Abstract

提供了外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测体系。具体地,提供了包含缓冲体系和V2C偶联磁珠的检测体系,此外,还提供了V2C蛋白变体;其中,优选的缓冲体系包含:甘油、4‑羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸(HEPES)和磷酸盐缓冲液,所述缓冲体系的pH为7.0‑7.6,优选pH为7.2‑7.4;且所述的V2C偶联磁珠为V2C蛋白或其变体与磁珠偶联得到的复合物。还提供了包含所述缓冲体系的检测试剂盒和反应体系。所述缓冲体系以及V2C偶联磁珠联合应用于CTC检测,与现有的CTC检测手段相比,具有更为优异的表现。
