Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种维修用的管接头,它提供了一个管接头,在不妨碍水的通路或气体供给的情况下可以简单、精确地维修已铺设的管线中的接头或管子的泄漏。
在供水管气体管道铺设之后,往往由于老化和腐蚀而破裂和磨损从而对包裹材料、管子和接头材料造成破坏,或者使焊接部位产生退化,从而引起泄漏。
修理这种泄漏的传统方法是替换损坏的部分,修补损坏或磨损件,使其恢复到原来的情况。
在某些情况,可将充填材料填入产生泄漏的部分。
这种替换损坏部分的方法的确能完成修理任务,然而,当水或气体通过一条管线时,该通道势必受到妨碍,从而使整个下游区域消费者受到影响并带来不方便。
进一步说,替换一个损坏件,操作必须在与其相连的毗邻件上进行工作。因此,这种替换工作需要相当多的工时,尤其是当管线是埋置在地下时,劳动强度更大。
用填充材料填补泄漏部分的方法是原始的。它对于有效地停止由于老化和腐蚀引起的泄漏是困难的,这种方法反而将扩大泄漏部分,尤其对于高压情况下使用的管线。这种方法眼下几乎不再使用。
这种修理自然是过渡性的并且是不雅观的,进一步的维修必须在短时间内完成。
本发明用于维修的管接头包括分离的壳体和容纳在壳体的接纳部分的密封环,其中,在每个壳体的端面内侧上都设有一夹持部,用以接纳相应密封环中的突起密封部,从而将密封环稳定地放置在壳体之内。
上述装入壳体的密封环在所述突起密封部两端之间形成一整体的复合带形密封环,从而使密封环围绕被修理部分并贴合到管体上。
安装到被维修的管段上的壳体带有一个孔塞,以便在安配完毕之后对其密封情况进行检测,即在被修理的部分修理完之后将孔塞去掉,再施加带压液体或空气或者抽气降压来进行测试,从而完成一次精确的维修。
由于采用了这种分离式的结构,所以在流体不断流过所维修的管线的情况下,即可将上述壳体和密封环稳妥地进行装配。
在分离壳体的二端设有一夹紧座,壳体的中间还带有一膨胀部分,以便容纳该维修管体中现存接头上的夹座,这样就可以对铺设的管线中的连接部位进行修理。
为了更完善地理解本发明,可参考下面结合附图所作的详细解释,其中:
图1是指明本发明一个实施例的局部剖开的斜视图;
图2是表示图1在拆开状态时的密封环和放置在一侧的壳体的斜视图;
图3是类似图1的本发明的另一实施例的局部剖开的斜视图;
图4是图3所示同一实施例的类似图2的斜视图。
在这些图中,标号1是一个壳体,2是一个密封环,3是一组螺柱螺母,4是在现有接头上的一组螺栓螺母,5是一个现有接头,6是一条管线,11是一个容纳槽,12是一个分离端面,13是一个保持壁,14和14a是夹紧座,15是夹紧座的附件部分,16是一个切口部,17和18是插塞,21和21a是密封环,22是一个突出的密封部分,22a是突起密封的侧面,23是一个槽,24是一个唇,25是一平端面,51是现有接头的夹紧座。
下面将组合附图对本发明的上述实施例作更具体的描述。
如图1所示,该用于维修的管接头包括图1所示的分离壳体1和被容纳在图2所示的容纳槽11内的密封环2,在每一壳体内的分离端面12的内侧具有保持壁13,用以容纳形成在密封环2的每个分离端的突出密封22,并且在每个密封环2的两个突出密封件22的端之间有圆弧形密封环21。
在上述每个壳体的分离面12的外侧,夹紧座14是以突出的形式存在的。螺栓和螺母3如图1所示贯穿夹紧座并被紧固。
在壳体1的中间部分,夹紧座的容纳部分15向外膨胀,以便容纳接头5的夹紧座51,接头5借助于螺栓螺母4被紧固在管线6上。
进一步说,保压插塞17和空气输出插塞18被设置在上述一个或二个壳体上,以便用于维修的管接头重新安置之后可以使用压力水或空气进行测试,以检查在施加压力或减少压力时的密封情况。
在上面图1和图2所示的密封环2内,圆弧形密封环21中的内凹槽23是朝向现有接头5的侧面的,这一构成为的是在槽23的两侧的唇24处获得连接密封,并且可以形成一种双重密封从而抵制沿管体边沿的泄漏。
突出密封22的侧面22a和密封环21的端面21a形成一连续的平面25。该二个平端面25通过二个夹紧壳体,能被稳定地实现密封连接。
在壳体1中的夹紧座14可以如图3和4所示,在分离端面12的宽度范围内以突出的形式形成,用来替代如图1和2所示的从分离端面12的范围之外沿径向向外延伸一定距离再向外突出的这一形式。此外,在图3和4所示实例中,切口部分16可以位于夹紧14a的两端螺栓和螺母3穿过的部位。
如图3和4所示夹紧座14a上能设置上述的插塞17或18。即使在这种结构里,密封环2和壳体1的安装关系也可以等同于上述的安装关系。
图1和2与图3和4之间的差异在于螺栓和螺母的位置,即它们究竟是在壳体1的宽度方向上还是径向方向上被紧固。这些最佳位置的确定应该根据本发明所应用的管线周边的空间情况来进行考虑。
进一步说,在被安置的管线6上的现有接头5的接缝一般处于水平方向,并沿垂直方向用螺栓紧固,如图所示。因此,本发明的用于维修的管线接头设计分离端面12位于管线6的垂直方向上并按照图中所示的方式安装,而螺栓和螺母3是沿水平方向插入的,以阻止二壳体1在横向方向的扩张。
壳体1的夹紧座14包括装置突出部分和容纳所述装配突出部分的开口,该二部分被互助固定,采用该结构,无须在所布设的管线6的底面上对螺栓和螺母3进行插入和紧固操作。
当本发明用于管线6中被损坏部分的维修时,除接头之外,密封环2还带有密封槽23和密封唇24,它们面对着管线的外表面设置,壳体1的宽度可以制成足够大的尺寸。

Claims (5)

1、一维修用管接头,包括分离壳体和容纳在所述壳体内的容纳部分的密封环,一个保持部分位于上述单一壳体内分离端面的内侧以便容纳形位于密封环分离端的突出密封部,密封环以整体的形式围绕维修部分在上述突出密封部的两端之间形成复合带形密封,一个设置在壳体上的孔塞可用来测试该管接头固定到管子上之后的密封情况。
2、如权利要求1所述的维修用管接头,其特征在于在突出密封部件22的侧面22a和环密封21的端面21a形成一定连续的平端面25。
3、如在权利要求1所述的维修用管接头,其特征在于:夹紧座位于分离壳体的两端并且在所述壳体中间有一膨胀部分,可以容纳维修管的现有接头上的夹紧座。
4、如权利要求书1所述的维修用管接头,其特征在于:在密封环的内侧的侧面中央具有槽23,二个唇24设置在上述槽23的两侧,以便使二个唇24与现有管接头上的夹紧座的侧面51相接触。
5、如权利要求书3所述的维修用的管接头,其特征在于:其槽形成在密封环内侧的侧面的中央,二个唇24设置在上述槽23的两侧以便所述的二个唇24与现有管接头上的夹紧座的侧面51相接触。
