背景技术
牛蒡有降血压、降血脂、降血糖、润肠通便、抑制癌细胞滋生、扩散等作用,是非常理想的天然保健食品。牛蒡还含有丰富的水溶性膳食纤维,能改善食物消化过程,防止过度饮食引起的肥胖症,是维护人体肠胃健康的多面手。
辣木叶为我国卫生部2012年批准的新资源食品,辣木叶含的类黄酮、多酚等物质使其有很好的抗氧化性,其降血糖、降血脂降血压等功能与其含有的糖苷、谷淄醇有关。辣木叶中的生物碱、硫代葡萄糖酸盐、多酚等物质使其具有消炎、抗癌、抗菌等功效。
目前,市面上还未出现采用牛蒡和辣木叶制成的糖果类保健品。

本发明的目的在于提供一种牛蒡辣木压片糖果,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

D、包薄膜衣时,先用50%乙醇将包衣液充分溶解,配制成10%均匀溶液备用,再将片芯倒入高效包衣机的滚筒内,设置进风温度在75-85℃,启动让滚筒慢速运转,加热片芯;待片芯温度达到35℃后,调节喷枪位置、喷速,进行包衣操作。包衣过程中,控制片芯温度在35-40℃之间。

Claims (4)
1.一种牛蒡辣木压片糖果,其特征在于:压片糖果组分按重量比例包括:牛蒡根粉30%-35%、辣木叶粉25%-30%、棉籽低聚糖30%-33%、微晶纤维素8%-10%、硬脂酸镁1%-3%、包衣粉1%-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛蒡辣木压片糖果,其特征在于:压片糖果组分按重量比例包括:牛蒡根粉30%、辣木叶粉30%、棉籽低聚糖30%、微晶纤维素8%、硬脂酸镁1%、包衣粉1%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种牛蒡辣木压片糖果,其特征在于:所述包衣粉由羟丙甲基纤维素和普鲁兰多糖组成。
4.实现权利要求1或2所述的一种牛蒡辣木压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将牛蒡根粉、辣木叶粉、棉籽低聚糖和微晶纤维素分别过80目筛,加入到槽式搅拌机中,搅拌混合20分钟-30分钟,加入50%乙醇溶液制得适宜的软材,用14目筛制粒,置于热风循环干燥箱内,控制温度在55-65 ℃,进行干燥,干燥期间不断翻盘,得到干颗粒;
B、降干颗粒用16目筛整颗,将整好的颗粒加入硬脂酸镁放入三维型混合机中混合20分钟-30分钟;
C、压片前按产品工艺计算好的片重上料试压,调整片重调节器,至片重、硬度和崩解时限合格后开始正式开机生产,生产过程中每间隔30分钟抽样10片,检查净含量应≧0.6g/片;
D、包薄膜衣时,先用50%乙醇将包衣液充分溶解,配制成10%均匀溶液备用,再将片芯倒入高效包衣机的滚筒内,设置进风温度在75-85℃,启动让滚筒慢速运转,加热片芯;待片芯温度达到35℃后,调节喷枪位置、喷速,进行包衣操作,包衣过程中,控制片芯温度在35-40℃之间。
