Abstract
本发明公开了一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,由发酵底物、菌剂以及中草药复合提取物经多重发酵工艺制成的;菌剂、中草药复合提取物与发酵底物的质量比为0.2‑5:0.2‑4:50000,发酵底物按照质量份包含豆粕5‑15份、小麦30‑40份、玉米30‑40份、麸皮10‑15份、糖蜜1‑5份、复合预混料1‑3份和水10‑20份;中草药复合提取物按照质量份包含丝兰15‑20份、杜仲15‑20份、黄芪15‑20份、大蒜10‑15份、葫芦巴10‑15份、桑叶10‑15份;本发明保证了肠道益生菌在本产品中的数量、活性和存活时间,特定组成的中草药复合提取物和复合预混料,具有微生态制剂特性及类似抗生素生长因子的功能,可显著增强克氏原螯虾的免疫力和抗病能力,降低疾病发生率,提高其饲养质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于水产配合饲料技术领域,具体地涉及一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
克氏原螯虾(Procambarusclarkii),又名小龙虾,因肉味鲜美广受消费者的欢迎。近年来,克氏原螯虾的人工养殖在全国各地方兴未艾,已经成为我国重要经济养殖品种。据统计,江苏、湖北等区域很多县的养殖规模就已达数万亩。但随着人工养殖面积的迅速扩大以及养殖密度的增加,一方面病害的发生越来越频繁,另一方面容易导致肠道不健康,消化吸收不良,养殖环境恶化等问题。
发酵饲料是将以微生物等为生物饲料发酵剂菌种,将饲料原料转化为单细胞蛋白、小肽类氨基酸、微生物活性益生菌等为一体的生物发酵饲料。发酵饲料富含动物所需的有益菌群,有利于养殖动物肠道的健康,减少消化道负担,增加肠道内的有益菌群,促进养殖动物的消化吸收。同时,还能净化和稳定养殖环境,降低环境胁迫风险,保持水体生态平衡。克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的推广应用,在一定程度上可减少养殖过程中抗生素的使用,提高生长性能,减少药费开支,降低养殖成本。
通过检索,国家知识产权局于2018.10.23公开了一篇与本专利相关的专利文献((CN108684923A):该发明涉及饲料生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种小龙虾发酵饲料的生产工艺及其设备。小龙虾发酵饲料的生产工艺包括如下步骤:将发酵原料破碎、熟化,加入鱼粉、微生物菌种,混合发酵,得到小龙虾发酵饲料;其中,发酵原料包括小麦、玉米、大豆和油粕中的一种或多种。生产设备包括破碎单元、熟化单元、送料单元、混合机、菌种罐;破碎单元接入熟化单元,熟化单元通过送料单元接入混合机,菌种罐接入混合机。本发明通过将发酵原料破碎熟化,同时配合鱼粉,在微生物菌种的作用下进行发酵,促进小龙虾食用后的吸收性及提高免疫力,从而提高小龙虾养殖的成活率和小龙虾的品质。上述公开专利文献的技术实施路线及提取客体与本专利申请有本质区别,本专利的申请具有新颖性。
中草药是复杂的有机物,其组成成分种类丰富。本发明在发酵饲料中辅以中草药复合提取剂,能够良好地改善适口性、增强抗病力以及促进生长,最大化发挥益生菌和与中草药的协同作用,改善肠道健康,提高了饲料的消化吸收率,有效地促进克氏原螯虾的生长,减少养殖期间病害的发生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种本发明目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提出一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,进一步优化了克氏原螯虾发酵饲料的配方组成,提高了本产品增强克氏原螯虾免疫力和促进生长的效果,保证了肠道益生菌在产品中的数量和活性,并在此基础上辅以特定组成的中药提取物和功能性复合预混料,各组分协同作用以巩固和提高饲料的保健效果。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:由菌剂、中草药复合提取物和发酵底物发酵而成,菌剂、中草药复合提取物与发酵底物的质量比为0.2-5:0.2-4:50000。

进一步的,前述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,发酵底物按照质量份包含豆粕5-15份、小麦30-40份、玉米30-40份、麸皮10-15份、糖蜜1-5份、复合预混料1-3份和水10-20份;发酵底物的总含水量为25%-30%。

前述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,中草药复合提取物按照质量份包含丝兰15-20份、杜仲15-20份、黄芪15-20份、大蒜10-15份、葫芦巴10-15份、桑叶10-15份;
其制备方法如下:将丝兰、杜仲、黄芪、大蒜、葫芦巴、桑叶按照重量份数混合、干燥、粉碎后过120-140目筛,加入总重量5-6倍量的浓度为75%的酒精溶液,置于42-45kHz超声波中提取,离心得提取液,过滤,滤液备用,剩余药渣在相同条件下重复提取两次,合并提取液加热浓缩,真空干燥后得中草药复合提取物。
前述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,复合预混料按照质量份包含维生素A:4-6份、维生素D3:1.0-1.8份、维生素E3:2-45份、维生素B1:3.5-4份、维生素B12:1.2-2.0份、生物素:0.4-0.8份、叶酸:1.0-1.8份、甘露聚糖:0.2-0.5份、三硝酸六尿素合铁:1.2-1.8份、火山岩:4-6份。
前述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,中草药复合提取物按照质量份包含丝兰15-20份、杜仲15-20份、黄芪15-20份、大蒜10-15份、益母草10-15份、桑叶10-15份、金银花10-15份;

