本发明提供屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布及生产方法,由阻燃聚酯纤维、皮芯复合纤维、抗菌聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维以及细铜丝混合后经由粘接剂混合挤压构成,该无纺布断面方向上为四种纤维混合粘接,且四种纤维间粘接率为50~80%,细铜丝的直径在0.05‑0.09mm,玻璃纤维抗拉强度标准状态下是5.3‑6.7 g/d,湿润状态5.4‑5.7 g/d,本发明中的无纺布生产工艺简单,技术性能稳定,实用性强,在无纺布中加入细铜丝,可防止植物根部向下生长对屋顶产生破坏。

技术领域
本发明是屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布及生产方法,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,屋顶花园并不是现代建筑发展的产物,它可以追溯到4000年前,古代苏美尔人最古老的名城之一UR城所建的大庙塔,这就是屋顶花园的发源地,20年代初,英国著名考古学家伦德.伍利爵士,发现该塔三层台面上有种植过大树的痕迹,然而真正的屋顶花园是在亚述古庙塔以后1500余年才发现的著名的巴比伦"空中花园",它之所以被世人列为"古代世界七大奇迹"之一,其意义决非仅在于造园艺术上的成就,而是古代文明的佳作,但是传统的屋顶花园植物根部向下生长会对屋顶产生破坏,所以需要采取一种新的措施来解决该问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布及生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中的屋顶花园植物根部向下生长会对屋顶产生破坏的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布,是由阻燃聚酯纤维、皮芯复合纤维、抗菌聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维以及细铜丝混合后经由粘接剂混合挤压构成,该无纺布断面方向上为四种纤维混合粘接,且四种纤维间粘接率为50~80%。
进一步地,所述细铜丝的直径在0.05-0.09mm。
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维抗拉强度标准状态下是5.3-6.7 g/d,湿润状态5.4-5.7g/d。

S1:将阻燃聚酯纤维、皮芯复合纤维、抗菌聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维以及细铜丝混合均匀送入储棉箱,堆放成堆,送入常规开松设备内松解、离解,达到开松均匀;
S2:将已开松过的纤维在梳理机上梳理;
S3:将已梳理过的纤维在输送、梳理的常用装置锡林及道夫作用下,形成所需面密度的纤维网;在铺网的过程中加入加强筋,筋与筋之间等间距均匀布置,或者互有间距差布置;
S4:将粘合剂饱和浸渍或泡沫浸渍于排列好的纤维上,线速5-10m/min;
S5:将浸渍后的产品在40-200℃下烘干;
S6:将烘干后的产品包装。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布及生产方法,本发明中的无纺布生产工艺简单,技术性能稳定,实用性强,在无纺布中加入细铜丝,可防止植物根部向下生长对屋顶产生破坏。

1.屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布,其特征在于是由阻燃聚酯纤维、皮芯复合纤维、抗菌聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维以及细铜丝混合后经由粘接剂混合挤压构成,该无纺布断面方向上为四种纤维混合粘接,且四种纤维间粘接率为50~80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布,其特征在于:所述细铜丝的直径在0.05-0.09mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶花园用植物阻根无纺布,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维抗拉强度标准状态下是5.3-6.7 g/d,湿润状态5.4-5.7 g/d。
