本发明公开了一种自洁式过滤器,包括筒体,在筒体内装有过滤筒,过滤筒两端与筒体的两端密封连接,在筒体的两端分别装有上端盖、下端盖,在上端盖上装有过滤液进入管,在下端盖上装有浓液排出管,在浓液排出管上装有浓液排出阀,在筒体的下端侧壁装有过滤液排出管,在上端盖上装有轴承座,刮料轴一端通过轴承装在轴承座中,另一端在插入在过滤筒中,刮料轴在上端盖中的一段上装有叶轮,刮料轴在过滤筒中的一段上装有刮片。本发明通过经泵打入过滤器的过滤液体驱动叶轮旋转,带动刮料轴旋转,刮料轴上的刮片可以清除粘附在过滤筒的内壁上的内壁上过滤杂质,避免过滤筒堵塞,有自动清洁功能,不需要另外增加动力,节能。

本发明涉及一种液体过滤装置。
背景技术
筒式过滤器包括筒体,在筒体内装有过滤筒,过滤筒两端与筒体的两端密封连接,在筒体的两端分别装有上端盖、下端盖,在上端盖上装有过滤液进入管,在下端盖上装有浓液排出管,在浓液排出管上装有浓液排出阀,在筒体的下端侧壁装有过滤液排出管,过滤液从进入管进入过滤器经过滤筒过滤后从过滤液排出管流出,浓液从下端盖的浓液排出管流出,在过滤过程中,过滤液中的过滤杂质容易粘附在过滤筒的内壁上,造成堵塞过滤筒,要经常进行拆卸清洗,影响生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自洁式过滤器。
本发明的技术方案是,一种自洁式过滤器,包括筒体,在筒体内装有过滤筒,过滤筒两端与筒体的两端密封连接,在筒体的两端分别装有上端盖、下端盖,在上端盖上装有过滤液进入管,在下端盖上装有浓液排出管,在浓液排出管上装有浓液排出阀,在筒体的下端侧壁装有过滤液排出管,在上端盖上装有轴承座,刮料轴一端通过轴承装在轴承座中,另一端在插入在过滤筒中,刮料轴在上端盖中的一段上装有叶轮,刮料轴在过滤筒中的一段上装有刮片。
在刮料轴与上端盖接触面之间装有密封圈。
本发明有如下技术效果:过滤液体经泵从滤液进入管打入过滤器,过滤液体冲击刮料轴在上端盖中的一段上的叶轮,叶轮旋转,带动刮料轴旋转,刮料轴在过滤筒中的一段上的刮片可以清除粘附在过滤筒的内壁上的内壁上过滤杂质,避免过滤筒堵塞,有自动清洁功能,浓液排出管上的浓液排出阀间隔一段时间打开一次,将过滤浓液从浓液排出阀排出,本发明通过经泵打入过滤器的过滤液体驱动叶轮旋转,不需要另外增加动力,节能。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种自洁式过滤器,包括筒体1,在筒体1内装有过滤筒2,过滤筒2两端与筒体1的两端密封连接,在筒体1的两端分别装有上端盖3、下端盖12,在上端盖3上装有过滤液进入管4,在下端盖12上装有浓液排出管13,在浓液排出管13上装有浓液排出阀14,在筒体1的下端侧壁装有过滤液排出管11,在上端盖3上装有轴承座5,刮料轴6一端通过轴承7装在轴承座5中,另一端在插入在过滤筒2中,刮料轴6在上端盖3中的一段上装有叶轮9,刮料轴6在过滤筒2中的一段上装有刮片10。
在刮料轴6与上端盖3接触面之间装有密封圈8。

1.一种自洁式过滤器,包括筒体(1),在筒体(1)内装有过滤筒(2),过滤筒(2)两端与筒体(1)的两端密封连接,在筒体(1)的两端分别装有上端盖(3)、下端盖(12),在上端盖(3)上装有过滤液进入管(4),在下端盖(12)上装有浓液排出管(13),在浓液排出管(13)上装有浓液排出阀(14),在筒体(1)的下端侧壁装有过滤液排出管(11),其特征在于:在上端盖(3)上装有轴承座(5),刮料轴(6)一端通过轴承(7)装在轴承座(5)中,另一端在插入在过滤筒(2)中,刮料轴(6)在上端盖(3)中的一段上装有叶轮(9),刮料轴(6)在过滤筒(2)中的一段上装有刮片(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自洁式过滤器,其特征在于:在刮料轴(6)与上端盖(3)接触面之间装有密封圈(8)。
