step S101 of controlling and heating the inner container 40 shown in fig. 3 such that steam is provided between the water 20 in the inner container 40, the side wall of the steam rack 50, and the inner wall of the inner container 40, wherein the water in the inner container 40 partially flows over the steam rack 50;
step S102, controlling and heating the inner container 40 so that at least a part of the water 20 performs at least one rice washing process, the at least a part of the water 20 performs the rice washing process as a process of raising the liquid level of at least a part of the water 20 to a first position and then falling back to a second position, when the liquid level of the water 20 is at the first position, the liquid level of the water 20 at least crosses over a part of the food 10 on the steaming rack 50, as shown in fig. 4, when the liquid level of the water 20 is at the second position, the liquid level of the water 20 is located between the food 10 and the bottom wall of the inner container 40, and when the at least a part of the water 20 goes from the first position to the second position, the power for heating the inner container 40 is not 0, that is, in other words, the inner container heating is not stopped during the process of at least a part of the water 20 going from the first position to the second position.
In the control method, firstly, the heating inner container is controlled to enable steam to be arranged among water in the inner container, the side wall of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the inner container, then, the heating inner container is controlled to enable at least part of water to carry out at least one rice washing process, and the rice washing process is a process that the liquid level of at least part of water rises to a first position and then falls back to a second position. The control method adjusts the pressure in the cooker by controlling the heating power, so that part of water in the inner container can sink over food on the steaming rack, and the water and the food can be separated, thereby realizing at least one rice washing process, taking away a large amount of sugar in the food through the rice washing process, steaming cooked food with low sugar content, and further solving the problem that the existing electric pressure cooker can not steam low-sugar rice.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
It should be noted that, in the actual cooking process, in order to quickly heat the water in the inner container to the boiling state and reduce the food steaming time, the power for heating the inner container in the step S101 is usually set to be larger, and those skilled in the art can select an appropriate power according to the actual situation.
