In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described herein, and thus the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A control method of a cooking appliance, a control apparatus of a cooking appliance, and a computer-readable storage medium provided according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
Draining rice, also known as retort rice, is a traditional method for cooking rice, and the traditional method comprises the steps of firstly boiling the rice with water until half cooked, then fishing out the rice and draining, padding a piece of cloth with wetting water at the bottom of a steaming drum, putting the drained rice into the steaming drum, steaming the rice in a pot, and taking the rice after the rice is cooked. The prepared draining rice is dry, comfortable and full, has perfect mouthfeel, and is also accompanied with sweet and delicious rice soup. In the process of draining the rice, the solution repeatedly washes the rice grains to wash away starch, sugar and the like in the rice grains, so that the boiled drained rice has low sugar content and is very suitable for diabetics and obese people.
The following describes a control method of a cooking appliance, a control device of a cooking appliance, a cooking appliance and a computer readable storage medium according to several embodiments of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method of controlling a cooking appliance according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method of controlling a cooking appliance includes:
s102, receiving a control instruction for adjusting the cooking rice draining parameters;
s104, analyzing the control instruction to determine a control parameter and/or a sugar content parameter of single boiling;
and S106, performing at least one-time boiling treatment on the rice grains according to the adjusted control parameters and/or sugar content parameters.
The control method of the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment comprises the steps of firstly receiving a control instruction for adjusting a rice draining parameter, analyzing the control instruction to determine a control parameter and/or a sugar content parameter of single boiling of water in an inner pot, and further obtaining a sugar content requirement of a user after rice grains are cooked into rice draining rice; then, according to the adjusted control parameters and/or sugar content parameters, the rice grains are subjected to at least one-time boiling treatment, so that the starch in the rice grains is dissolved in the water in the inner pot and separated from the rice grains, and the sugar content of the cooked rice grains is ensured to meet the requirements of users.
The control parameters of single boiling comprise the washing time and/or washing frequency of washing rice grains in the steamer by water in the inner pot through the through holes, the total amount of starch dissolved in the rice grains can be changed by the washing time and washing frequency of the rice grains, and the sugar content of the drained rice is changed by cooking the rice grains, so that the sugar content of the drained rice can be reduced by increasing the washing time and/or washing frequency, or the sugar content of the drained rice can be increased by reducing the washing time and/or washing frequency, a user can adjust the sugar content of the drained rice, and the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking is ensured to meet the requirements of the user; the sugar content parameter comprises the sugar content of the rice cooked into the drained rice, and after the sugar content of the drained rice desired by the user is obtained, the washing time and/or the washing times are controlled by taking the obtained sugar content as a standard, so that the sugar content of the drained rice cooked into the rice meets the actual requirement of the user.
Further, the following methods can be adopted to obtain the control instruction:
the first method is as follows: the cooking utensil is provided with a touch panel, a user performs touch operation through the touch panel, and the touch panel converts the touch operation of the user to obtain a control instruction for adjusting the cooking rice dripping parameters.
Specifically, the touch operation is an operation that can adjust a control parameter of single boiling and/or a sugar content parameter. Including but not limited to the following: increasing the scouring time, reducing the scouring time, increasing the scouring times, reducing the scouring times, increasing the sugar content parameters and reducing the sugar content parameters. The touch operation can change the total amount of starch in the rice grains dissolved in water in the cooking process, so that the sugar content of the rice grains cooked into the dripping rice is changed, and the dripping rice after cooking is ensured to meet the sugar content requirement of a user.
The second method comprises the following steps: the cooking appliance is provided with a communication assembly, a user sends communication messages to the cooking appliance through other control components, and the cooking appliance analyzes the received communication messages to obtain control instructions for adjusting the cooking rice draining parameters.
In particular, the communication message comprises a near field communication message and/or a far field communication message, and the short-range control and/or the remote control of the cooking utensil can be realized. When the cooking appliance is manipulated in close range, the near field communication message includes, but is not limited to, the following types: Wi-Fi communication messages, radio frequency communication messages, Bluetooth communication messages, and Zigbee communication messages. That is, the reception of the communication message may be achieved by Wi-Fi, radio frequency, bluetooth, or zigbee.
