4、修边:设计制作专用修边模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经拉深、成形的工件进行修边加工;
5、翻边成形:设计制作专用翻边模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经修边的工件进行翻边成形加工;
6、切断:设计制作专用切断模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经翻边成形的工件左、右件进行切断加工。
本发明由于采用以上加工方法,将工件的左、右件在同一套模具上生产,生产模具、设备投入少,材料利用率高,产品形状、尺寸一致性好,质量稳定、可靠,操作简便,生产效率高、成本低,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
1、将根据工件左、右件的展开尺寸,计算下料尺寸,在剪板机上,将板料剪成条料;

4、设计制作专用修边模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经拉深、成形的工件进行修边加工;
5、设计制作专用翻边模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经修边的工件进行翻边成形加工;
6、设计制作专用切断模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已经翻边成形的工件左、右件进行切断加工。
