本发明涉及一种改进的混编斜纹布,它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭3垂直编织组成斜纹布本体,在所述斜纹布本体外侧设有数码印刷层,所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括抗紫外线层、外PVC膜层Ⅰ、碳纤维布层和内PVC膜层Ⅰ,所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ、芳纶纤维布层和内PVC膜层Ⅱ。本发明韧性好,表面图案丰富,抗紫外。

一种改进的混编斜纹布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜纹布,具体涉及一种碳纤维斜纹布。
背景技术
传统碳纤维通常为单一的碳纤维制品,只有刚性没有柔性不耐冲击,碳纤维虽然强度很大,但材质较脆。以碳纤维制成的碳纤维复合布主要为环氧树脂或酚醛树脂等与碳纤维布结合的结构。以环氧树脂或酚醛树脂等与碳纤维布结合的结构不能二次成型;模压和手糊工艺手续比较繁琐,后道工序复杂表面难处理易出现气泡;树脂型复合布大多比较脆,容易分层断裂。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种韧性好,表面图案丰富,抗紫外的改进的混编斜纹布。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种改进的混编斜纹布,它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭3垂直编织组成斜纹布本体,在所述斜纹布本体外侧设有数码印刷层,所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括抗紫外线层、外PVC膜层Ⅰ、碳纤维布层和内PVC膜层Ⅰ,所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ、芳纶纤维布层和内PVC膜层Ⅱ。
所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ、内PVC膜层Ⅰ、外PVC膜层Ⅱ和内PVC膜层Ⅱ都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层,通过胶粘剂贴合。
所述斜纹布本体与数码印刷层的厚度比为(5-12):1。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明结构设置合理,在纬向编织纤维束中设有芳纶纤维布层,有效提高整体韧性,在经向编织纤维束中设有抗紫外线层,有效提高整体的抗紫外线性能,设置数码印刷层,可以直接形成数码喷印图案,表面图案丰富,采用厚度比为(5-12):1的斜纹布本体与数码印刷层,整体使用可靠,符合实际使用要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明所述的一种改进的混编斜纹布,它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭3垂直编织组成斜纹布本体1,在所述斜纹布本体1外侧设有数码印刷层2,所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括抗紫外线层3、外PVC膜层Ⅰ4、碳纤维布层5和内PVC膜层Ⅰ6,所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ7、芳纶纤维布层8和内PVC膜层Ⅱ9;所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ4、内PVC膜层Ⅰ6、外PVC膜层Ⅱ7和内PVC膜层Ⅱ9都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层,通过胶粘剂贴合;所述斜纹布本体1与数码印刷层2的厚度比为(5-12):1。本发明结构设置合理,在纬向编织纤维束中设有芳纶纤维布层,有效提高整体韧性,在经向编织纤维束中设有抗紫外线层,有效提高整体的抗紫外线性能,设置数码印刷层,可以直接形成数码喷印图案,表面图案丰富,采用厚度比为(5-12):1的斜纹布本体与数码印刷层,整体使用可靠,符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种改进的混编斜纹布,其特征在于:它由经向编织纤维束和纬向编织纤维束按照2迭3垂直编织组成斜纹布本体(1),在所述斜纹布本体(1)外侧设有数码印刷层(2),所述经向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括抗紫外线层(3)、外PVC膜层Ⅰ(4)、碳纤维布层(5)和内PVC膜层Ⅰ(6),所述纬向编织纤维束从上至下依次包括外PVC膜层Ⅱ(7)、芳纶纤维布层(8)和内PVC膜层Ⅱ(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的混编斜纹布,其特征在于:所述外PVC膜层Ⅰ(4)、内PVC膜层Ⅰ(6)、外PVC膜层Ⅱ(7)和内PVC膜层Ⅱ(9)都包括PVC卷膜层和离型纸层,通过胶粘剂贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进的混编斜纹布,其特征在于:所述斜纹布本体(1)与数码印刷层(2)的厚度比为(5-12):1。