According to the control method of the cooking appliance, the control parameter and/or the sugar content parameter of single boiling is obtained in a control instruction analyzing mode, then the washing time and/or the washing times of water in the inner pot on rice grains in the steamer are controlled according to the adjusted control parameter and/or the adjusted sugar content parameter, the sugar content of the cooked rice is adjusted, and the cooked rice is guaranteed to meet the requirement of a user on the sugar content.
Example two:
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method of controlling a cooking appliance according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method of controlling the cooking appliance includes:
s202, receiving a control instruction for adjusting the cooking rice draining parameters;
s204, analyzing the control instruction to determine a control parameter and/or a sugar content parameter of single boiling;
s206, performing at least one-time boiling treatment on the rice grains according to the adjusted control parameters and/or sugar content parameters;
s208, controlling the sugar content detection assembly to generate radiation with specified wavelength to the inner part of the inner pot;
s210, receiving radiation transmitted in water in an inner pot by a sugar content detection assembly;
s212, determining attenuation values of radiation according to the generated radiation and the received radiation;
s214, determining the sugar content of the water in the inner pot according to the attenuation value of the radiation.
In the embodiment, the inner pot is provided with a sugar content detection assembly which can detect the sugar content of the water in the inner pot.
That is, in the control method of the cooking appliance proposed in this embodiment, the sugar content detection unit is controlled to generate radiation of a specified wavelength to the inside of the inner pot and receive radiation of the specified wavelength transmitted in the water of the inner pot, on the basis of the single boiling treatment of the rice grains in accordance with the adjusted control parameter and/or sugar content parameter. The amount of starch contained in the water in the inner pot can influence the transmission of the designated wavelength, so that the attenuation value of the radiation can be obtained by comparing the generated radiation with the received radiation, the attenuation value of the radiation corresponds to the sugar content of the water in the inner pot, and the sugar content of the water in the inner pot can be determined, so that a user can know the sugar content of the rice grains by connecting the dissolution condition of the starch in real time.
Example three:
fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method of controlling a cooking appliance according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method of controlling a cooking appliance includes:
s302, receiving a control instruction for adjusting the cooking rice draining parameters;
s304, analyzing the control instruction to determine a control parameter and/or a sugar content parameter of single boiling;
s306, performing at least one-time boiling treatment on the rice grains according to the adjusted control parameters and/or sugar content parameters;
s308, controlling the liquid level detection assembly to detect the liquid level of the water in the inner pot.
In the embodiment, the inner pot is provided with a sugar content detection assembly which can detect the sugar content of the water in the inner pot.
That is, the control method of cooking utensil that this embodiment provided still can be through the liquid level of the water of pot in the liquid level detection subassembly detects, and the water of pot can contact or separate with the grain of rice in the food steamer completely in guaranteeing on the one hand to make starch in the grain of rice dissolve in the pot in, reduce the sugar content of the post-cooking waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall rice, on the other hand can avoid in the pot to have sufficient water, avoids appearing the condition of dry combustion method.
In any of the above embodiments, the cooking rice draining process is continued according to the adjusted control parameter and/or sugar content parameter of the single boiling, and may be performed in one or a combination of the following ways:
the first way is shown in fig. 4, and comprises:
s1062a, adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance according to the flushing time of the control parameters, so that water in the inner pot enters the food steamer through the through holes and reaches a preset liquid level, and performing the operation of flushing the rice grains in the food steamer once;
s1064a, judging whether the time length of washing rice grains once is greater than or equal to a preset time length;
s1066a, judging that the time length for washing rice grains once is greater than or equal to the preset time length, and reducing the heating power to enable the liquid level of the water in the inner pot to be lower than the bottom of the food steamer.
