本发明公开了一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,床身两侧分别设置有立柱,床身内部设置有升降座,床身一端设置有第一电机及转向齿轮箱,第一电机与转向齿轮箱相连,转向齿轮箱通过长丝杆与工作台机构活动相连,工作台机构与升降座活动相连,立柱内部设置有除尘机构,任意一个立柱内部通过伸缩杆设置有电气控制器,立柱上表面与滑座横梁下表面相连,滑座横梁一端活动设置有滑枕,滑枕有两个,滑枕远离滑座横梁一端设置有滑块机构,滑块机构远离滑枕一端设置有磨头机构,该发明结构合理,无需根据工件高度特别更换工作台,节约了成本,且对于斜面打磨,可以通过旋转磨头进行打磨,加工效率大大提高。

本发明涉及数控龙门磨床技术领域,具体为一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床。
背景技术
数控磨床是通过数控技术利用磨具对工件表面进行磨削加工的机床。大多数的磨床是使用高速旋转的砂轮进行磨削加工,少数的是使用油石、砂带等其他磨具和游离磨料进行加工,如珩磨机、超精加工机床、砂带磨床、研磨机和抛光机等。数控磨床又有数控平面磨床、数控无心磨床、数控内外圆磨床、数控立式万能磨床、数控坐标磨床、数控成形磨床等等。磨床能加工硬度较高的材料,如淬硬钢、硬质合金等;也能加工脆性材料,如玻璃、花岗石。磨床能作高精度和表面粗糙度很小的磨削,也能进行高效率的磨削,如强力磨削等。
传统数控龙门磨床存在以下问题:如果工件较低,需要更换厚度更大的工作台,或者进行增高处理,增加了成本;遇到特殊面工件加工时,只能以很小的接触面进行来回打磨,加工效率较低;打磨产生的漂浮碎屑,容易进入到主轴或者滑座横梁内导致零件划伤,影响零部件使用寿命,因此,亟待一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,包括床身、立柱、升降座、第一电机、转向齿轮箱、长丝杆、工作台机构、除尘机构、滑座横梁、滑枕、滑块机构、磨头机构及电气控制器,所述床身两侧分别设置有立柱,所述床身内部设置有升降座,所述床身一端设置有第一电机及转向齿轮箱,所述第一电机与转向齿轮箱相连,所述转向齿轮箱通过长丝杆与工作台机构活动相连,所述工作台机构与升降座活动相连,所述立柱内部设置有除尘机构,任意一个所述立柱内部通过伸缩杆设置有电气控制器,所述立柱上表面与滑座横梁下表面相连,所述滑座横梁一端活动设置有滑枕,所述滑枕有两个,所述滑枕远离滑座横梁一端设置有滑块机构,所述滑块机构远离滑枕一端设置有磨头机构。
优选的,所述床身内部底端两侧分别设置有基座,两个所述基座之间设置有排水槽,所述基座上设置有若干升降杆,所述升降杆顶端与升降座相连,所述升降座顶端表面设置有工作台滑轨,所述床身内侧表面设置有若干导轨,所述升降座顶端侧面与导轨活动相连。
优选的,所述工作台机构包括工作台主体、底部滑块、推拉板、连接板、螺纹环,所述工作台主体下表面两侧分别设置有底部滑块,所述工作台主体下表面中间位置两侧分别设置有推拉板,两个所述推拉板下端通过连接板相连,所述推拉板开有通槽,所述螺纹环活动设置于推拉板所开的通槽内,所述螺纹环与长丝杆活动相连。
优选的,所述除尘机构设置于立柱所开的通风通道内,所述除尘机构包括框体、连接杆、中心盘、中轴、扇叶、齿轮、第二电机及锯齿带,所述框体两端分别通过连接杆设置有中心盘,所述中轴两端分别于两侧的中心盘相连,所述中轴上设置有扇叶及齿轮,所述第二电机设置于立柱内,所述第二电机通过锯齿带与齿轮相连。
优选的,设置电气控制器的所述立柱侧面内部开有电气控制器放置槽,所述电气控制器通过伸缩杆活动设置于电气控制器放置槽内,所述立柱表面位于电气控制器放置槽外侧还设置有可开关的透明盖板。
