实施例5:一种气胎式离合器橡胶气囊,包括外层胶、内层胶和帘布胶,所述的外层胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶37份,丁腈橡胶13份,氯丁橡胶50份,氧化锌4.5份,硬脂酸3份,防老剂A 1.0份,防老剂D 1.1份,混气炭黑48份,石蜡0.95份,炭黑N774 40份,碳纳米管1.1份,松焦油2.9份,液体古马隆树脂2.5份,促进剂M 0.35份,促进剂DM 0.6份,硫磺2.7份;所述的内层胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶96份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂D 1.5份,混气炭黑19份,石蜡1.1份,炭黑N774 44份,碳纳米管0.8份,松焦油3.0份,促进剂M 0.3份,促进剂DM 0.7份,促进剂TMTD 0.04份,硫磺2.2份;所述的帘布胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶99份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂A 1.2份,防老剂D0.8份,炭黑N774 30份,松焦油3.0份,松香0.5份,陶土3份,促进剂TMTD 0.05份,促进剂DM1.0份,硫磺2.7份。
Claims (2)
1.一种气胎式离合器橡胶气囊,包括外层胶、内层胶和帘布胶,其特征在于:所述的外层胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶35~45份,丁腈橡胶10~15份,氯丁橡胶50~60份,氧化锌4~6份,硬脂酸2~4份,防老剂A 0.8~1.2份,防老剂D 0.8~1.2份,混气炭黑40~50份,石蜡0.8~1.2份,炭黑N774 35~45份,碳纳米管1.0~1.5份,松焦油2.5~3.5份,液体古马隆树脂1~3份,促进剂M 0.2~0.4份,促进剂DM 0.5~0.8份,硫磺2.5~2.8份;所述的内层胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶95~105份,氧化锌4~6份,硬脂酸1~3份,防老剂D 1~3份,混气炭黑10~20份,石蜡0.8~1.2份,炭黑N774 35~45份,碳纳米管0.5~1.0份,松焦油2.5~3.5份,促进剂M 0.2~0.4份,促进剂DM 0.5~0.8份,促进剂TMTD0.02~0.04份,硫磺1.8~2.2份;所述的帘布胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶95~102份,氧化锌4~6份,硬脂酸1.5~2.5份,防老剂A 0.8~1.2份,防老剂D 0.8~1.2份,炭黑N774 28~32份,松焦油2.5~3.5份,松香0.4~0.6份,陶土2~4份,促进剂TMTD 0.04~0.06份,促进剂DM 0.8~1.2份,硫磺2.6~3.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气胎式离合器橡胶气囊,包括外层胶、内层胶和帘布胶,其特征在于:所述的外层胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶40份,丁腈橡胶10份,氯丁橡胶50份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸3份,防老剂A 1.0份,防老剂D 1.0份,混气炭黑45份,石蜡1.0份,炭黑N774 40份,碳纳米管1.0份,松焦油3.0份,液体古马隆树脂2份,促进剂M 0.3份,促进剂DM 0.6份,硫磺2.7份;所述的内层胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂D 2份,混气炭黑15份,石蜡1.0份,炭黑N774 40份,碳纳米管0.5份,松焦油3.0份,促进剂M 0.3份,促进剂DM 0.6份,促进剂TMTD 0.03份,硫磺2.0份;所述的帘布胶包括以下重量份的各原料:天然橡胶100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2.0份,防老剂A 1.0份,防老剂D 1.0份,炭黑N774 30份,松焦油3.0份,松香0.5份,陶土3份,促进剂TMTD 0.05份,促进剂DM 1.0份,硫磺2.8份。