In the process of cooking dripping rice, the heating power of the cooking appliance is adjusted according to the scouring time of the control parameters, so that the water in the inner pot is in a boiling state, the water in the boiling state passes through the preset position where the through hole enters the steamer, the contact between the water in the inner pot and the rice grains is ensured, and the rice grains in the steamer are scoured. In the process, the starch in the rice grains can be dissolved in the water in the inner pot, so that the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking is reduced; then, judging whether the time length of washing rice grains once is greater than or equal to the preset time length; when the time length of a long time of once scouring away the grain of rice is more than or equal to when predetermineeing the time length, it has starch of sufficient volume to dissolve in the aquatic of pot in to show, reduce heating power this moment, make the liquid level of the water of pot in reduce to the bottom that is less than the food steamer, guarantee the water in the pot and the grain of rice phase separation in the food steamer, guarantee that the starch of dissolving in the aquatic can't contact with the grain of rice in the food steamer, guarantee the starch in the grain of rice can't dissolve in the aquatic of pot in again, guarantee that the sugar content of the waterlogged rice after the culinary art is accomplished accords with user's setting standard.
The second way is shown in fig. 5, and comprises:
s1062b, recording the times of flushing rice grains in the steamer for a single time;
s1064b, judging whether the times are more than or equal to the preset times;
s1066b, judging whether the times are more than or equal to the preset times, and adjusting the heating power to keep the liquid level of the water in the inner pot lower than the bottom of the steamer so as to stew rice grains in the steamer.
In the process of cooking the drained rice, the rice grains can be washed for multiple times, the washing frequency and the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking have a negative correlation, and a part of starch in the rice grains can be taken away by each washing. Therefore, in the cooking process, the washing frequency of the water in the inner pot to rice grains in the steamer is recorded, and whether the washing frequency is more than or equal to the preset frequency is judged; when the number of times of washing the rice grains in the steamer for one time is greater than or equal to the preset number of times, the rice grains are expressed that enough starch is dissolved in the water in the inner pot, the heating power of a cooking appliance can be reduced at the moment, the liquid level of the water in the inner pot is lower than the bottom of the steamer, the separation of the water in the inner pot and the rice grains in the steamer is ensured, and the rice grains are continuously cooked in a stewing mode; and when the times of washing the rice grains in the food steamer for one time are less than the preset times, continuously keeping the conventional power for heating until the times of washing the rice grains in the food steamer for one time are more than or equal to the preset times.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the first way is to control the washing time of the water in the inner pot on the rice grains in the steamer so as to change the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking; the second mode is to change the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking by changing the washing frequency of the water in the inner pot to the rice grains in the food steamer. One skilled in the art can control the operation of the cooking device in one manner alone or in combination.
Example four:
fig. 6 shows a control device 400 of a cooking appliance according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the control device 400 of the cooking appliance includes: a memory 402, a processor 404, and computer programs stored on the memory 402 and executable on the processor 404.
Wherein the computer program, when being executed by the processor 404, may implement the steps of the method for controlling a cooking appliance according to any of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention. Therefore, all the advantages of the control method of the cooking appliance are achieved, and the description is omitted.
Example five:
as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a fifth embodiment of the present invention proposes a cooking appliance 500 including: a steamer 504, an inner pot 502 and a control device of the cooking appliance of the fourth embodiment of the invention.
Wherein, splendid attire water 508 in interior pot 502, splendid attire grain of rice 506 in the food steamer 504, and the bottom and/or the lateral wall of food steamer 504 are provided with the through-hole, and the radius that passes through is less than the radius of grain of rice 506 to make water 508 accessible through-hole and the unable through-hole of grain of rice 506, realize grain of rice 506 and the separation of interior pot 502 water 508, guarantee the culinary art of waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall rice.
The control device of the cooking appliance can receive a control instruction for adjusting the cooking rice draining parameter and analyze the control instruction to determine a control parameter and/or a sugar content parameter of the single boiling of the water 508 in the inner pot 502; then, the control device of the cooking appliance performs at least one single boiling treatment on the rice grains 506 according to the adjusted control parameters and/or sugar content parameters, so that the starch in the rice grains 506 is dissolved in the water 508 of the inner pot 502, and the sugar content of the cooked rice grains 506 is ensured to meet the requirements of users.
Further, a touch panel (not shown) and/or a communication component (not shown) may be disposed on the cooking apparatus to achieve the obtaining of the control instruction.
