Abstract

一种液态复合折环的制作工艺,其包括加热装置、上模、下模、母模、公模及注液器;上模底部设有一凸起,下模上设有第一凹槽,凸起与凹槽相匹配;母模上设有第二凹槽,公模包括第一凸出部及第一凸出部两侧的安装端,公模上的安装端分别安装在母模上第二凹槽的两侧壁上,并且公模上设有注液槽。通过加热装置对下模进行加热处理,然后通过下模及上模将基板初步加工成型为折环。将初步加工成型后的折环通过公模、母模及注液器搭配对其进行加厚处理,将注液器通过公模上的注液槽向内通入硅胶,从而对折环上的凸出端的内侧端面加强加固。解决目前折环制作成本高的问题。实用性强,具有较强的推广意义。

Description

液态复合折环的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,尤其涉及一种液态复合折环的制作工艺。
背景技术
微型发声动圈电子器件都有一个柔软的称作折环的部件,此部件的主要功能是利用电磁感应带电的线圈推动折环进而推动空气发声。现有技术中,主要有两大类折环的制作工艺,分别是高分子聚脂薄膜成型工艺和液态射出成膜工艺。但是这两类折环的制作工艺的材料都是双层、三层甚至五层,导致其材料成本成倍数增长,制作成本高。
发明内容
为此,本发明的目的在于提供一种液态复合折环的制作工艺,以解决目前折环制作成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明主要采用以下技术方案为:
一种液态复合折环的制作工艺,用于将基板制成折环,所述折环包括凸出端及设置在凸出端两端的折板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)提供基板,所述基板呈水平结构设置;
(2)初步加工,提供第一成型模具,所述第一成型模具包括上模、下模及加热装置,所述上模底部设有一凸起,所述下模上设有第一凹槽,所述凸起与所述第一凹槽相匹配,所述加热装置设置在所述下模底部,成型时,所述上模设置于下模上方,所述加热装置对下模进行加热处理,将所述基板设置在上模及下模间,加热后,将上模及下模合模,并挤压基板,使得基板成型为折环;
(3)二次加工,提供第二成型模具,所述第二成型模具包括公模、母模及注液器,所述母模上设有第二凹槽,所述公模包括第一凸出部及第一凸出部两侧的安装端,所述公模上的安装端分别安装在所述母模上第二凹槽的两侧壁上,所述公模上的第一凸出部装设在所述第二凹槽内,并且所述公模上设有注液槽,成型时,将上模及下模开模,将初步加工后的折环设置在母模上,所述折环上的凸出端设置在第二凹槽内,凸出端的内侧端面朝上,与上模呈相对设置,折环的两端折板设置在所述母模上第二凹槽的两侧壁上,将所述公模及母模合模后,将注液器通过注液槽向折环的凸出端注射物料,对折环的凸出端内侧端面加厚处理。
进一步地,所述物料材质为硅胶。
进一步地,所述基板的材质为PPS(Polyphenylene sulphide,聚苯硫醚)、LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer,液晶聚合物)、PEI(Polyetherimide,聚乙烯亚胺)中的一种。
进一步地,所述安装端的底部设有凸块,并与第一凸出部形成一限位槽。
进一步地,所述母模两侧均设有第二凸出部,所述公模盖设于所述母模上,所述第二凸出部卡入所述限位槽内。
综上所述,本发明通过设置加热装置、上模、下模、母模、公模及注液器,将基板设置在上模及下模间,并通过加热装置对下模进行加热处理,然后将下模及上模合模,从而将基板初步加工成型为折环。将初步加工成型后的折环放置在母模及公模间,并通过注液器向内通入硅胶从而对折环上的凸出端内侧端面进行加厚处理。有效的解决目前折环制作成本高的问题。实用性强,具有较强的推广意义。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种液态复合折环的制作工艺,用于将基板10制成折环20,所述折环20包括凸出端21及设置在凸出端21两端的折板22,包括以下步骤:
(1)提供基板10,所述基板10呈水平结构设置;
(2)初步加工,提供第一成型模具(图未标),所述第一成型模具包括上模30、下模40及加热装置(图未示),所述上模30底部设有一凸起31,所述下模40上设有第一凹槽41,所述凸起31与所述第一凹槽41相匹配,所述加热装置设置在所述下模40底部,成型时,所述上模30设置于下模40上方,所述加热装置对下模40进行加热处理,将所述基板10设置在上模30及下模40间,加热后,将上模30及下模40合模,并挤压基板10,使得基板10成型为折环20;
(3)二次加工,提供第二成型模具(图未标),所述第二成型模具包括公模50、母模60及注液器70,所述母模60上设有第二凹槽61,所述公模50包括第一凸出部52及第一凸出部52两侧的安装端51,所述公模50上的安装端51分别安装在所述母模60上第二凹槽61的两侧壁上,所述公模50上的第一凸出部52装设在所述第二凹槽61内,凸出端的内侧端面朝上,与上模呈相对设置,并且所述公模50上设有注液槽53,成型时,将上模30及下模40开模,将初步加工后的折环20设置在母模60上,所述折环20上的凸出端21设置在第二凹槽61内,折环20的两端折板22设置在所述母模60上第二凹槽61的两侧壁上,将所述公模50及母模60合模后,将注液器70通过注液槽53向折环20的凸出端21注射物料,对折环20的凸出端内侧端面21加厚处理。
其中所述物料材质为硅胶。
所述基板10的材质为PPS(Polyphenylene sulphide,聚苯硫醚)、LCP(LiquidCrys tal Polymer,液晶聚合物)、PEI(Polyetherimide,聚乙烯亚胺)中的一种。
所述母模60两侧均设有第二凸出部62,所述公模50盖设于所述母模60上,所述第二凸出部62卡入所述限位槽内。
综上所述,本发明通过设置加热装置、上模30、下模40、母模60、公模50及注液器70,将基板10设置在上模30及下模40间,并通过加热装置对下模40进行加热处理,然后将下模40及上模30合模,从而将基板10初步加工成型为折环20。将初步加工成型后的折环20放置在母模60及公模50间,并通过注液器70向内通入硅胶从而对折环20上的凸出端21内侧端面进行加厚处理。有效的解决目前折环制作成本高的问题。实用性强,具有较强的推广意义。

