用于辅助行走工具的用户的设备、行走工具和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于辅助行走工具的用户的设备、行走工具以及方法。本发明尤其涉及经改善地引导用户接触适合于这些用户的功能环境。
背景技术
传统的信息娱乐系统通常向用户提供事先规定的功能,诸如媒体播放器、导航、收音机和电话辅助。在新型系统中,通过数据连接可以附加地纳入在线信息,诸如消息、关于加油站的价格信息(汽油价格)和经由在线搜索服务(如谷歌(Google))的导航目的地搜索。附加地,通过Apple CarPlay或者Googles Android Auto,移动电话的熟悉的环境可以被映现到车辆中的中央信息显示器上。
发明内容
本发明的任务是可在由行走工具来辅助的情况下得到不一定被用户识别出的改善。
上文确定的任务按照本发明通过一种用于辅助行走工具的用户的方法来解决。行走工具例如可以是载客车(PKW)、运输车、载货车(LKW)、摩托车、飞机和/或船舶。用户可以是行走工具的驾驶员、副驾驶员或者前排乘客。首先,分析用户在操作行走工具时的行为。对行走工具的操作可涉及行走工具的HMI(Human Maschine Interface,人机接口)的环境,例如用于通信、信息和娱乐环境。然而,该操作也可涉及车辆驾驶。十分常见地,行走工具的全部功能都可以被用户操作,这些功能原则上可以借助于软件环境来改善、构建得更舒适或者变得更安全。可替换地或附加地,可以分析驾驶任务的边界条件。这例如可以涉及天气条件、照明条件、车辆配置(拖车运行、越野/赛道使用等等)。这些边界条件例如可以借助于传感器和/或基于卫星地并且基于定位地以信息技术方式来确定和识别。根据之前提到的分析的结果,自动产生对要下载(由用户下载到行走工具中)的软件环境的建议。例如,该软件环境可以直接并且立即自动地被下载。替选地或附加地,可以询问用户他是想要安装软件环境还是想要首先获得附加的关于该软件环境和使用该软件环境的条件的信息。该软件环境例如可涉及驾驶员辅助和/或娱乐/通信系统。替选地或附加地,按照本发明建议的软件环境可涉及导航功能。结果是,用户获得针对附加的可支配的软件环境的上下文相关的建议。这改善了用户体验、用户舒适性和在驾驶行走工具时的安全性。
从属权利要求表明了本发明的优选的扩展方案。
对行走工具的操作例如可涉及行走工具的纵向和/或横向引导。替选地或补充地,软件环境例如可以使用存在于行走工具中的硬件(例如雷达传感器、激光、超声、光学摄像机等等)。附加的信息可以被生成和/或被分析并且因此有助于对行走工具的舒适的并且安全的驾驶。为了识别出用户可能需要相对应的软件环境的实际情况,可以分析用户对行走工具的驾驶,作为用户的行为。为此,光学摄像机可以拍摄驾驶员/用户的相对应的图像并且将这些图像引向图像分析。某些运动模式、行为方式或者操作步骤可以被识别并且按照本发明来分析。由于对行走工具的操作而立即生成的信息(转向运动、踩刹车、调节油门踏板位置等等)也可以自动地被分析并且被用于确定适合于车辆驾驶的建议。行走工具的位置(例如GPS)也可以被用于确定适合的建议。然而,由用户操作行走工具来确定适合的软件环境也可以涉及对导航系统、通信功能(聊天(Chat)、电子邮件(E-Mail)、短消息(SMS)、语音操作、电话或诸如此类的)的使用。该操作可替选地或附加地涉及娱乐功能(音乐/视频播放)而且替选地或附加地涉及多媒体功能。相对应的操作步骤能基于通常以软件技术方式实现的用户接口特别简单地并且广泛地来确定。相对应地,可以使用这些操作步骤来产生建议。
对行为的分析例如可包括对重复的、彼此相对应的或者甚至相同的操作过程的次数的分析。例如,作为对达到某些操作过程的重复的预先限定的次数的响应才能确定:用户也将从基本上适合于此的软件环境中充分地获益。对不必要的或者仅仅极其零星使用的软件环境的下载可以和与之相关联的花费一样被避免。
软件环境例如可包括用于导航系统的应用、通信功能、娱乐功能或者多媒体功能。相对应地,软件环境也可以涉及驾驶员辅助系统或者基本的车辆功能(悬架、外观、内饰、灯光、语音输入/输出等等)。这能够实现对在行走工具中可支配的功能的广泛的并且符合需要的适配。
