Abstract
The application provides a control method, a control device, a storage medium and a processor of an electric pressure cooker. In the control method, the heating inner container is controlled so that steam is arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, wherein the water in the inner container is used for partially steaming the rack; and controlling the heating liner to enable at least part of water to perform at least one rice washing process, wherein the rice washing process is a process that at least part of water rises to a first position and falls back to a second position. According to the control method, the pressure in the cooker is regulated by controlling the heating power, so that part of water in the inner container can not only overflow food on the steaming rack, but also be separated from the food, at least one rice washing process can be realized, a large amount of sugar in the food is taken away in the rice washing process, cooked food with low sugar content is steamed, and the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker cannot steam low-sugar rice is solved.

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of cooking, and in particular, to a control method, a control device, a storage medium, and a processor for an electric pressure cooker.
Background
Along with the development of economy, the living conditions of common people are better and better, and diabetics are more and more, and the rice is not suitable for diabetics due to the too high sugar content. However, it is painful for diabetics who like to eat rice to not eat rice.
In the prior art, low-sugar rice cookers have appeared, but no electric pressure cooker capable of steaming low-sugar rice has been available.

Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present application is to provide a control method, a control device, a storage medium and a processor for an electric pressure cooker, so as to solve the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker cannot steam low-sugar rice.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a control method of an electric pressure cooker of the present application, the electric pressure cooker includes a liner and a steaming rack, the steaming rack is erected in the liner and has a predetermined distance from a bottom wall of the liner, the control method includes: controlling to heat the inner container so that steam is arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, wherein the water in the inner container is used for partially submerging the steaming rack; the heating of the inner container is controlled so that at least part of the water is subjected to at least one rice washing process, at least part of the water is subjected to a process that at least part of the water rises to a first position and then falls back to a second position, when the water level is at the first position, the water level at least drops out of part of food on the steaming rack, when the water level is at the second position, the water level is positioned between the food and the bottom wall of the inner container, and when at least part of the water is from the first position to the second position, the power for heating the inner container is not 0.

In order to make the sugar in the food more fully dissolved in the water, thereby further improving the effect of the rice washing process, in one embodiment of the present application, the duration of the first washing process is a first predetermined time. The duration of the first cleaning process is set to be a first predetermined time, so that the steaming time can be controlled to ensure the taste of the food, the cleaning effect can be improved, and a person skilled in the art can select a proper first predetermined time according to the actual situation.

In an embodiment of the present application, in a case where the third predetermined power heats the inner container for a second predetermined time, the second cleaning process further includes: stopping heating the inner container; controlling the exhaust of the electric pressure cooker until the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state. Specifically, the third preset power is used for heating the inner container for a second preset time, so that part of the liquid level of the water can fall back to a second position between food and the bottom wall of the inner container, rice water separation is guaranteed, after the rice water separation is achieved, heating is stopped, an exhaust valve is controlled to be opened to release gas, and the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state. In the second cleaning process, the separation of water and food is ensured firstly, and then the exhaust is carried out, so that the steam can be prevented from carrying water to splash out, and the cooking safety is ensured. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the cover is further provided with a cover opening handle 63, and when the opening stopping rod 62 is in the non-sealing position, the opening stopping rod 62 is not clamped with the cover opening handle 63, and the cover opening handle 63 can be opened, that is, the interior of the electric pressure cooker is in the non-sealing state. That is, when the opening stop rod is at the sealing position, the electric pressure cooker is in a sealing state; when the opening stop rod is in the non-sealing position, the interior of the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state.
In one embodiment of the present application, after controlling the heating of the inner container so that at least a portion of the water undergoes at least one rice washing process, the control method further includes: and controlling the inner container to be heated at a fourth preset power, so that water in the inner container keeps boiling to steam food. After the rice washing process is completed, a large amount of sugar in the food is carried away by the water and is continuously heated, so that cooked food with low sugar content is steamed. The person skilled in the art can choose the appropriate fourth predetermined power according to the actual situation.
