Description

Traditional Chinese medicine for treating benign tumor proliferative diseases
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating benign tumor proliferative diseases, and also relates to a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine.
Background
Due to the interaction of yin and yang, the yin and yang in the female body are unevenly distributed, so that the qi of the yin-cold descends, the deficient yang floats upwards, and the cold limbs and the cold uterus cause various diseases such as chronic inflammation, hysteromyoma, ovarian cyst, hyperplasia of mammary glands, thyroid nodule and the like. The western medicine mainly treats the benign nodules and the tumors through surgical excision, but the surgery can damage vital qi of people, cause qi stagnation and blood stasis in different degrees, cause the constitution of deficiency of vital qi and pathogenic factors, and further cause disease relapse, particularly hysteromyoma, the relapse rate is basically 100%, and the patients are subjected to multiple surgeries, so that the bodies are cured every time.
The benign tumor hyperplasia disease is mainly in the channel of 'nourishing' and 'circulation of life' to help the generation of qi, and the effect of using the generation tool to realize the generation is a high generalization of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine. The health preservation and treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine are mainly based on the principle of treating the root cause of disease, and are different from the pathogenic factor attacking and treating methods such as blood breaking, heat clearing, detoxifying and tumor resisting for most people at present, and are not all the way of western medicine operation.
The peach red fingered citron formula is a famous formula of Qing dynasty famous medical leaf Tianshi, is called as a formula for removing stasis and eliminating tumor and treating the first disease, is also called as a famous formula for conditioning hyperplasia of mammary glands, hysteromyoma and ovarian cyst, and consists of eight medicinal materials of fingered citron, cinnamon, coix seed, tuckahoe, peach kernel, lalang grass rhizome, purple perilla and cordyceps mycelium. Leaf Tianshi, the medical records on clinical guidelines, states that: the liver of a woman is used as the innate hand, and stagnation of liver qi causes failure of middle energizer, obstruction of uterus, and failure of yin and yang to transport up and down, resulting in symptoms of upper heat and lower cold. The formula of the peach red fingered citron starts from the liver, induces fire to return to original, and achieves the effects of removing blood stasis, eliminating tumor and promoting qi and blood circulation.
However, the coix seeds in the formula of the peach red fingered citron are cold in nature, have an excitation effect on uterine smooth muscle, can promote uterine contraction and easily cause abortion, and are not suitable for pregnant women. In addition, the peach blossom and fingered citron formula emphasizes on the effects of soothing liver, regulating qi, warming yang, dispelling cold, strengthening spleen and dissipating blood stasis to regulate and improve the physique of cold-dampness and blood stasis, and has poor effect of softening and resolving hard mass, so the formula has obvious effect on myoma with short time and small volume, but has poor effect on myoma with long time and large volume.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine for treating benign tumor proliferative diseases, which has better curative effect and is safer, aiming at the defects of the traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to a classical famous formula of peach red fingered citron.
The above purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:
a traditional Chinese medicine for treating benign tumor proliferative diseases is composed of the following components in parts by weight:
30-70 parts of fingered citron, 5-20 parts of cinnamon, 40-100 parts of poria cocos, 15-50 parts of hawthorn, 15-50 parts of peach kernel, 5-20 parts of purple perilla, 15-50 parts of cogongrass rhizome, 15-50 parts of cordyceps mycelium, 15-50 parts of raw oyster, 15-50 parts of raw chicken's gizzard-membrane and 15-50 parts of water chestnut powder.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of fingered citron, 10 parts of cinnamon, 60 parts of poria cocos, 30 parts of hawthorn, 30 parts of peach kernel, 10 parts of purple perilla, 30 parts of cogongrass rhizome, 30 parts of cordyceps mycelium, 30 parts of raw oyster, 30 parts of raw chicken's gizzard-membrane and 30 parts of water chestnut powder.
