产生变形的问题,延迟产品老化,提高使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的配方。
背景技术:
传统的灰色PVC塑钢瓦配方中所使用的颜料都采用炭黑(C)来进行配色,众所周知炭黑的吸热非常高,用炭黑调色的PVC塑钢瓦用于户外屋面时,在夏季高温环境下容易因吸热及热量累积导致塑钢瓦变形,影响使用安全,而且会加速灰色PVC塑钢瓦的老化,大大地降低了使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的配方。
本发明的发明目的可以通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.1~0.6份,钙粉1~20份,热稳定剂1~10份,抗冲击改性剂1~10份,润滑剂1~5份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料0.1~0.6份,异吲哚啉酮颜料0.1~1份,15:3酞箐蓝0.1~0.5份,近红外反射二氧化钛1~10份,钛白粉1~5份。
采用本技术方案后,与现有技术相比,本技术方案具有以下优点:本发明的灰色PVC塑钢瓦配方中无须加入炭黑(C)作为颜料,而是采用黄+红+蓝三色组合的方式调成灰系颜色,避免了炭黑对产品吸热的影响,解决灰色PVC塑钢瓦因过分吸热而产生变形的问题,延迟产品老化,提高使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
下面对本技术作进一步说明。
实施例一、耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.1份,钙粉20份,热稳定剂1份,抗冲击改性剂10份,润滑剂1份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料(红色颜料)0.1份,异吲哚啉酮颜料(黄色颜料)0.33份,15:3酞箐蓝(蓝色颜料)0.16份,近红外反射二氧化钛1份,钛白粉5份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料、异吲哚啉酮颜料、15:3酞箐蓝的比例是6:10:5。
实施例二、耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的颜料配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.6份,钙粉1份,热稳定剂5份,抗冲击改性剂6份,润滑剂5份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料0.6份,异吲哚啉酮颜料1份,15:3酞箐蓝0.5份,近红外反射二氧化钛10份,钛白粉1份。
实施例三、耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的颜料配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.4份,钙粉8份,热稳定剂10份,抗冲击改性剂1,润滑剂3份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料0.3份,异吲哚啉酮颜料0.5份,15:3酞箐蓝0.25份,近红外反射二氧化钛5份,钛白粉3份。
实施例四、耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的颜料配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.2,钙粉15份,热稳定剂7份,抗冲击改性剂4份,润滑剂2份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料0.12份,异吲哚啉酮颜料0.2份,15:3酞箐蓝0.1份,近红外反射二氧化钛7份,钛白粉2份。
颜料预配混要求:按预定比例及先后顺序称取一定量的钛白粉、吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料(红色颜料)、异吲哚啉酮颜料(黄色颜料)、5:3酞箐蓝(蓝色颜料)和UV助剂,先后加入混料缸里,常温混合搅拌均匀后,根据需要的添加量预先称好待用;
混料工艺:将混料缸清理干净,避免炭黑等其他颜料残留影响,然后把除上述颜料以外的配方中的其它材料按照配方要求的量倒入混料缸中进行搅拌混合,在混合温度接近于60℃时将预先配混好的颜料投入,继续搅拌混合;
产品生产时的挤出工艺条件:挤出加工温度范围160-220℃,熔体压力15-30MPa,模头成型温度180-200℃,冷却定型温度100℃-80℃-<60℃。
配方中没有加入炭黑,避免了高吸热源存在的影响;
选用低吸热的,耐候等级大于7级的红/黄/蓝三色颜料按适合的比例进行复配,在增强PVC的颜色的耐候性和持久性的同时,也加强了PVC塑钢瓦的隔热效果;
红/黄/蓝三色中红色采用吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料,黄色采用异吲哚啉酮颜料,蓝色采用15:3酞箐蓝;
同时配方里加入适量的,粒径范围在0.01-30微米的金红石型钛白粉(TiO2),提高了产品的红外线反射能力,同时由于钛白粉优异的紫外线屏蔽能力,通过钛白粉的加入调和了红/黄/蓝三种颜料之间的差异,补强了产品的耐晒能力;
吸热效果降低,红外线反射率达到70%以上,比传统灰色产品提高3倍以上。

1.一种耐候型低碳灰色PVC塑钢瓦的配方,以重量配比配方如下:PVC树脂100份,UV助剂0.1~0.6份,钙粉1~20份,热稳定剂1~10份,抗冲击改性剂1~10份,润滑剂1~5份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料0.1~0.6份,异吲哚啉酮颜料0.1~1份,15:3酞箐蓝0.1~0.5份,近红外反射二氧化钛1~10份,钛白粉1~5份,吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料、异吲哚啉酮颜料、15:3酞箐蓝的比例是6:10:5。