In one embodiment of the present application, heating the inner container with a fourth predetermined power so that water in the inner container is kept boiling to steam cooked food, includes: heating the liner at the fourth predetermined power; and controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working under the condition that the inner container is heated for a third preset time with the fourth preset power. Specifically, after the electric pressure cooker is determined to be in the non-pressure state, the rice washing process is finished, the exhaust valve is controlled to be closed, the inner container is heated for a third preset time with the fourth preset power, food is ensured to be steamed, and then the electric pressure cooker is controlled to stop working.
In one embodiment of the present application, after heating the inner container at a fourth predetermined power, heating the inner container at the fourth predetermined power before stopping the electric pressure cooker, so that water in the inner container keeps boiling to steam the food, further comprising: and stopping heating the inner container and controlling the inner container to exhaust when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is larger than the preset pressure. Specifically, when the inner container starts to be heated at the fourth preset power to cook, the rice washing process is finished, and the control method can keep the pressure in the electric pressure cooker below the preset pressure to ensure that water and food are separated until the food is steamed. And in the process of exhausting, the heating of the inner container is stopped, the exhausting time is shortened, and the cooking efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the electric pressure cooker further includes a cover 60, a stop lever 62 is provided on the cover 60, and the predetermined pressure is greater than or equal to the gravity of the stop lever. Specifically, when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches the preset pressure, the preset pressure is greater than or equal to the weight of the opening stop rod, so that the opening stop rod moves upwards to be clamped with the opening handle, the opening handle cannot be opened, namely, the opening stop rod moves to a sealing position, and the electric pressure cooker is in a sealing state.
The embodiment of the application also provides a control device of the electric pressure cooker, and the control device of the electric pressure cooker can be used for executing the control method for the electric pressure cooker. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the electric pressure cooker includes a liner 40 and a steaming frame 50, and the steaming frame 50 is installed in the liner 40 to have a predetermined distance from a bottom wall of the liner 40.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a control device of an electric pressure cooker according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 2, the control device includes:
a first control unit 100 for controlling heating of the inner container such that steam is provided between water in the inner container, a sidewall of the steaming rack, and an inner wall of the inner container, wherein the water in the inner container is partially passed through the steaming rack;
and a second control unit 200 for controlling the heating of the inner container such that at least a part of the water is subjected to a rice washing process, wherein at least a part of the water is subjected to a rice washing process, and the water level rises to a first position and falls back to a second position, and when the water level is at the first position, the water level at least partially drops out of the food on the steaming rack, and when the water level is at the second position, the water level is located between the food and the bottom wall of the inner container, and when at least a part of the water is in the process of heating the inner container from the first position to the second position, the power for heating the inner container is not 0, i.e., when at least a part of the water is in the process of heating the inner container from the first position to the second position, the heating of the inner container is not stopped.
In the control device, the first control unit controls the heating inner container, so that steam is arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, and the second control unit controls the heating inner container, so that at least part of water is subjected to at least one rice washing process, and the rice washing process is a process that the liquid level of at least part of water rises to a first position and then falls back to a second position. The control device adjusts the pressure in the cooker by controlling the heating power, so that part of water in the inner container can not only overflow food on the steaming rack, but also separate the water from the food, thereby realizing at least one rice washing process, taking away a large amount of sugar in the food through the rice washing process, steaming cooked food with lower sugar content, and further solving the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker cannot steam low-sugar rice.
It should be noted that, in the actual cooking process, in order to quickly heat the water in the inner container to boil and reduce the time for steaming food, the power of the heating inner container controlled by the first control unit is generally set to be larger, and a person skilled in the art can select a proper power according to the actual situation.
It should be further noted that, the first position in the present application is any height position that can be used to submerge at least part of food, the second position is any position between the food and the bottom wall of the liner, and a second person skilled in the art can select a suitable water amount to implement the first position and the second position of the liquid level in the rice washing process according to actual situations, and, along with the progress of the steaming process, part of water may evaporate, and in any two rice washing processes, the first position may be different, and the second position may also be different.