The invention aims to soothe the liver, relieve depression, warm yang, transform qi, induce fire, return to source and eliminate mass. The liver soothing and qi stagnation relieving method is a treatment principle determined according to the leading position of liver depression and qi stagnation in diseases caused by various pressures and emotions in the disease process and promoting the conversion of the diseases to the healing direction. The occurrence, development and outcome process of the disease, the development and outcome of the disease are determined by stagnation of liver qi, and the nodules are easy to disperse and the disease condition is improved if the liver qi is sparse; stagnation of liver qi can lead to rapid increase of nodules, cysts and myoma. In addition, yang qi deficiency and fire deficiency of the vital gate can lead to the failure of fire to generate earth, spleen deficiency can lead to excessive dampness, and spleen-strengthening, dampness-resolving, blood-activating and mass-eliminating effects.
The invention takes fingered citron as monarch drug to sooth the liver and relieve depression; the cinnamon is used for tonifying fire and yang, guiding fire to origin, dispelling cold and relieving pain, activating blood and stimulating the menstrual flow, dissipating cold and eliminating pathogenic factors to promote qi, descending to tonify the kidney, guiding fire to origin to ventilate qi, reaching uterus and breaking blood, so that the Mingmen, the fire-benefiting and yin-eliminating are supplemented, monarch and minister are compatible, and the effects of regulating liver and qi, guiding fire to origin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and tonifying yin and yang are achieved; poria is added to strengthen the effects of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, so that qi and blood are smooth when evil is removed, and qi and blood are smooth and safe; peach kernel and hawthorn fruit are used for strengthening stomach and invigorating blood circulation and eliminating mass; raw oysters, raw chicken gizzard-membrane and water chestnut powder are used for softening hardness, dissipating stagnation and eliminating mass, and the Zhangxi is pure in the Shen Zhong xi Lu of medicine, namely the chicken gizzard-membrane is used for removing female dry blood fatigue, and the water chestnut powder is used for breaking hardness and regulating qi to treat female hernia, waist soreness, abdominal distension and infertility in the Sheng Belt decoction of Fu Qing Master Nudae; the cogongrass rhizome is cold and cools blood, sweet and blood-benefiting, heat-removing and blood-harmonizing, and stasis-removing and obstruction-dredging and health-care; a small amount of perilla is added to ventilate lung to help the liver and wood to regulate; the auxiliary materials are the cordyceps mycelium which can tonify the vital qi.
The formula of the formula is divided into five parts of soothing liver and relieving depression, warming yang and regulating qi, inducing fire to return to original, strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness, and activating blood, resolving masses and eliminating mass. Aiming at conditioning the population with the constitution of liver depression and qi stagnation, deficiency of primordial yang, upward floating of deficient fire and spleen deficiency and dampness excess, cold coagulation and dampness excess, qi stagnation and blood stasis and the constitution of various benign hyperplastic tumors, the medicine can disperse stagnation and eliminate tumors at early stage, control the growth of benign nodular tumors at medium stage, prevent and delay relapse after operation, improve the life quality and has obvious treatment effect on various gynecological benign tumors.
Compared with the peach red bergamot formula, the invention has at least the following advantages:
1) the hawthorn is used for replacing coix seeds, so that the excitation effect of the medicine on uterine smooth muscle is reduced, the abortion is prevented, and the medicine is safer and is suitable for pregnant women.
2) The raw oyster, the raw chicken gizzard membrane and the water chestnut powder are added, the functions of softening hard masses, resolving hard mass and eliminating mass of the traditional Chinese medicine are enhanced, and the medicine has a better treatment effect on long-term and large-volume benign tumors.
3) Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the eleven medicinal materials are re-compounded, so that the curative effect is ensured and improved, and no serious adverse reaction and side effect such as 'eighteen antagonisms and nineteen incompatibilities' are caused.
4) The medicine proportion is more scientific, and the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine is further improved.
