对于安装件,致动器通常在壳体的后端中配备有后安装件,并且在致动元件(也称为内管)的外端部中具有前安装件。后安装件通常是叉安装件,而前安装件通常是柱形突起,具有固定到致动元件的外端的孔眼。这样的例子在Linak的EP 662 573 A1中示出。然而,应该理解,前和后安装件的类型可以适应于线性致动器结合于其中的特定结构。在Linak的EP 531 247 A1的线性致动器和Dana Corporation的EP 0 831 250 A2的线性致动器中示出的前和后安装件因此都是具有孔眼的柱形突起。
Dewert Antriebs-und Systemtechnik的DE 94 04 383.3 U1的直线致动器具有作为前和后安装件的叉安装件。
对于所有情况适用的是,安装致动器时,将松开的销、螺栓、轴、锁定环等插入一结构(线性致动器应结合到该结构中)上的支架中,并引导通过前安装件或后安装件中的孔眼。在安装中,用一只手握住致动器和松开销是不方便的,同时通常在不利条件下,试图将安装件中的孔眼与结构上的支架中的孔眼对准,并在这些孔眼对准时准备将销插入这些孔眼中。

在一个实施例中,前安装件和/或后安装件是带孔眼的柱形突起。在特定实施例中,致动元件是管状的,并且前安装件设置在其最前面的自由端中。带有前安装件和销的致动元件可以用塑料模制成一个单独的单元。

具体实施方式
图中所示的线性致动器包括壳体1,壳体1包括前半部分1a和后半部分1b。在壳体1中,嵌入有用于电动机3的安装单元2、呈行星齿轮形式的变速器6和主轴单元。
电动机3通过行星齿轮6驱动主轴7。行星齿轮6包括位于电动机3的轴的前端上的太阳轮8。在安装单元2的前端,有用于行星齿轮的凹槽2a。凹槽的后壁配备有与太阳轮8啮合的两个相对的齿轮组9。行星轮10与每个齿轮9一体模制,该行星轮10与安装在主轴7的轴的后端上的环形轮11啮合。在主轴7的后端上、环形轮11的前方设有滚珠轴承12。该滚珠轴承12安装在用于此目的的安装单元2的凹槽2b中,在蜗轮前方。
主轴7的外端,即自由端,配备有一段管形式的致动元件13。位于主轴7之上的致动元件13的端部内部设有螺纹14,螺纹14构成主轴螺母,用于与主轴7的外螺纹啮合。致动元件的自由端、外端配备有用于安装该致动器的前安装件15。具有内螺纹(主轴螺母)的致动元件13、轴环16和前安装件15由塑料模制成一个单独的单元。致动元件13通过壳体1的前端中的孔17伸出,其中孔17被构造为用于致动元件13的引导件,该孔17可配备有用于防止灰尘和液体从外面进入致动器的密封件。
前安装件15是叉安装件,其具有用于销18的横向孔眼15a,用于将前安装件15固定在安装线性致动器的结构中。
后安装件19同样是叉安装件。其被构造为壳体1的后半部分1b的整体部分,作为侧壁,作为两个凸缘19b、19c,被引导超过壳体1中的端壁,并且在两个伸长侧壁中具有用于销18的横向孔眼19a,用于固定后安装件。
因此,本发明提供了一种线性致动器,其更容易安装先前已知构造的线性致动器。

Claims (5)