In one embodiment of the present application, the second control unit includes a first control module, where the first control module is configured to raise a level of at least a portion of the water to the first position, and the first control module includes a first control sub-module and a second control sub-module, where the first control sub-module is configured to heat the liner at a first predetermined power; the second control submodule is used for controlling the electric pressure cooker to exhaust when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is greater than the preset pressure. Specifically, the first control module makes part of the water rise, and the liquid level of the water rise to a first position of the food on the steaming rack, so that sugar in the food can be dissolved into the water.
Specifically, when the first control submodule heats the inner container with a first preset power, water in the inner container evaporates to form water vapor, so that the vapor pressure in a cavity formed by part of the water, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container rises, and therefore the water below the cavity is extruded, the liquid level of part of the water rises to a first position where the water is over the food on the steaming rack, part of the water is fully contacted with the food, sugar in the food is conveniently dissolved into the water, the preset pressure is the maximum pressure where part of the water can rise to the first position where the water is over the steaming rack, namely, under the condition that the pressure in the electric pressure cooker exceeds the preset pressure, the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is separated from the food, and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is greater than the preset pressure, the second control submodule controls the exhaust of the electric pressure cooker, so that the liquid level of part of the water can be prevented from falling back, and the effect of the rice washing process is improved.
In order to make the sugar in the food more fully dissolved in the water, thereby further improving the effect of the rice washing process, in one embodiment of the present application, the working time of the first control sub-module is a first predetermined time. The duration of the first cleaning process is set to be a first predetermined time, so that the steaming time can be controlled to ensure the taste of the food, the cleaning effect can be improved, and a person skilled in the art can select a proper first predetermined time according to the actual situation.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the electric pressure cooker further includes a cover 60, a solenoid valve 61 is disposed on the cover 60, and the second control submodule is configured to open the solenoid valve 61 to allow gas to exit the electric pressure cooker. Specifically, when the electric pressure cooker detects that the pressure in the cooker is greater than the preset pressure, the second rice washing control submodule controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened so as to discharge gas, that is, the automatic control can be realized in the discharging process, so that the discharging process is more timely and safer.
In an embodiment of the application, the second control unit includes a second control module, where the second control module is configured to enable at least part of the liquid level of the water to fall back from the first position to the second position, and the second control module enables part of the water to fall back, where the liquid level of the water falls back to the second position between the food and the bottom wall of the liner, so that the water is separated from the food, and cleaning of the food is achieved. Specifically, the second control module comprises a third control sub-module and a fourth control sub-module, wherein the third control sub-module is used for heating the inner container with the second preset power, so that the internal pressure of the electric pressure cooker is gradually increased, the opening stopping rod gradually floats upwards and is finally clamped with the opening handle, and the electric pressure cooker is in a sealed state; the fourth control submodule is used for heating the inner container with the third preset power when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is larger than the preset pressure, and the third preset power is smaller than the second preset power.
Specifically, the third control submodule controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, so that the electric pressure cooker is in a sealed state, the inner container is heated with the second preset power, the heating efficiency is improved, the heating time for enabling the pressure in the electric pressure cooker to be larger than the preset pressure is shortened, the cooking efficiency is improved, under the condition that the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is larger than the preset pressure, the fourth control submodule reduces the heating power to the third preset power, the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is further increased, the pressure cooker is kept in a sealed state, the vapor pressure above the steaming rack is increased, and the liquid level of part of the water falls back to the second position between the food and the bottom wall of the inner container, so that the separation of the water and the food is realized.
In an embodiment of the present application, the second control module further includes a fifth control sub-module and a sixth control sub-module, where the fifth control sub-module is configured to stop heating the inner container when the third predetermined power is used to heat the inner container for a second predetermined time; and the sixth control submodule is used for controlling the exhaust of the electric pressure cooker until the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state. Specifically, the third preset power is used for heating the inner container for a second preset time, so that part of the liquid level of the water can fall back to a second position between food and the bottom wall of the inner container, rice water separation is guaranteed, after the rice water separation is achieved, the fifth rice washing control submodule controls the electric pressure cooker to stop heating, and the sixth rice washing control submodule controls the exhaust valve to be opened to release gas, so that the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state. In the second cleaning process, the separation of water and food is ensured firstly, and then the exhaust is carried out, so that the steam can be prevented from carrying water to splash out, and the cooking safety is ensured. And when the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state, the second cleaning process is convenient to be carried out again. The person skilled in the art can choose a suitable second predetermined time according to the actual situation.
