本发明涉及一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布，它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体，在所述混编布本体外侧设有数码印刷层，所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ、碳纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅰ，所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ、不锈钢纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅱ。本发明韧性好，表面图案丰富。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混编布，具体涉及一种碳纤维混编布。
背景技术
现有的碳纤维布通常为单一的碳纤维制品，只有刚性没有柔性不耐冲击，碳纤维虽然强度很大，但材质较脆，不具有良好的柔软性。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种韧性好，表面图案丰富的改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布。
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所述的一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布，它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体，在所述混编布本体外侧设有数码印刷层，所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ、碳纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅰ，所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ、不锈钢纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅱ。
所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ、内PVC膜层Ⅰ、外PVC膜层Ⅱ和内PVC膜层Ⅱ都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层，通过胶粘剂贴合。
所述混编布本体与数码印刷层的厚度比为（4-10）：1。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本发明结构设置合理，在纬向编织纤维束中设置不锈钢纤维层，大大提高了整体韧性，耐冲击性能强，设置数码印刷层，可以直接形成数码喷印图案，表面图案丰富，采用厚度比为（4-10）：1的混编布本体与数码印刷层，整体使用可靠，符合实际使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示，本发明所述的一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布，它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体1，在所述混编布本体1外侧设有数码印刷层2，所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ3、碳纤维层4和内PVC膜层Ⅰ5，所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ6、不锈钢纤维层7和内PVC膜层Ⅱ8；所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ3、内PVC膜层Ⅰ5、外PVC膜层Ⅱ6和内PVC膜层Ⅱ8都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层，通过胶粘剂贴合；所述混编布本体1与数码印刷层2的厚度比为（4-10）：1。本发明结构设置合理，在纬向编织纤维束中设置不锈钢纤维层，大大提高了整体韧性，耐冲击性能强，设置数码印刷层，可以直接形成数码喷印图案，表面图案丰富，采用厚度比为（4-10）：1的混编布本体与数码印刷层，整体使用可靠，符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法，具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围，本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布，其特征在于：它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体（1），在所述混编布本体（1）外侧设有数码印刷层（2），所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ（3）、碳纤维层（4）和内PVC膜层Ⅰ（5），所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ（6）、不锈钢纤维层（7）和内PVC膜层Ⅱ（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布，其特征在于：所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ（3）、内PVC膜层Ⅰ（5）、外PVC膜层Ⅱ（6）和内PVC膜层Ⅱ（8）都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层，通过胶粘剂贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布，其特征在于：所述混编布本体（1）与数码印刷层（2）的厚度比为（4-10）：1。