本发明克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料带来的有益技术效果如下:
(1)本发明旨在通过微生物发酵技术,利用高效的微生物、代谢产物及其饲料降解活性物质,进入克氏原螯虾肠道后迅速繁殖,改善肠道有益菌群,增强其机体免疫力及抗病能力,提高养殖成活率,降低疾病发生率,从而能够有效解决克氏原螯虾养殖过程中日益严重的病害问题。
(2)同时,经虾体肠道排泄物中的有益细菌可以将养殖水体中的动物排泄物、饲料残留物、生物残体等有机物迅速分解为硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硫酸盐等,促进养殖水体中单胞藻类的繁殖与生长,为养殖对象供氧,平衡整个养殖生态系统的菌相和藻相,从而构成一个良性的生态循环。
(3)本发明中草药复合提取物中的丝兰、杜仲、黄芪、大蒜、益母草、桑叶、金银花、葫芦巴组合,具有补气益气、提高免疫力和病害防御能力,同时增强抗应激能力,具有改善肠道环境,促进营养物质的吸收,增加诱食的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料,它是由菌剂、中草药复合提取物和发酵底物发酵而成,所述菌剂、所述中草药复合提取物与所述发酵底物的质量比为3:3:50000。本发明中草药复合发酵饲料原料配方中所述发酵底物按照质量份包含豆粕15份、小麦30份、玉米30份、麸皮10份、糖蜜5份、复合预混料3份和水15份。所述发酵底物的总含水量为25%。
所述复合预混料按照质量份包含维生素A4份、维生素D31.6份、维生素E38份、维生素B13.8份、维生素B121.4份、生物素0.5份、叶酸1.8份、甘露聚糖0.5份、三硝酸六尿素合铁1.8份、火山岩6份。
本发明中草药复合发酵饲料原料配方中所述菌剂按照质量份包含植物乳杆菌2.0份、枯草芽孢杆菌3.0份、酿酒酵母菌3.2份、布氏乳杆菌2.5份、粪肠球菌1.2份。
本发明中草药复合发酵饲料原料配方中所述中草药复合提取物按照质量份包含丝兰15份、杜仲15份、黄芪15份、大蒜10份、葫芦巴10份、桑叶10份;
制备方法如下:将丝兰、杜仲、黄芪、大蒜、葫芦巴、桑叶按照重量份数混合、干燥、粉碎后过120目筛,加入总重量5倍量的浓度为75%的酒精溶液,置于42kHz超声波中提取,离心得提取液,过滤,滤液备用,剩余药渣在相同条件下重复提取两次,合并提取液加热浓缩,真空干燥后得中草药复合提取物。
本发明中草药复合发酵饲料经过以下步骤制得:
(1)将发酵底物充分混合粉碎后进行蒸汽消毒;
(2)向发酵底物中加入菌剂,混合均匀后在30℃条件下,用塑料薄膜密封进行发酵24h;
(3)向发酵完成后的底物中加入中草药复合提取物,混合均匀后包装,即可得到克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料。
实施例2
一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料,它是由菌剂、中草药复合提取物和发酵底物发酵而成,所述菌剂、所述中草药复合提取物与所述发酵底物的质量比为3:3:50000。本发明中草药复合发酵饲料原料配方中所述发酵底物按照质量份包含豆粕15份、小麦30份、玉米30份、麸皮10份、糖蜜5份、复合预混料3份和水15份。所述发酵底物的总含水量为25%。
所述复合预混料按照质量份包含维生素A4份、维生素D31.6份、维生素E38份、维生素B13.8份、维生素B121.4份、生物素0.5份、叶酸1.8份、甘露聚糖0.5份、三硝酸六尿素合铁1.8份、火山岩6份。

为了对比本发明中各实施例中克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料与市售配合饲料的性能差别,采用各实施例中草药复合发酵饲料与市售配合饲料进行对照实验,对各组别克氏原螯虾成活率进行测定。具体测试方法如下:
选取5个克氏原螯虾养殖塘,5个养殖塘受到的日照时间、强度相同,周围环境也都基本无差异,每个养殖塘投放等量的苗种,对照塘投喂市售配合饲料,其余4个养殖塘分别投喂实施例1-4中的中草药复合发酵饲料。每个养殖塘每日投喂的饲料重量相同。连续投喂60天后,对克氏原螯虾的成活率进行测试,结果如下:

1.一种克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:由菌剂、中草药复合提取物和发酵底物发酵而成,所述菌剂、中草药复合提取物与发酵底物的质量比为0.2-5:0.2-4:50000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述发酵底物按照质量份包含豆粕5-15份、小麦30-40份、玉米30-40份、麸皮10-15份、糖蜜1-5份、复合预混料1-3份和水10-20份;所述发酵底物的总含水量为25%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:

其制备方法如下:将丝兰、杜仲、黄芪、大蒜、葫芦巴、桑叶按照重量份数混合、干燥、粉碎后过120-140目筛,加入总重量5-6倍量的浓度为75%的酒精溶液,置于42-45kHz超声波中提取,离心得提取液,过滤,滤液备用,剩余药渣在相同条件下重复提取两次,合并提取液加热浓缩,真空干燥后得中草药复合提取物。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的克氏原螯虾中草药复合发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合预混料按照质量份包含维生素A:4-6份、维生素D3:1.0-1.8份、维生素E3:2-45份、维生素B1:3.5-4份、维生素B12:1.2-2.0份、生物素:0.4-0.8份、叶酸:1.0-1.8份、甘露聚糖:0.2-0.5份、三硝酸六尿素合铁:1.2-1.8份、火山岩:4-6份。