优选的,所述滑座横梁包括滑座主体、上滑轨、下滑轨、滑槽、丝杆安装槽、第三电机、第一丝杆座、短丝杆、上端通道、出气通道、下端通道、出气腔、出气板及气孔,所述滑座主体顶端设置有上滑轨,所述滑座主体底端设置有下滑轨,所述滑座主体表面开有滑槽,所述滑槽两端分别设置有丝杆安装槽,所述滑座主体位于丝杆安装槽外侧设置有第三电机,所述滑槽中间位置设置有两个第一丝杆座,所述短丝杆设置于丝杆安装槽及第一丝杆座之间并通过第三电机驱动,所述短丝杆与滑枕相连并驱动滑枕的横向移动,所述滑座主体位于滑槽内上表面位置设置有若干上端通道,所述滑座主体内部位于滑槽上方位置设置有出气通道,所述上端通道顶端均与出气通道相连通,所述滑座主体位于滑槽内下表面位置设置有若干下端通道,所述滑座主体内部位于滑槽下方位置设置有出气腔,所述滑座主体表面位于出气腔位置设置有出气板,所述出气板上开有若干气孔。

优选的,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将电气控制器从电气控制器放置槽拉出,准备调试操作;
步骤二:将工件放置在工作台主体上表面,如果遇到特殊高度的工件,可根据工件的高度控制升降座的高度,使工件位于可打磨高度的范围内;
步骤三:通过第一电机控制长丝杆转动,使工作台机构前移至操作区域;
步骤四:打开第二电机,使除尘机构开始工作;
步骤五:通过调节第三电机控制两个滑枕的位置,使磨头机构位于工件两侧,打开驱动电机,使磨盘高速转动,通过升降电机控制磨头机构的高度,对工件进行打磨,如果遇到斜面打磨,可通过旋转电机调节磨头机构整体的角度;
步骤六:完成打磨后,工作台继续向前移动一端距离,取下工件,工作台后退至初始位置进行下一个工件加工;
步骤七:所有工件加工完成或者调试完成自动加工时,将电气控制器推入电气控制器放置槽内,并将透明盖板盖上,避免电气控制器进灰。。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)将工作台下表面两侧分别通过工作台滑轨与升降座活动相连,当需要升高或者降低工作台时,通过升降杆的伸缩控制工作台的高度,仅用一个工作台便能适用大多数工件,节约了成本。
(2)滑座横梁具有良好的散热性能,避免因为滑座主体热量过高而影响滑座主体、丝杆驱动装置或者是滑块上的主轴的使用寿命。
(3)在立柱内部设置有除尘系统,解决漂浮碎屑到处飞扬的问题,解决了后期难清理的问题,避免吸入后对人体造成损伤,避免碎屑进入到主轴或者滑座横梁内导致零件划伤的问题。
(4)立柱内设置有电气控制器放置槽,放置槽外部设置有透明盖板,在停机或者自动工作时,可将电气控制器推入放置槽内并用透明盖板盖上,无需单独为电气控制器设置支架,不占用空间,电气控制器位于凹槽内的时候浮尘无法进入,保证了电气控制器的清洁。
(5)当工件打磨面为斜面时,旋转电机与环形齿条啮合,从而使磨头机构绕支撑杆做轴芯运动,可针对工件不同打磨面,调节磨头机构角度,使工件打磨效果更好,效率更高。

如图4-5所示,除尘机构8设置于立柱2所开的通风通道内,除尘机构8包括框体81、连接杆82、中心盘83、中轴84、扇叶85、齿轮86、第二电机87及锯齿带88,框体81两端分别通过连接杆82设置有中心盘83,中轴84两端分别于两侧的中心盘83相连,中轴84上设置有扇叶85及齿轮86,第二电机87设置于立柱2内,第二电机87通过锯齿带88与齿轮86相连。
如图6-7所示,滑座横梁9包括滑座主体901、上滑轨902、下滑轨903、滑槽904、丝杆安装槽905、第三电机906、第一丝杆座907、短丝杆908、上端通道909、出气通道910、下端通道911、出气腔912、出气板913及气孔914,滑座主体901顶端设置有上滑轨902,滑座主体901底端设置有下滑轨903,滑座主体901表面开有滑槽904,滑槽904两端分别设置有丝杆安装槽905,滑座主体901位于丝杆安装槽905外侧设置有第三电机906,滑槽904中间位置设置有两个第一丝杆座907,短丝杆908设置于丝杆安装槽905及第一丝杆座907之间并通过第三电机906驱动,短丝杆908与滑枕10相连并驱动滑枕10的横向移动,滑座主体901位于滑槽904内上表面位置设置有若干上端通道909,滑座主体901内部位于滑槽904上方位置设置有出气通道910,上端通道909顶端均与出气通道910相连通,滑座主体901位于滑槽904内下表面位置设置有若干下端通道911,滑座主体901内部位于滑槽904下方位置设置有出气腔912,滑座主体901表面位于出气腔912位置设置有出气板913,出气板913上开有若干气孔914。