优选地,作为对生成针对所要下载的软件环境的建议或采纳针对所要下载的软件环境的建议的响应,可以生成询问,通过该询问来询问用户是否接受与软件环境相关联的条件。换言之,在下载软件环境/功能环境和/或准许软件环境/功能环境的实施之前,尽管有按照本发明自动做出的建议,用户仍可能必须声明他同意这些条件。以这种方式,消除了用户关于数据保护和毫无防备地形成的下载/数据传输花费的顾虑。还可以避免:用户由于在行走工具中的安装过程或者突然提供的功能环境而分散对交通的注意力并且损害交通安全。
对于其它软件环境来说,又可以设置自动安装,使得用户可以使用未经配置或购买的功能环境,而没有事先通知或者不存在预先的接受而且没有时间延迟。尤其是,以这种方式可以绕开用户相对于新安装以及必要时所形成的花费的心理障碍。换言之,用户毫无防备地面对新功能而且可以立即体验这些新功能的优点。可选地,就在使用自动安装的软件环境之前或者甚至在使用自动安装的软件环境期间或之后,才能向用户输出提示,借助于该提示,输出使用软件环境的条件。只要用户现在仍始终不同意使用,就可以将软件环境卸载。只要用户现在同意使用,就可以将软件环境暂时或者永久地安装在行走工具中。替选地或附加地,可以向用户发出关于持续使用功能环境的方式的消息。例如,对重复的或一次性的款项的支付、对一般的商业条款的接受、不可能同时使用(例如到目前为止所安装的)软件环境可以被称作前提条件。
例如,在产生建议时可以考虑天气条件,作为在履行驾驶任务期间存在着的边界条件,所述天气条件已经以传感器方式和/或通过与行走工具的周围环境的无线数据连接来获得。附加地,照明条件和/或旅行时长可以决定用户将以何种方式从所要建议的软件环境中获得尽可能好的增值。相对应的情况适用于当前或将来要由行走工具驶过的路段(例如高速公路适合于使用纵向和/或横向引导辅助)。其它示例在下面进一步予以讨论。
按照本发明的第二方面,提出了一种用于辅助行走工具的用户的设备。该设备包括输入单元,该输入单元例如可具有操作元件和/或触摸屏(车辆驾驶操作元件或者诸如此类的)。附加地,设置分析单元,该分析单元例如可包括微处理器、可编程处理器、电子控制设备或者诸如此类的。附加地,设置输出单元,该输出单元可包括总线成员、屏幕和/或与用户携带的无线通信终端设备的无线接口。分析单元被设立为:借助于输入单元来分析用户在操作行走工具时的行为。替选地或附加地,可以分析当前被满足或者等待处理的驾驶任务的边界条件。根据分析的结果,可以借助于输出单元自动地做出对行走工具的(由用户)所要下载的软件环境的建议。如上面所描述的那样,也可以自动地进行下载。换言之,该建议可以自动地被行走工具接受(例如只要预先限定的边界条件存在)。例如,可以使用可支配的存储空间、确定的行驶情况、蓄能器的最低水平或诸如此类的,作为预先限定的边界条件。以这种方式,按照本发明的设备被设立为:以相对应的方式显而易见地实现按照本发明的方法的特征、特征组合和从这些特征组合中得到的优点,使得为了避免重复而参阅上文的实施方案。
按照本发明的第三方面,提出了一种行走工具(例如载客车(PKW)、运输车、载货车(LKW)、摩托车、飞机和/或船舶)。该行走工具具有按照所提到的第二发明方面的设备。对于该行走工具来说,也相对应地得到这些特征、特征组合和优点。
随后,本发明的实施例在对随附的权利要求书的保护范围没有限制性作用的情况下被讨论。在一个方面,本发明可以在信息娱乐系统中实现,该信息娱乐系统能自适应地并且动态地来扩展并且使用户能接触到新的功能和服务。为此,维持适应情况地建议用户的针对车辆的功能。在此,这些功能可以已经完全或部分地存在于车辆中(例如对于功能来说所需的硬件(例如传感装置)),或者用户可以通过网络连接将这些功能加载到车辆中。同样可能的是:用户得到首先需要安装硬件(以及然后必要时软件)的建议。该硬件例如可以在车辆经销商(或专业车间)处获得并且在那里被安装在车辆中。如果例如自出厂起在车辆中已经安装雷达测距传感器但是没有被激活用于使用,则只要按照本发明来下载并且安装软件环境,就可以将雷达传感器用于距离调节(例如结合所安装的摄像机),用来扩展用户的视野。在该上下文中应注意:下载/Download不需要无线通信连接,而是也可以以有线方式进行。