In an actual cooking process, at least part of the water can be subjected to multiple rice washing processes, wherein one rice washing process comprises a first washing process and a second washing process, and the multiple rice washing processes are continuously performed, namely, the first washing process, the second washing process, the first washing process and the second washing process …, so that multiple times of food washing are realized. The corresponding number of times may be set according to the actual situation.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the electric pressure cooker further includes a cover 60, on which a tamper-proof rod 62 is disposed, where the tamper-proof rod 62 has a non-sealing position, the non-sealing position of the tamper-proof rod 62 is a position where the tamper-proof rod 62 is not engaged with the lid opening handle 63, and the second control unit further includes a determining module for determining whether the electric pressure cooker is in the non-sealing state, where the non-sealing position is a position where the tamper-proof rod is in communication with the inside and the outside of the cooker after the cover is closed, and the determining module further includes a first determining submodule and a second determining submodule, where the first determining submodule is used for determining whether the tamper-proof rod 62 is in the non-sealing position; the second determining submodule is used for determining that the electric pressure cooker is in the unsealed state when the opening stop lever 62 is in the unsealed position. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the cover is further provided with a cover opening handle 63, and when the opening stopping rod 62 is in the non-sealing position, the opening stopping rod 62 is not clamped with the cover opening handle 63, and the cover opening handle 63 can be opened, that is, the interior of the electric pressure cooker is in the non-sealing state. That is, when the opening stop rod is at the sealing position, the electric pressure cooker is in a sealing state; when the opening stop rod is in the non-sealing position, the interior of the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state.
In an embodiment of the present application, the control device further includes a third control unit, where the third control unit is configured to control heating the inner container with a fourth predetermined power after controlling heating the inner container such that at least a part of the water performs at least one rice washing process, so that the water in the inner container keeps boiling to steam the food. After the rice washing process is completed, a large amount of sugar in the food is carried away by the water and is continuously heated, so that cooked food with low sugar content is steamed. The person skilled in the art can choose the appropriate fourth predetermined power according to the actual situation.
In an embodiment of the present application, the third control unit includes a third control module and a fourth control module, where the third control module is configured to heat the liner with the fourth predetermined power; and the fourth control module is used for controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working under the condition that the inner container is heated for a third preset time with the fourth preset power. Specifically, after the electric pressure cooker is determined to be in the non-pressure state, the rice washing process is finished, the exhaust valve is controlled to be closed, the first food steaming control module heats the inner container for a third preset time with the fourth preset power, food steaming is ensured, and the second food steaming control module controls the electric pressure cooker to stop working.
In an embodiment of the present application, the third control unit further includes a fifth control module, where the fifth control module is configured to stop heating the inner container and control exhaust of the inner container when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is greater than the predetermined pressure before the electric pressure cooker stops operating after heating the inner container with the fourth predetermined power. Specifically, when the inner container starts to be heated with the fourth preset power to cook, the rice washing process is finished, and the fifth control module can keep the pressure in the electric pressure cooker below the preset pressure to ensure that water and food are separated until the food is steamed. And in the process of exhausting, the heating of the inner container is stopped, the exhausting time is shortened, and the cooking efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the electric pressure cooker further includes a cover 60, a stop lever 62 is provided on the cover 60, and the predetermined pressure is greater than or equal to the gravity of the stop lever. Specifically, when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches the preset pressure, the preset pressure is greater than or equal to the weight of the opening stop rod, so that the opening stop rod moves upwards to be clamped with the opening handle, the opening handle cannot be opened, namely, the opening stop rod moves to a sealing position, and the electric pressure cooker is in a sealing state.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to more clearly understand the technical solutions of the present application, the technical solutions of the present application will be described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Examples
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the electric pressure cooker of the embodiment includes a liner 40, a steaming rack 50, the steaming rack 50 has a steaming rack body 51 and a supporting member 52, the steaming rack body 51 includes a bottom and a side portion, the bottom is used for placing food 10 and has a plurality of steaming holes arranged at intervals, the side portion is enclosed on the circumferential outside of the bottom, one end of the side portion is abutted with the side wall of the liner 40, the other end of the side portion is connected with the bottom and has intervals with the side wall of the liner 40, the supporting member 52 is located on one side of the steaming rack 5 body, which is close to the bottom wall of the liner 40, the supporting member 52 has a first opening on one side, which is close to the bottom wall of the liner 40, the supporting member 52 has a second opening, which is communicated with the steaming holes, and the side portion, the inner wall of the liner 40 and the water 20 form a cavity 30. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the electric pressure cooker of the embodiment further comprises a cooker cover 6, wherein an electromagnetic valve 61, an opening stopping rod 62 and an opening cover handle 63 are arranged on the cooker cover, the opening stopping rod 62 is clamped when the electromagnetic valve 61 is opened and is used for controlling the electric pressure cooker to exhaust, when the opening stopping rod 62 is in a non-sealing position, the opening cover handle 63 can open the electric pressure cooker, when the opening stopping rod 62 is in a sealing position, the opening stopping rod 62 is not clamped with the opening cover handle 63, and the opening cover handle 63 is locked and cannot open the electric pressure cooker.