如图8所示,滑枕10上表面通过电机座设置有升降电机101,滑枕10表面设置有导轨槽102,滑枕10表面中间位置开有凹槽103,凹槽103底部设置有第二丝杆座104,第二丝杆座104与升降丝杆105底端相连,升降丝杆105设置于凹槽103内且升降丝杆105的顶端与升降电机101相连。
如图9所示,滑块机构11包括滑块主体111、导向板112、支撑滑杆113及套筒114,滑块主体111一端两侧分别设置有导向板112,导向板112与导轨槽102活动相连,滑块主体111位于两个导向板112之间的位置设置有支撑滑杆113,支撑滑杆113远离滑块主体111一端设置有套筒114,套筒114与升降丝杆105相连。
如图10-11所示,磨头机构12包括连接主体121、驱动电机122、联动轴123、上端齿轮124、下端齿轮125、驱动齿轮126、从动轴127、从动齿轮128、磨盘罩129、磨盘130、环形齿条131、支撑杆132、限位板133及旋转电机134,连接主体121上表面设置有驱动电机122,连接主体121内部设置有联动轴123,联动轴123上端设置有上端齿轮124,联动轴123下端设置有下端齿轮125,驱动电机122底部设置有驱动齿轮126,驱动齿轮126与上端齿轮124啮合,连接主体121内部下端设置有从动轴127,从动轴127顶端设置有从动齿轮128,从动齿轮128与下端齿轮125啮合,从动齿轮128底端与磨盘130相连,连接主体121下表面设置有磨盘罩129,磨盘130设置于磨盘罩129内,连接主体121中间位置开有通孔,连接主体121表面以通孔为圆心设置有环形齿条131,支撑杆132穿过通孔与滑块机构11固定相连,支撑杆132远离滑块机构11一端设置有限位板133,旋转电机134通过支架安装在限位板133上,旋转电机134与环形齿条131啮合。
一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将电气控制器13从电气控制器放置槽拉出,准备调试操作;
步骤二:将工件放置在工作台主体71上表面,如果遇到特殊高度的工件,可根据工件的高度控制升降座3的高度,使工件位于可打磨高度的范围内;
步骤三:通过第一电机4控制长丝杆6转动,使工作台机构7前移至操作区域;
步骤四:打开第二电机87,使除尘机构8开始工作;
步骤五:通过调节第三电机906控制两个滑枕10的位置,使磨头机构12位于工件两侧,打开驱动电机122,使磨盘130高速转动,通过升降电机101控制磨头机构12的高度,对工件进行打磨,如果遇到斜面打磨,可通过旋转电机134调节磨头机构12整体的角度;
步骤六:完成打磨后,工作台继续向前移动一端距离,取下工件,工作台后退至初始位置进行下一个工件加工;
步骤七:所有工件加工完成或者调试完成自动加工时,将电气控制器13推入电气控制器放置槽内,并将透明盖板19盖上,避免电气控制器13进灰。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:包括床身(1)、立柱(2)、升降座(3)、第一电机(4)、转向齿轮箱(5)、长丝杆(6)、工作台机构(7)、除尘机构(8)、滑座横梁(9)、滑枕(10)、滑块机构(11)、磨头机构(12)及电气控制器(13),所述床身(1)两侧分别设置有立柱(2),所述床身(1)内部设置有升降座(3),所述床身(1)一端设置有第一电机(4)及转向齿轮箱(5),所述第一电机(4)与转向齿轮箱(5)相连,所述转向齿轮箱(5)通过长丝杆(6)与工作台机构(7)活动相连,所述工作台机构(7)与升降座(3)活动相连,所述立柱(2)内部设置有除尘机构(8),任意一个