例如,在其中驾驶员在导航系统中输入目的地或通过预测性导航来确定可能的目的地的情况下,导航系统可以向用户建议获得针对车辆的其它功能。尤其是当该导航系统所建议的路线允许用户可以相信功能的优点(例如由于行驶时长或天气条件糟糕)时,才能输出该建议。在信息娱乐显示器中,针对该建议能预留确定的显示区。例如,这可以是其中在其它情况下显示时间、温度或天气的区域。用户可以在确定的位置设定的其它信息保持不变。附加地,可以检查:是否有适合的交通情况占主导,在该适合的交通情况下,对建议的自动展示使驾驶员没有不恰当地分散注意力。例如,这可以在行驶开始之前、在停车时、在信号灯设施处停留时、在堵车等等时实现。对使用相对应的功能的建议也可以作为供应商的奖励来实现。例如,专业车间可以利用对附加的功能环境的使用(在预先限定的时长内、以降低的购买价格或者诸如此类的)来回报用户提早预订即将到来的检查。替选地,可以向用户发出如下建议:可以将雷达传感器嵌入到行走工具中并且与之相关联地可以在预先限定的时间段内没有花费地使用距离调节。用户也可以通过下载入口来选择功能并且获得、租用或者根据使用范围/时长来支付可能的功能,视预先限定的价格模型如何被限定而定。
对在行走工具中使用附加的软件环境/功能的建议可以动态地进行,例如根据环境/情况条件、车辆使用者以及其偏好/需求/身体感觉(例如以传感器方式来确定)、位置(例如基于卫星来确定)或者车辆状态来进行。例如,在行驶期间发生变化的天气条件可以被理解为情况条件。例如,出现大雾可能导致:在有雾时向驾驶员提供的扩展的报警功能/对象识别,作为软件环境。关于车辆使用者/用户本身,对扩展的车辆功能的建议也可以根据使用者的其它形象数据来进行。用户例如驶过多个短途路段而且这些短途路段主要在市区。如果现在从记事日历录入项中可见:用户将在第二天驶过较长的路段并且驾驶员从其它使用场景中已知为以舒适为导向,则事先已经可以向该驾驶员提供如下车辆功能的使用,这些车辆功能适合于该路段或道路类型。例如,娱乐系统(可选地结合用户携带的无线通信终端设备)可以向用户提示即将到来的日程和路段特有的特别之处(窄路、建筑工地、困难的照明条件等等)而且可选地展示对基于路段的、基于时间的或者无限的使用的提议。与驾驶员状态相关的建议(例如在驾驶员疲劳时试用自主驾驶模式或者基于传感器的疲劳识别)是另一可能性。基于当前的行踪的建议例如可以用于向用户指明操作选项。例如,在到达导航系统已知的目的地位置时,可以以到那里的导航来给出停车场的建议。例如,在午间可以输出对沿着路线的如下餐厅的建议,这些餐厅符合驾驶员的口味偏好。例如,也可以展示对连锁餐厅或其它服务提供商的App(应用)的建议。只要定期维护间隔期满,车辆例如就可以做出与专业车间约定时间的建议或者建议在较长的停车时长期间执行服务预约。在车辆非常脏(例如基于天气条件、驶过的路段、周围环境传感器的功能受限制来确定)时,可以建议约定清洁时间(去洗车、内饰清洁或者诸如此类的)。

具体实施方式
图1示出了作为行走工具的载客车(PKW)10,该载客车配备有触摸屏,该触摸屏具有触敏表面1和屏幕5。该触摸屏以信息技术方式连接到作为分析单元的电子控制设备2上。数据存储器3准备好用于实施按照本发明的方法的指令和用于要附加地安装的软件环境的存储空间。借助于这些软件环境,电子控制设备2例如可以在到目前为止未被设置的环境下使用已经在早前的时间点(例如自出厂起)安装的雷达传感器9。例如,作为对识别出即将来临的雨中行驶(参见雨云8)的响应,可以向用户4发出按照本发明自动产生的建议。例如,用户4可以获得如下自动的建议:试用地下载和使用用于(经改善地)使用雷达传感器9的软件环境。
图2示出了按照本发明的设备的实施例的示例性的屏幕视图7。在该屏幕视图中,在顶框11中示出了用于影响多媒体播放的多个按键。应用区12具有如下图标,这些图标给出对不同的App(应用)的访问,这些App或者自出厂起就预先给定或者这些App已由驾驶员在事后安装。在该应用区下方,设置用于布置附加的应用(“App”)的区域13。例如,在那里可以显示按照本发明自动发生的建议,这些建议可以在触摸时被下载。