The traditional Chinese medicine can be prepared into any dosage form suitable for clinical use, such as: decoction, powder, tablet, granule, capsule, pill, paste, mixture, syrup, injection, external preparation, etc. The traditional Chinese medicines can be completely crushed into fine powder and then directly used as the medicine, or the raw materials can be decocted with water into decoction according to the most traditional mode for taking, or the raw materials can be extracted, refined and concentrated, and then auxiliary materials are added to prepare a proper dosage form.
The peach red fingered citron formula is a traditional Chinese medicine, and the effect substance basis in the formula cannot be researched by adopting the modern analysis and detection means, so that the peach red fingered citron formula is generally prepared by crushing all crude drugs and then directly taking the crushed crude drugs as the raw materials, and further has the defects of more impurities in the traditional Chinese medicine, large taking dosage, high content of toxic substances such as heavy metal and the like, great side effect and the like. Some traditional Chinese medicines are decocted and extracted by water and then are used as the medicine, but the method is blind and does not take the types and properties of active ingredients and impurities as the basis, so that the loss of the active ingredients is large, and the curative effect cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine consists of numerous components, and the traditional Chinese medicine is formed by the combined action of multiple components and multiple target points to play a curative effect, no obvious boundary exists between effective components and ineffective components, and even if a modern analysis and detection means is adopted by a person skilled in the art, the effective components and the ineffective components in the traditional Chinese medicine are difficult to be completely distinguished, which is the biggest obstacle that the traditional Chinese medicine in China cannot realize internationalization.
The invention discloses a better preparation method through a large amount of clinical practices, which comprises the following steps:
1) reflux-extracting fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, cortex Cinnamomi, semen Persicae, Perillae herba, and lalang grass rhizome with 50-80% ethanol, collecting extractive solution, recovering ethanol, and concentrating to obtain soft extract;
2) decocting Poria, fructus crataegi, Concha Ostreae, and endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli with water, collecting extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain soft extract;
3) pulverizing Cordyceps sinensis mycelia into fine powder, mixing with corm Eleocharitis powder and adjuvants, and adding the soft extract obtained in steps 1) and 2) to obtain a pharmaceutical preparation suitable for clinical use.
Preferably, the concentration of ethanol is 70%.
Preferably, the pharmaceutical dosage form is a granule.
The ethanol concentration referred to in the present invention is a weight concentration, for example, 70% ethanol, and means that 70g of ethanol is contained per 100g of an aqueous ethanol solution.
By extracting the traditional Chinese medicines with ethanol and water respectively, impurities are reduced, and active ingredients are enriched, so that the curative effect is improved, the side effect is reduced, the administration dosage is reduced, and the compliance is improved. Wherein, the polarity of the ethanol is less than that of water, the higher the ethanol concentration is, the smaller the polarity is, according to the principle of similar compatibility, the traditional Chinese medicine components extracted by the ethanol mainly comprise lipophilic components with lower polarity, such as flavone, anthraquinone, terpenoid and the like, and the traditional Chinese medicine components extracted by the water mainly comprise polysaccharide, protein, amino acid, inorganic salt and the like with higher polarity.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the optimal preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) reflux-extracting fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, cortex Cinnamomi, semen Persicae, Perillae herba, and lalang grass rhizome with 70% ethanol for 2 times (1.5 hr each time), wherein the amount of ethanol extracted each time is 12 times of the weight of the medicinal materials, filtering after extraction, collecting extractive solution, recovering ethanol, and vacuum concentrating to obtain soft extract;
2) decocting Poria, fructus crataegi, Concha Ostreae, and endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli with water for 3 hr for 2 times, wherein the water added amount is 8 times of the weight of the materials, filtering, collecting extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain soft extract;
3) pulverizing Cordyceps sinensis mycelia into fine powder, mixing with corm Eleocharitis powder, sucrose and dextrin, adding the soft extract obtained in step 1) and step 2), stirring to obtain soft material, sieving with 18 mesh sieve to obtain wet granules, and drying to obtain granule.
The traditional Chinese medicine prepared by adopting the process conditions has the highest curative effect, the fastest effect and the least side effect, which shows that the content of active ingredients is highest and the impurities are least.