The control method of the electric pressure cooker of the embodiment comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 3, a proper amount of food 10 and water 20 are added into the electric pressure cooker, so that the water 20 in the inner container 40 is partially overflowed from the steaming rack, and at least one cavity 30 is formed by a part of water 20, the side wall of the steaming rack 50 and the inner wall of the inner container 40, firstly, the inner container 40 is heated, so that the cavity 30 has steam; then, the inner container 40 is heated with a first preset power, and when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is detected to be greater than the preset pressure, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, so that the gas is discharged out of the electric pressure cooker, and part of water 20 is subjected to a rice washing process, wherein the part of water 20 is subjected to the rice washing process, and the liquid level of the part of water 20 rises to a first position of the food 10 which is over the steaming rack 50 for a first preset time, as shown in fig. 4; then, the inner container is heated by a second preset power, so that the internal pressure of the electric pressure cooker is gradually increased, the opening stopping rod gradually floats and is finally clamped with the cover opening handle, the electric pressure cooker is in a sealed state, the inner container is heated by a third preset power, the liquid level of the part of water 20 falls back to a second position between the food 10 and the bottom wall of the inner container 40 for a second preset time, as shown in fig. 3, the heating of the inner container is stopped, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, so that gas is discharged out of the electric pressure cooker until the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealed state, namely, the opening stopping rod is in a sealed position, the opening stopping rod is not clamped with the cover opening handle, and the rice washing process is finished; and finally, after the rice washing process is finished, heating the inner container with a fourth preset power, so that water in the inner container is kept boiling to steam the food, stopping heating the inner container when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches the preset pressure in the heating process with the fourth preset power, controlling the electromagnetic valve to be opened, discharging the gas out of the electric pressure cooker for a third preset time, stopping heating, and steaming the cooked food with low sugar content.
The control device of the electric pressure cooker comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first control unit, the second control unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches the corresponding program unit from the memory. The inner core can be provided with one or more than one, and the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker cannot steam low-sugar rice is solved by adjusting the parameters of the inner core.
The memory may include volatile memory, random Access Memory (RAM), and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), among other forms in computer readable media, the memory including at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium including a stored program, where the program executes any one of the control methods described above.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein any one of the control methods is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor realizes at least the following steps when executing the program:
Step S101, controlling and heating the inner container so that steam is arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, wherein the water in the inner container is used for partially submerging the steaming rack;

From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects:
1) In the control method, firstly, the heating inner container is controlled to enable steam to be arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, then, the heating inner container is controlled to enable at least part of water to carry out at least one rice washing process, and the rice washing process is a process that at least part of water rises to a first position and then falls back to a second position. According to the control method, the pressure in the cooker is regulated by controlling the heating power, so that part of water in the inner container can not only overflow food on the steaming rack, but also be separated from the food, at least one rice washing process can be realized, a large amount of sugar in the food is taken away in the rice washing process, cooked food with low sugar content is steamed, and the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker cannot steam low-sugar rice is solved.
