Abstract
本发明公开了墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,属于涂料技术领域。本发明解决的技术问题是:由于墙面颜色的不均一,在墙纸墙布的施工中出现的透底现象,造成墙纸墙布的装饰性大幅度下降。本发明的技术方案是,墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,包括成膜物质以及颜填料分散体,成膜物质以及颜填料分散体的质量比为0.5‑2:1。本发明的有益效果是,使用时能根据墙面实际情况在成膜物质中加入合适的颜填料现配现用,既能覆盖住色差,又可以节约资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣。
背景技术
目前由于墙面颜色的不均一,在墙纸墙布的施工中出现的透底现象,造成墙纸墙布的装饰性大幅度下降,传统的解决方案为在墙面上涂刷乳胶漆或墙纸墙布用覆盖型基膜,由于墙面的不均匀的色斑,单一使用乳胶漆或覆盖型基膜由于其遮盖率不可根据墙面的实际情况来进行调配,从而导致新的色差的产生,为解决新的色差往往需要大面积涂刷,这样既浪费资源也浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采用一种成膜物质跟颜填料分开,使用时根据墙面实际情况在成膜物质中加入合适的颜填料现配现用,既能覆盖住色差,又可以节约资源。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,包括成膜物质以及颜填料分散体,成膜物质以及颜填料分散体的质量比为0.5-2:1。
优选的,所述成膜物质为固含量苯丙乳液,其由丙烯酸类聚合物乳液、聚氨酯乳液以及聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合而成。
优选的,所述颜填料分散体包括颜填料和助剂,所述颜填料为金红石型钛白粉、锐钛型钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、滑石粉、云母粉、轻钙、重钙、硫酸钡以及硅灰石粉中的一种或多种,所述助剂为聚氨酯增稠剂、碱溶胀增稠剂、纤维素类增稠剂、润湿剂、矿物油类消泡剂、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、流平剂以及分散剂中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述颜填料分散体由质量百分比为:金红石型钛白粉18%、煅烧高岭土50%、水30%、聚氨酯增稠剂1%以及分散剂1%搅拌均匀所得。
优选的,所述颜填料分散体由质量百分比为:金红石型钛白粉18%、煅烧高岭土50%、水30%、聚氨酯增稠剂1%以及分散剂1%搅拌5-15分钟所得。
优选的,所述墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣由15%-35%固含量苯丙乳液以及颜填料分散体混合而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)在使用过程中可以根据目标墙面所需的覆盖程度灵活选择颜填料分散体与成膜物质的比例;
(2);使用时能根据墙面实际情况在成膜物质中加入合适的颜填料现配现用,既能覆盖住色差,又可以节约资源。
具体实施方式
本发明墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,包括成膜物质以及颜填料分散体,成膜物质以及颜填料分散体的质量比为0.5-2:1。所述成膜物质为固含量苯丙乳液,其由丙烯酸类聚合物乳液、聚氨酯乳液以及聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合而成。所述颜填料分散体包括颜填料和助剂,所述颜填料为金红石型钛白粉、锐钛型钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、滑石粉、云母粉、轻钙、重钙、硫酸钡以及硅灰石粉中的一种或多种,所述助剂为聚氨酯增稠剂、碱溶胀增稠剂、纤维素类增稠剂、润湿剂、矿物油类消泡剂、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、流平剂以及分散剂中的一种或多种。所述颜填料分散体由质量百分比为:金红石型钛白粉18%、煅烧高岭土50%、水30%、聚氨酯增稠剂1%以及分散剂1%搅拌5-15分钟所得。
优选的,所述墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣由15%-35%固含量苯丙乳液以及颜填料分散体混合而成。
在使用过程中可以根据目标墙面所需的覆盖程度选择颜填料分散体与成膜物质的比例,颜填料分散体与成膜物质最高比例不得超过2:1。

Claims (6)
1.墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,包括成膜物质以及颜填料分散体,成膜物质以及颜填料分散体的质量比为0.5-2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,其特征在于:所述成膜物质为固含量苯丙乳液,其由丙烯酸类聚合物乳液、聚氨酯乳液以及聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,其特征在于:所述颜填料分散体包括颜填料和助剂,所述颜填料为金红石型钛白粉、锐钛型钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、滑石粉、云母粉、轻钙、重钙、硫酸钡以及硅灰石粉中的一种或多种,所述助剂为聚氨酯增稠剂、碱溶胀增稠剂、纤维素类增稠剂、润湿剂、矿物油类消泡剂、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、流平剂以及分散剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,其特征在于:所述颜填料分散体由质量百分比为:金红石型钛白粉18%、煅烧高岭土50%、水30%、聚氨酯增稠剂1%以及分散剂1%搅拌均匀所得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,其特征在于:所述颜填料分散体由质量百分比为:金红石型钛白粉18%、煅烧高岭土50%、水30%、聚氨酯增稠剂1%以及分散剂1%搅拌5-15分钟所得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣,其特征在于:所述墙面覆盖型底漆伴侣由15%-35%固含量苯丙乳液以及颜填料分散体混合而成。
