Abstract
本发明涉及一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布,它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体,在所述混编布本体外侧设有数码印刷层,所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ、碳纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅰ,所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ、不锈钢纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅱ。本发明韧性好,表面图案丰富。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混编布,具体涉及一种碳纤维混编布。
背景技术
现有的碳纤维布通常为单一的碳纤维制品,只有刚性没有柔性不耐冲击,碳纤维虽然强度很大,但材质较脆,不具有良好的柔软性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种韧性好,表面图案丰富的改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布,它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体,在所述混编布本体外侧设有数码印刷层,所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ、碳纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅰ,所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ、不锈钢纤维层和内PVC膜层Ⅱ。
所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ、内PVC膜层Ⅰ、外PVC膜层Ⅱ和内PVC膜层Ⅱ都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层,通过胶粘剂贴合。
所述混编布本体与数码印刷层的厚度比为(4-10):1。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明结构设置合理,在纬向编织纤维束中设置不锈钢纤维层,大大提高了整体韧性,耐冲击性能强,设置数码印刷层,可以直接形成数码喷印图案,表面图案丰富,采用厚度比为(4-10):1的混编布本体与数码印刷层,整体使用可靠,符合实际使用要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明所述的一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布,它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体1,在所述混编布本体1外侧设有数码印刷层2,所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ3、碳纤维层4和内PVC膜层Ⅰ5,所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ6、不锈钢纤维层7和内PVC膜层Ⅱ8;所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ3、内PVC膜层Ⅰ5、外PVC膜层Ⅱ6和内PVC膜层Ⅱ8都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层,通过胶粘剂贴合;所述混编布本体1与数码印刷层2的厚度比为(4-10):1。本发明结构设置合理,在纬向编织纤维束中设置不锈钢纤维层,大大提高了整体韧性,耐冲击性能强,设置数码印刷层,可以直接形成数码喷印图案,表面图案丰富,采用厚度比为(4-10):1的混编布本体与数码印刷层,整体使用可靠,符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭1垂直编织组成混编布本体(1),在所述混编布本体(1)外侧设有数码印刷层(2),所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅰ(3)、碳纤维层(4)和内PVC膜层Ⅰ(5),所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ(6)、不锈钢纤维层(7)和内PVC膜层Ⅱ(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ(3)、内PVC膜层Ⅰ(5)、外PVC膜层Ⅱ(6)和内PVC膜层Ⅱ(8)都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层,通过胶粘剂贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进的不锈钢纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:所述混编布本体(1)与数码印刷层(2)的厚度比为(4-10):1。
