and S104, when the rice water in the inner pot is heated to be boiled, the controller controls the heating device to alternately increase the heating power and decrease the heating power, so that the rice water in the inner pot is boiled, the rice in the steamer is immersed, and the boiled rice water falls back.
When the electric rice cooker is used for cooking rice, firstly, rice is put on a food steamer, water is put in an inner pot, the food steamer is put in the inner pot, the water can pass through holes of the food steamer and enter the food steamer to immerse the rice, but the rice cannot pass through the through holes of the food steamer, after the rice and the water are put well, a controller controls a heating device to heat to start cooking, when the rice soup is boiled, the boiled rice soup can enter the food steamer from the through holes of the side walls of the food steamer or gaps between the side walls of the food steamer and the side walls of the inner pot, then the controller controls the heating device to reduce heating power to weaken boiling of the rice soup, reduce the liquid level of the rice soup, separate the rice from the rice soup, enable the rice in the food steamer to flow out from the through holes of the bottom wall of the food steamer, then the controller controls the heating device to increase the heating power to continue to immerse the rice in the rice soup and then reduce the heating power to separate the rice from the rice soup, the rice is cooked by continuously repeating the processes of boiling the rice soup, immersing the rice, weakening boiling and separating the rice from the rice soup, and starch or sugar in the rice can be drained into the rice soup through immersing and separating the rice soup and the rice for multiple times, so that the sugar content in the rice is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step S104, when the liquid level of the rice water rises to a first preset height, the controller controls the heating device to reduce the heating power, so that the boiling rice water falls back; when the liquid level of the rice water is reduced to a second preset height, the controller controls the heating device to increase the heating power, so that the rice water is boiled and rice in the steamer is immersed.
The conversion of boiling and falling of the rice water is realized by detecting the liquid level height of the rice water and controlling the heating power of the heating device, so that the rice water and the rice are immersed and separated for multiple times, starch or sugar in the rice is drained into the rice water, and the sugar content in the rice is reduced.
In an embodiment of the invention, the controller controls the heating device to stop heating, so that the rice water boiled in the inner pot falls back.
Of course, in order to make the rice water that the liquid level rises to the first preset height fall back, the heating device can stop heating, can also reduce heating power, only need guarantee that the liquid level of rice water can reduce gradually can.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, after the step S104, the method further includes:
and S106, after the rice water in the inner pot is boiled and falls back for preset times (such as 10 times), the liquid level of the rice water in the inner pot is lower than that of the food steamer, the controller controls the heating of the heating device, and the rice in the food steamer is steamed by using steam generated by the rice water.
After the rice water is boiled and returned for the preset times, the controller controls the heating device to continue heating so as to ensure that the rice in the steamer can be completely steamed.
In summary, the food steamer of the electric cooker provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that through holes are formed in the bottom wall and the side wall of the food steamer, or through holes are formed in the bottom wall of the food steamer, and a gap is formed between the side wall of the food steamer and the side wall of the inner pot, so that boiled rice soup can enter the food steamer from the through holes in the side wall or the gap between the side wall of the food steamer and the side wall of the inner pot, then flow out from the through holes in the bottom wall, and take away starch, sugar and the like dissolved in rice in the rice soup; the through holes in the side wall of the steamer are formed in the upper part of the side wall of the steamer, the through holes in the bottom wall are formed in the concave parts of the bottom wall, and rice soup flows in from the upper part of the side wall, so that the rice in the whole steamer can be drained to remove starch and sugar, the phenomenon of undercooking of the rice can be avoided, and the rice soup flows out from the through holes in the bottom wall, so that the rice is ensured to absorb the heat of the rice soup only and not absorb the moisture of the rice soup, and the phenomenon that the taste of the rice is influenced by the gelatinization of the rice at the bottom layer is avoided; the through holes are formed in the concave parts of the bottom wall, so that the area of the holes in the bottom wall is reduced, the gelatinization phenomenon caused by rice soaking at the bottom of the steamer due to rice soup foaming can be reduced, and the taste of the bottom layer rice is guaranteed.

a pot cover;
the cooker cover is opened or covered on the cooker body;
the inner pot is placed in the pot body;
the food steamer is placed in the inner pot;
the heating device heats the inner pot; and
a controller which controls the operation of the heating device, and when the rice water in the inner pot is heated to be boiled, the controller controls the heating device to alternately increase and decrease the heating power so as to boil the rice water in the inner pot, immerse the rice in the steamer and make the boiled rice water fall back;
wherein the food steamer comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, and
through holes are formed in the bottom wall of the food steamer and the side wall of the food steamer, rice is placed in the food steamer and cannot pass through the through holes, and boiled rice soup in the inner pot enters the food steamer from the through holes in the side wall of the food steamer and flows out of the through holes in the bottom wall of the food steamer; or
A through hole is formed in the bottom wall of the food steamer, rice is placed in the food steamer and cannot pass through the through hole, a gap is formed between the side wall of the food steamer and the side wall of the inner pot, and boiled rice soup in the inner pot enters the food steamer from the gap and flows out of the through hole in the bottom wall of the food steamer; the through holes are formed in the middle and/or the edge of the bottom wall of the food steamer.
2. The rice cooker of claim 1,
the bottom wall of the food steamer is a rugged curved surface, and the through hole is formed in the sunken position of the bottom wall of the food steamer.
3. The rice cooker of claim 1 or 2,
the through hole is formed in the upper portion of the side wall of the food steamer.
4. The rice cooker of claim 1 or 2,
the upper part of the side wall of the food steamer is provided with an annular step, the annular step is supported on the inner pot, and the annular step is provided with the through hole; or
The lower wall surface of the bottom wall of the food steamer is connected with a support, and the support is supported on the bottom wall of the inner pot.

s102, controlling a heating device to heat water in an inner pot and rice in a steamer soaked in the water by a controller;
step S104, when the rice water in the inner pot is heated to be boiled, the controller controls the heating device to alternately increase the heating power and decrease the heating power, so that the rice water in the inner pot is boiled, the rice in the steamer is immersed, and the boiled rice water falls back;
wherein the controller controls the heating device to alternately increase and decrease the heating power, boiling the rice water in the inner pot, immersing the rice in the steamer, and dropping the boiled rice water comprises: when the liquid level of the rice soup is lower than the lowest point of the steamer, the rice is separated from the rice soup, the rice soup is continuously heated, and the boiled rice soup can enter the steamer through the through holes in the side wall of the steamer or the gap between the side wall of the steamer and the side wall of the inner pot.
10. The control method of electric cooker as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that,
in the step S104, when the liquid level of the rice water rises to a first preset height, the controller controls the heating device to reduce the heating power, so that the boiled rice water falls back; when the liquid level of the rice water is reduced to a second preset height, the controller controls the heating device to increase the heating power, so that the rice water is boiled and rice in the steamer is immersed.

and S106, after the rice soup in the inner pot boils and falls back for preset times, the liquid level of the rice soup in the inner pot is lower than that of the food steamer, the controller controls the heating of the heating device, and the rice in the food steamer is steamed by utilizing the steam generated by the rice soup.