Specifically, when the cooking appliance 500 is provided with a touch panel, the touch panel is provided with a sugar content increasing button, a sugar content decreasing button, a flush time increasing button, and a flush time decreasing button. In the process of cooking the drained rice, the user can set related cooking parameters by combining the blood sugar level, the eating habits and the sugar content requirement of the user so as to ensure that the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking meets the requirements of the user.
Specifically, when the cooking appliance 500 is provided with a communication component (not shown in the figure), the communication component is configured to receive the communication message and parse the control instruction contained in the communication message, so that the parsing and the related control are performed subsequently according to the received control instruction. Wherein the communication message includes a near field communication message and/or a far field communication message, the cooking appliance 500 can be operated in a close range and/or remotely. When the cooking appliance 500 is manipulated in a close range, the near field communication message includes, but is not limited to, the following types: Wi-Fi communication messages, radio frequency communication messages, Bluetooth communication messages, and Zigbee communication messages. That is, the reception of the communication message may be achieved by Wi-Fi, radio frequency, bluetooth, or zigbee.
The communication message further comprises current cooking parameters of the cooking appliance, the cooking parameters comprise cooking time, cooking power, cooking air pressure, cooking process and the like, the communication message further comprises user evaluation of historical records, the user evaluation is evaluation records of the user on cooked food, and the user evaluation can be used for assisting the user in adjusting the operation parameters.
Further, the inner pan 502 is provided with a sugar content detection assembly (not shown in the figure), which includes a radiation generator and a radiation receiver, wherein the radiation generator and the radiation receiver are used in cooperation, the radiation generator can generate radiation with a specified wavelength to the inside of the inner pan 502, and the radiation receiver can receive the radiation transmitted in the water 508 of the inner pan 502. During cooking, by comparing the generated radiation and the received radiation, an attenuation value of the radiation can be obtained, which corresponds to the sugar content of the water 508 of the inner pot 502, so that the sugar content of the water 508 of the inner pot 502 can be determined by comparing the generated radiation and the received radiation, which corresponds to the sugar content of the water 508 of the inner pot 502, so that the sugar content of the water 508 of the inner pot 502 can be determined.

The computer-readable storage medium provided by the present invention stores a control program of a cooking appliance, and the control program of the cooking appliance, when executed by a processor, can implement the steps of the control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of the above embodiments of the present invention. Therefore, all the advantages of the control method of the cooking appliance are provided, and are not stated herein.
The specific embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the cooking device 500 of the present invention includes an inner pot 502 and a food steamer 504 disposed inside the inner pot 502, wherein the inner pot 502 contains water 508, and the food steamer 504 contains rice grains 506; the side wall and/or the bottom wall of the food steamer 504 are/is provided with through holes, the radius of the through holes is smaller than that of the rice grains 506, the rice grains 506 cannot pass through the through holes, and the water 508 in the inner pot 502 can pass through the through holes.
During cooking, the rice grains 506 are washed by the water 508 by adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance 500. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the heating power of the cooking appliance 500 is turned down to lower the liquid level of the water 508 in the inner pot 502, so that the water 508 in the inner pot 502 is separated from the water 508 in the food steamer 504; as shown in fig. 8, the heating power of the cooking device 500 is increased to boil the water 508 in the inner pot 502, the boiled water 508 enters the steamer 504 through the through holes and contacts with the rice grains 506, and the water in the inner pot 502 takes away sugar or starch in the rice grains to reduce the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cooking process can be roughly divided into the following stages: a water absorption stage, a rapid heating stage, a scouring stage and a rice-stuffy stage. Wherein, the sugar content of the dripping rice after the spray cooking is finished is adjusted by the washing of the rice grains 506 by the water 508 in the washing stage.
As shown in fig. 11, a touch panel of the cooking appliance 500 is provided with a low sugar depth control operation interface. Such as: low sugar depth +, low sugar depth-, flush time +, flush time-, etc. And the flushing time refers to the time control of the flushing stage, so that the sugar content and the like of the cooked rice can be effectively reduced (the content of reducing sugar is reduced). The user can perform related operations through the touch panel to adjust the sugar content of the drained rice after cooking.