图3示出了针对如下情况的屏幕视图7:按照本发明的设备已经通过使用动态的距离调节系统(自适应巡航控制(Adaptiv Cruise Control),ACC)确定对用户有一定的增值。作为对此的响应,顶框11(参见图2)被文本区14覆盖,借助于该文本区来询问驾驶员:该驾驶员是否想要免费试用ACC功能。该驾驶员在“是的,请”与“不是现在”之间做选择。
图4示出了如下屏幕视图7,该屏幕视图作为对接受(“是的,请”)ACC功能的免费试用周期的响应来显示。提示6显示出ACC免费试用的剩余时长。提示15将永久试用ACC功能环境的方式(支付240.00欧元)合并并且呈现用于用户的同意声明的按键。
图5示出了流程图,用于阐明按照本发明的用于辅助行走工具的用户的方法的实施例的步骤。在步骤100中,自动地分析用户在操作行走工具时的行为以及行走工具的驾驶任务的边界条件。这在用户没有安排对该行为或这些边界条件的分析的情况下进行。在步骤200中,根据分析的结果,自动产生对行走工具的所要下载的软件环境的建议。例如,可以通过CID(中央信息屏幕)来输出这些建议。在步骤300中,询问用户是否接受使用软件环境的预先限定的条件。这例如可以借助于弹窗(Pop-up)来实现。作为对用户的接受(确认弹窗)的响应,在步骤400中,软件环境自动地被下载并且更多功能环境被准许。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于辅助行走工具(10)的用户(4)的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
- 分析(100)
- 所述用户(4)在操作所述行走工具(10)时的行为和/或
- 驾驶任务的边界条件,而且根据分析的结果
- 自动产生(200)对所要下载的软件环境的建议。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中对所述行走工具(10)的操作涉及
- 对所述行走工具(10)的驾驶,和/或
- 对导航系统的使用,和/或
- 通信功能,和/或
- 娱乐功能,和/或
- 多媒体功能。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的方法,其中对所述行为的分析包括:对重复的、彼此相对应的和/或相同的操作过程的次数的分析。
4.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其中所述软件环境包括针对
- 驾驶员辅助系统、尤其是辅助对所述行走工具(10)的驾驶的驾驶员辅助系统,和/或
- 导航系统,和/或
- 通信功能,和/或
- 娱乐功能,和/或
- 多媒体功能
的应用。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
- 询问(300)用户(4)是否接受使用所述软件环境的预先限定的条件,而且作为对所述用户(4)的接受的响应,
- 实施(400)对所述软件环境的下载和/或准许对所述软件环境的实施。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
- 自动安装未经所述用户(4)配置的软件环境,而且优选地作为对使用所述软件环境的响应,
- 输出对
- 使用所述软件环境的条件和/或
- 永久使用所述软件环境的方式
的提示。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其中所述驾驶任务的边界条件包括
- 天气条件,和/或
- 照明条件,和/或
- 旅行时长。
8.一种用于辅助行走工具(10)的用户(4)的设备,所述设备包括:
- 输入单元(1);
- 分析单元(2);和
- 输出单元(5),其中所述分析单元(2)被设立为:借助于所述输入单元(1),
- 分析所述用户(4)在操作所述行走工具(10)时的行为和/或驾驶任务的边界条件,而且根据分析的结果,借助于所述输出单元(5),
- 自动产生对所述行走工具(10)的所要下载的软件环境的建议。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,所述设备被设立为实施根据上述权利要求1至7之一所述的方法。
10.一种行走工具,其包括根据上述权利要求8或9之一所述的设备。