Claims (5)

1.一种液态复合折环的制作工艺,用于将基板制成折环,所述折环包括凸出端及设置在凸出端两端的折板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)提供基板,所述基板呈水平结构设置;
(2)初步加工,提供第一成型模具,所述第一成型模具包括上模、下模及加热装置,所述上模底部设有一凸起,所述下模上设有第一凹槽,所述凸起与所述第一凹槽相匹配,所述加热装置设置在所述下模底部,成型时,所述上模设置于下模上方,所述加热装置对下模进行加热处理,将所述基板设置在上模及下模间,加热后,将上模及下模合模,并挤压基板,使得基板成型为折环;
(3)二次加工,提供第二成型模具,所述第二成型模具包括公模、母模及注液器,所述母模上设有第二凹槽,所述公模包括第一凸出部及第一凸出部两侧的安装端,所述公模上的安装端分别安装在所述母模上第二凹槽的两侧壁上,所述公模上的第一凸出部装设在所述第二凹槽内,并且所述公模上设有注液槽,成型时,将上模及下模开模,将初步加工后的折环设置在母模上,所述折环上的凸出端设置在第二凹槽内,凸出端的内侧端面朝上,与上模呈相对设置,折环的两端折板设置在所述母模上第二凹槽的两侧壁上,将所述公模及母模合模后,将注液器通过注液槽向折环的凸出端注射物料,对折环的凸出端内侧端面加厚处理,且该凸出端的加厚部分自两端向中部呈逐渐增厚设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的液态复合折环的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述物料材质为硅胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的液态复合折环的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述基板的材质为PPS、LCP、PEI中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的液态复合折环的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述安装端的底部设有凸块,并与第一凸出部形成一限位槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的液态复合折环的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述母模两侧均设有第二凸出部,所述公模盖设于所述母模上,所述第二凸出部卡入所述限位槽内。