所述立柱(2)内部通过伸缩杆设置有电气控制器(13),所述立柱(2)上表面与滑座横梁(9)下表面相连,所述滑座横梁(9)一端活动设置有滑枕(10),所述滑枕(10)有两个,所述滑枕(10)远离滑座横梁(9)一端设置有滑块机构(11),所述滑块机构(11)远离滑枕(10)一端设置有磨头机构(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述床身(1)内部底端两侧分别设置有基座(14),两个所述基座(14)之间设置有排水槽(15),所述基座(14)上设置有若干升降杆(16),所述升降杆(16)顶端与升降座(3)相连,所述升降座(3)顶端表面设置有工作台滑轨(17),所述床身(1)内侧表面设置有若干导轨(18),所述升降座(3)顶端侧面与导轨(18)活动相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述工作台机构(7)包括工作台主体(71)、底部滑块(72)、推拉板(73)、连接板(74)、螺纹环(75),所述工作台主体(71)下表面两侧分别设置有底部滑块(72),所述工作台主体(71)下表面中间位置两侧分别设置有推拉板(73),两个所述推拉板(73)下端通过连接板(74)相连,所述推拉板(73)开有通槽,所述螺纹环(75)活动设置于推拉板(73)所开的通槽内,所述螺纹环(75)与长丝杆(6)活动相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述除尘机构(8)设置于立柱(2)所开的通风通道内,所述除尘机构(8)包括框体(81)、连接杆(82)、中心盘(83)、中轴(84)、扇叶(85)、齿轮(86)、第二电机(87)及锯齿带(88),所述框体(81)两端分别通过连接杆(82)设置有中心盘(83),所述中轴(84)两端分别于两侧的中心盘(83)相连,所述中轴(84)上设置有扇叶(85)及齿轮(86),所述第二电机(87)设置于立柱(2)内,所述第二电机(87)通过锯齿带(88)与齿轮(86)相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:设置电气控制器(13)的所述立柱(2)侧面内部开有电气控制器放置槽,所述电气控制器(13)通过伸缩杆活动设置于电气控制器放置槽内,所述立柱(2)表面位于电气控制器放置槽外侧还设置有可开关的透明盖板(19)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述滑座横梁(9)包括滑座主体(901)、上滑轨(902)、下滑轨(903)、滑槽(904)、丝杆安装槽(905)、第三电机(906)、第一丝杆座(907)、短丝杆(908)、上端通道(909)、出气通道(910)、下端通道(911)、出气腔(912)、出气板(913)及气孔(914),所述滑座主体(901)顶端设置有上滑轨(902),所述滑座主体(901)底端设置有下滑轨(903),所述滑座主体(901)表面开有滑槽(904),所述滑槽(904)两端分别设置有丝杆安装槽(905),所述滑座主体(901)位于丝杆安装槽(905)外侧设置有第三电机(906),所述滑槽(904)中间位置设置有两个第一丝杆座(907),所述短丝杆(908)设置于丝杆安装槽(905)及第一丝杆座(907)之间并通过第三电机(906)驱动,所述短丝杆(908)与滑枕(10)相连并驱动滑枕(10)的横向移动,所述滑座主体(901)位于滑槽(904)内上表面位置设置有若干上端通道(909),所述滑座主体(901)内部位于滑槽(904)上方位置设置有出气通道(910),所述上端通道(909)顶端均与出气通道(910)相连通,所述滑座主体(901)位于滑槽(904)内下表面位置设置有若干下端通道(911),所述滑座主体(901)内部位于滑槽(904)下方位置设置有出气腔(912),所述滑座主体(901)表面位于出气腔(912)