Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车尾气净化剂,属于汽车尾气净化技术领域,包括组分丁酸二辛酯、正己醇、三聚氰酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠,其余为助燃剂。所述各个组分的质量分数为:丁酸二辛酯20‑50%,正己醇15‑25%,三聚氰酸10‑20%,氢氧化钠5‑15%,硫酸铜1‑10%。所述丁酸二辛酯、正己醇、三聚氰酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠的纯度在95%以上。本发明的组分价格都不贵,而且制作相对简单,兼具润滑、助燃的左右,对尾气吸收的效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气净化剂,属于汽车尾气净化技术领域。
背景技术
汽车虽然是21 世纪最重要的交通工具,但他有许多弊端。随着汽车数量越来越多、使用范围越来越广,它对世界环境的负面效应也越来越大,尤其是危害城市环境,引发呼吸系统疾病,造成地表空气臭氧含量过高,加重城市热岛效应,使城市环境转向恶化。有关专家统计,到21 世纪初,汽车排放的尾气占了大气污染的30 ~ 60%。随着机动车的增加,尾气污染有愈演愈烈之势,由局部性转变成连续性和累积性,而各国城市市民则成为汽车尾气污染的直接受害者。汽车尾气的主要污染物为碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、含铅化合物、苯丙芘及固体颗粒物等。降低汽车尾气污染程度的方式一般为3种,首先改变燃油的成分,采用无铅汽油、添加催化剂、采用多种燃料等,第二种将发动机的内部净化,第三种为将汽车尾气净化,采用催化剂和水洗将尾气净化过滤后排放,相比前两种方式,第三种方式无论从操作还是成本上都显示了其优越性。目前已经有多种尾气净化剂面世,但是距离尾气的排放标准仍然有一定的差距。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车尾气净化剂,将汽车尾气的污染再次降低。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术解决方案是:复合型汽车尾气净化剂,包括组分丁酸二辛酯、正己醇、三聚氰酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠,其余为助燃剂。
所述各个组分的质量分数为:丁酸二辛酯20-50%,正己醇15-25%,三聚氰酸10-20%,氢氧化钠5-15%,硫酸铜1-10%。
所述丁酸二辛酯、正己醇、三聚氰酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠的纯度在95% 以上。
本发明的组分价格都不贵,而且制作相对简单,兼具润滑、助燃的左右,对尾气吸收的效果明显。
具体实施方式
实施例1
选择丁酸二辛酯35%,正己醇17%,三聚氰酸13%,氢氧化钠6%,硫酸铜3%,其余为助燃剂,尾气中各组分的吸收比例为:HC85%,CO72%,NOx70%,可连续行驶5 万公里而效果无明显降低。
实施例2
选择丁酸二辛酯50%,正己醇17%,三聚氰酸13%,氢氧化钠7%,硫酸铜6%,其余为助燃剂,尾气中各组分的吸收比例为:HC90%,CO85%,NOx80%,可连续行驶7 万公里而效果无明显降低。
实施例3
选择丁酸二辛酯42%,正己醇17%,三聚氰酸16%,氢氧化钠9%,硫酸铜8%,其余为助燃剂,尾气中各组分的吸收比例为:HC90%,CO85%,NOx95%,可连续行驶8万公里而效果无明显降低。

1.一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征在于包括组分丁酸二辛酯、正己醇、三聚氰酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠,其余为助燃剂。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征在于所述各个组分的质量分数为:丁酸二辛酯20-50%,正己醇15-25%,三聚氰酸10-20%,氢氧化钠5-15%,硫酸铜1-10%。
3. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征在于所述丁酸二辛酯、正己醇、三聚氰酸、硫酸铜、氢氧化钠的纯度在95% 以上。