Specifically, different cooking curves are adopted by the cooking appliance in the cooking process, so that the drained rice after cooking has different sugar contents; in the cooking process, the rice grains are washed by water in the inner pot for different lengths of time, and the rice drained after cooking is finished has different sugar contents. That is, the cooking curve in the cooking utensil corresponds to the sugar content of the drained rice, and the washing time of the rice grains also corresponds to the sugar content of the drained rice.
As shown in fig. 12, the big data system continuously inputs and updates the low-sugar cooking curve Q and the rice blood sugar parameter M, and simultaneously monitors the blood sugar information of the user to optimize and match the reasonable low-sugar cooking curve Q.
Specifically, the cooking device 500 of the present invention can optimize the next low-sugar cooking curve Q according to the sugar content of the current cooked rice 506. After the rice is cooked according to the current low-sugar cooking curve Q (the time T at the flushing stage), sugar data M of the current low-sugar cooking curve Q is obtained through rice sugar data detection; comparing the sugar data M with a target N preset by a user, and increasing the time T of a flushing stage when M is less than N; when M > N, reducing the time T of the flushing stage; or manually adjusting the next low-sugar cooking curve Q according to the sugar data M; or the main control unit stores a plurality of groups of low-sugar cooking curves Q (M1, T1), (M2, T2) for the user to call; and (3) combining a big data system, storing a low-sugar cooking curve Q and cooking effect (rice sugar data) every time, and recommending a reasonable cooking curve according to the current blood sugar level of the monitored user.
According to the cooking appliance 500 provided by the invention, the next low-sugar cooking curve Q is automatically or manually adjusted according to the sugar data feedback mechanism of the low-sugar cooking curve Q of the low-sugar rice; a control interface for adjusting the sugar depth in the cooking curve is added, and a user can manually adjust the sugar depth; the big data system reasonably pushes the low-sugar cooking curve Q according to the existing corresponding low-sugar cooking curve Q and the cooking effect and by combining the blood sugar level of the user.

1. A control method of a cooking appliance is characterized in that a food steamer and an inner pot are arranged on the cooking appliance, the food steamer is detachably assembled inside the inner pot, the inner pot is used for containing water, the food steamer is used for containing rice grains, through holes for the water in the inner pot to pass through are formed in the bottom and/or the side wall of the food steamer, the radius of the through holes is smaller than that of the rice grains, so that the rice grains cannot pass through the through holes, and the control method of the cooking appliance comprises the following steps:
receiving a control instruction for adjusting the cooking rice draining parameters;
analyzing the control instruction to determine a control parameter and/or a sugar content parameter of single boiling;
performing at least one single boiling treatment on the rice kernels according to the adjusted control parameters and/or the sugar content parameters,
wherein the control parameters of the single boiling comprise the washing time and the washing times of the water in the inner pot for washing the rice grains in the food steamer through the through holes, and the sugar content parameters comprise the sugar content of the rice grains cooked into the drained rice;
continuing to execute a cooking rice draining process according to the adjusted control parameter of the single boiling and/or the adjusted sugar content parameter, and specifically, the method further comprises the following steps:
recording the times of washing the rice grains in the food steamer for a single time;
judging whether the times are greater than or equal to preset times;
judging that the times are more than or equal to the preset times, and adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance to keep the liquid level of the water in the inner pot lower than the bottom of the steamer so as to stew rice grains in the steamer; wherein the number is inversely related to the sugar content;
the cooking appliance is provided with a touch panel, and the control method of the cooking appliance further comprises the following steps:
detecting a touch operation on the touch panel;
converting the touch operation into the control instruction,
and when the touch operation comprises increasing or decreasing the flushing, increasing or decreasing the flushing frequency and increasing or decreasing the sugar content parameter.
2. The method for controlling the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein a communication component is provided on the cooking appliance, and the method for controlling the cooking appliance further comprises:
receiving a communication message and parsing a control instruction contained in the communication message,
wherein the communication message comprises a near field communication message and/or a far field communication message, the near field communication message comprising at least one of a Wi-Fi communication message, a radio frequency communication message, a Bluetooth communication message, and a Zigbee communication message.
3. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner pan is provided with a sugar content detecting assembly, the method further comprising:
controlling the sugar content detection assembly to generate radiation with a specified wavelength to the inside of the inner pot;