位置设置有出气板(913),所述出气板(913)上开有若干气孔(914)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述滑枕(10)上表面通过电机座设置有升降电机(101),所述滑枕(10)表面设置有导轨槽(102),所述滑枕(10)表面中间位置开有凹槽(103),所述凹槽(103)底部设置有第二丝杆座(104),所述第二丝杆座(104)与升降丝杆(105)底端相连,所述升降丝杆(105)设置于凹槽(103)内且升降丝杆(105)的顶端与升降电机(101)相连。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述滑块机构(11)包括滑块主体(111)、导向板(112)、支撑滑杆(113)及套筒(114),所述滑块主体(111)一端两侧分别设置有导向板(112),所述导向板(112)与导轨槽(102)活动相连,所述滑块主体(111)位于两个导向板(112)之间的位置设置有支撑滑杆(113),所述支撑滑杆(113)远离滑块主体(111)一端设置有套筒(114),所述套筒(114)与升降丝杆(105)相连。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:所述磨头机构(12)包括连接主体(121)、驱动电机(122)、联动轴(123)、上端齿轮(124)、下端齿轮(125)、驱动齿轮(126)、从动轴(127)、从动齿轮(128)、磨盘罩(129)、磨盘(130)、环形齿条(131)、支撑杆(132)、限位板(133)及旋转电机(134),所述连接主体(121)上表面设置有驱动电机(122),所述连接主体(121)内部设置有联动轴(123),所述联动轴(123)上端设置有上端齿轮(124),所述联动轴(123)下端设置有下端齿轮(125),所述驱动电机(122)底部设置有驱动齿轮(126),所述驱动齿轮(126)与上端齿轮(124)啮合,所述连接主体(121)内部下端设置有从动轴(127),所述从动轴(127)顶端设置有从动齿轮(128),所述从动齿轮(128)与下端齿轮(125)啮合,所述从动齿轮(128)底端与磨盘(130)相连,所述连接主体(121)下表面设置有磨盘罩(129),所述磨盘(130)设置于磨盘罩(129)内,所述连接主体(121)中间位置开有通孔,所述连接主体(121)表面以通孔为圆心设置有环形齿条(131),所述支撑杆(132)穿过通孔与滑块机构(11)固定相连,所述支撑杆(132)远离滑块机构(11)一端设置有限位板(133),所述旋转电机(134)通过支架安装在限位板(133)上,所述旋转电机(134)与环形齿条(131)啮合。
10.实现权利要求1所述的一种数控龙门直线导轨成型磨床,其特征在于:其使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将电气控制器(13)从电气控制器放置槽拉出,准备调试操作;
步骤二:将工件放置在工作台主体(71)上表面,如果遇到特殊高度的工件,可根据工件的高度控制升降座(3)的高度,使工件位于可打磨高度的范围内;
步骤三:通过第一电机(4)控制长丝杆(6)转动,使工作台机构(7)前移至操作区域;
步骤四:打开第二电机(87),使除尘机构(8)开始工作;
步骤五:通过调节第三电机(906)控制两个滑枕(10)的位置,使磨头机构(12)位于工件两侧,打开驱动电机(122),使磨盘(130)高速转动,通过升降电机(101)控制磨头机构(12)的高度,对工件进行打磨,如果遇到斜面打磨,可通过旋转电机(134)调节磨头机构(12)整体的角度;
步骤六:完成打磨后,工作台继续向前移动一端距离,取下工件,工作台后退至初始位置进行下一个工件加工;
步骤七:所有工件加工完成或者调试完成自动加工时,将电气控制器(13)推入电气控制器放置槽内,并将透明盖板(19)盖上,避免电气控制器(13)进灰。
