Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用于中枢神经系统手术止血的喷注式眀胶海绵糜的制备方法,它是先将吸收性明胶海绵浸泡在生理盐水中至完全泡软,再将被生理盐水泡软的明胶海绵置于捣碎罐中,并碾成糜状,随后将糜状的明胶海绵置于20ml注射器中,最后推压注射器的推杆,将糜状的明胶海绵喷注于术区,再用脑棉适度压迫,即达到止血目的。通过本发明所制的明胶海绵糜具有止血效果好、安全性高、经济实用、效果明确、制备简易、成本低、能减轻患者家庭及社会的经济负担的优点。通过本发明所制的明胶海绵糜可广泛应用于中枢神经系统手术(骨孔、松质骨、颅骨板障、硬脑(脊)膜外、静脉窦、脑组织等部位渗血)的止血处理,特别适于广大基层医院使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及止血物的制备方法,尤其是涉及一种特别适于广大基层医院使用的应用于中枢神经系统手术止血的喷注式眀胶海绵糜的制备方法。
背景技术
脑、脊柱脊髓的静脉窦及微小静脉渗血具有出血凶猛、范围广泛的特点,采用常规止血方法如双极电凝灼烧等办法常难以达到止血的目的。如术中止血不彻底易造成手术部位积血,严重者可导致神经系统不可逆性的功能损害,甚至危及生命。因此,对于脑、脊柱脊髓等部位的静脉窦及微小静脉渗血的彻底止血是神经外科医生面临的一个严峻的挑战。
明胶海绵常用于脑、脊柱脊髓等部位的静脉窦及微小静脉渗血的止血。其作用原理是:明胶海绵置于出血部位可吸收超过其重量许多倍的血液,血液进入孔内后,血小板迅速破裂, 促进凝血, 同时有支架作用, 使血块固着于出血处而不易脱落, 对创面的压力也逐渐增大减缓患处血液流速。明胶海绵能引起血管痉挛加速血栓的形成堵塞血管,将明胶海绵用于患处不仅能起到止血的作用而且能减少创面的渗出血液和避免形成血肿,从而达到止血目的。但由于块状或条状明胶海绵不能完全贴附、分布于渗血点,常难以到达彻底止血。同时明胶海绵的吸血量较大,吸血后其质量及体积增加,可对神经系统造成压迫而出现严重后果。有文献报道明胶海绵导致术后急性截瘫的病例。
可吸收性止血流体明胶(Surgiflo,胶原蛋白制品)为流体状态,可以迅速有效地分布出血点周围,且材料本身吸水后仅膨胀为原体积的2倍,有效避免了普通明胶海绵的上述缺点。但其价格极为昂贵,大大提升了耗材比,严重增加了患者家庭及社会的经济负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方法简单、制作容易、特别适于广大基层医院使用的中枢神经系统手术止血的喷注式眀胶海绵糜的制备方法,通过本发明所制的明胶海绵糜具有止血效果好、安全性高、经济实用、效果明确、制备简易、成本低、能减轻患者家庭及社会的经济负担的优点。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种应用于中枢神经系统手术止血的喷注式眀胶海绵糜的制备方法,特征是:具体步骤如下:
A、术中取数块吸收性明胶海绵浸泡在生理盐水中至完全泡软,明胶海绵规格为:60mm×20mm×5mm,明胶海绵与生理盐水的配比是:1块明胶海绵配4ml盐水;
B、将被生理盐水泡软的明胶海绵置于捣碎罐中,并碾成糜状;
C、将糜状的明胶海绵置于20ml注射器中;
D、推压注射器的推杆,将糜状的明胶海绵喷注于术区,再用脑棉适度压迫,即达到止血目的。
因此,本发明具有如下优点:
(1)通过本发明所制的明胶海绵糜可迅速有效地分布于出血点周围,止血效果好;
(2)通过本发明所制的明胶海绵糜可避免块状明胶海绵吸血溶胀后形成新的占位现象,安全性高;
(3)经济实用,效果明确,又因为材料便宜、制备简易,尤其可推广应用于广大基层医院。
通过本发明所制的明胶海绵糜可广泛应用于中枢神经系统手术(骨孔、松质骨、颅骨板障、硬脑(脊)膜外、静脉窦、脑组织等部位渗血)的止血处理。

下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种应用于中枢神经系统手术止血的喷注式眀胶海绵糜的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A、术中取数块吸收性明胶海绵浸泡在生理盐水中至完全泡软,明胶海绵规格为:60mm×20mm×5mm,明胶海绵与生理盐水的配比是:1块明胶海绵配4ml盐水;
B、将被生理盐水泡软的明胶海绵置于捣碎罐中,并碾成糜状;
C、将糜状的明胶海绵置于20ml注射器中;
D、推压注射器的推杆,将糜状的明胶海绵喷注于术区,再用脑棉适度压迫,即达到止血目的。