2) In the control device of the application, the first control unit controls the heating inner container, steam is arranged between water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, the second control unit controls the heating inner container, at least part of water is subjected to at least one rice washing process, and the rice washing process is a process that the liquid level of at least part of water rises to a first position and then falls back to a second position. The control device adjusts the pressure in the cooker by controlling the heating power, so that part of water in the inner container can not only overflow food on the steaming rack, but also separate the water from the food, thereby realizing at least one rice washing process, taking away a large amount of sugar in the food through the rice washing process, steaming cooked food with lower sugar content, and further solving the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker cannot steam low-sugar rice.

Claims (13)
1. A control method of an electric pressure cooker, characterized in that the electric pressure cooker includes an inner container and a steaming rack, the steaming rack is erected in the inner container and has a predetermined distance from a bottom wall of the inner container, the control method includes:
controlling to heat the inner container so that steam is arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, wherein the water in the inner container is used for partially submerging the steaming rack;
the heating of the inner container is controlled so that at least part of the water is subjected to at least one rice washing process, at least part of the water is subjected to a rice washing process, at least part of the water rises to a first position and falls back to a second position, the steam is used for extruding the water so that part of the water rises to the first position, the water level at the first position at least drops out of part of food on the steam rack, the water level at the second position at least drops between the food and the bottom wall of the inner container, and the power for heating the inner container is not 0 in the process from the first position to the second position.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the rice washing process includes a first washing process, the process in which at least part of the water level rises to the first position is the first washing process, the first washing process including:
heating the inner container with a first predetermined power;
and controlling the electric pressure cooker to exhaust under the condition that the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is larger than the preset pressure.
3. The control method according to claim 2, wherein the electric pressure cooker further includes a cover provided with a solenoid valve thereon, and controlling the electric pressure cooker to exhaust includes:
the solenoid valve is opened to allow gas to exit the electric pressure cooker.
4. The control method according to claim 2, wherein the rice washing process further includes a second washing process, at least a part of the process of the water level falling back from the first position to the second position being the second washing process, the second washing process including:
heating the inner container with a second preset power;
and under the condition that the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is larger than the preset pressure, heating the inner container with third preset power, wherein the third preset power is smaller than the second preset power.
5. The control method according to claim 4, wherein the second cleaning process further includes, in the case where the third predetermined power heats the inner container for a second predetermined time:
stopping heating the inner container;
and controlling the electric pressure cooker to exhaust until the electric pressure cooker is in a non-sealing state.
6. The control method according to claim 5, wherein the electric pressure cooker further includes a cover on which a open-stopping lever is provided, the open-stopping lever having a non-sealing position, the control method further comprising: confirm whether the electric pressure cooker is in the non-sealed state,
confirming whether the electric pressure cooker is in the unsealed state, comprising:
judging whether the opening stop rod is positioned at the non-sealing position or not;
and determining that the electric pressure cooker is in the unsealed state when the opening stop rod is in the unsealed position.
7. The control method according to claim 1, wherein after controlling heating the inner container such that at least part of the water is subjected to at least one rice washing process, the control method further comprises:
and controlling the inner container to be heated at a fourth preset power, so that water in the inner container keeps boiling to steam food.
8. The control method of claim 7, wherein heating the inner container at a fourth predetermined power such that water in the inner container remains boiling to steam the cooked food comprises:
heating the inner container with the fourth preset power;
and under the condition that the inner container is heated for a third preset time with the fourth preset power, controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working.
9. The control method according to claim 8, wherein after heating the inner container at a fourth predetermined power is started, the inner container is heated at the fourth predetermined power before the electric pressure cooker stops operating, so that water in the inner container is kept boiling to steam food, further comprising:
and stopping heating the inner container under the condition that the pressure in the electric pressure cooker is larger than the preset pressure, and controlling the inner container to exhaust.
10. The control method according to claim 2, 4 or 9, characterized in that the electric pressure cooker further comprises a cover on which a opening stop lever is provided, the predetermined pressure being greater than or equal to the weight force of the opening stop lever.

12. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the control method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. A processor for running a program, wherein the program when run performs the control method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
