Detailed Description
1. At present, the cause analysis of low quality and low yield of the black fungus:
through long-term observation and research, the applicant has long-term existence of fungus stick lower part (about one quarter part) fungus swelling and falling off and rotting in the production of the black fungus is a main cause of low quality and low yield of the current black fungus, and further research discovers that as the length of the fungus stick in the black fungus bag reaches 53-55 cm, the water content of the culture medium in the bag reaches 55% -60%, and water needs to be sprayed to the fungus stick frequently after the field is discharged, under the action of gravity, the water in the bag is settled downwards, and the bottom of the bag is closed, so that the settled water is accumulated at the lower part of the bag, about one quarter of the lower part is in an overstock state for a long time, even the culture medium at the lower part is completely in a water bubble, which causes poor growth and ear swelling and falling off of the black fungus stick of the lower part of the fungus stick, even the rotten stick, not only causes that part of the black fungus is small in size and poor quality, but also causes yield reduction when falling off the rotten stick appears.
2. Solving the problems and going out of the way:
the applicant has repeatedly studied to find that the basic solution to the above problems is to control the water content in the lower part of the fungus stick, i.e. to keep the water content in the upper and lower parts of the fungus stick balanced even when water is sprayed frequently after the fungus stick is discharged, and especially the water content in the lower part is not out of standard. Therefore, the applicant has tested to prick the lower part of the fungus stick, but the problem that the drainage is not smooth can not be solved because the bottom of the fungus stick is directly pressed on the ground. Therefore, the applicant designs a fungus stick stem with a drainage groove, so that the fungus stick frame is separated from the ground, and when water in the fungus stick is gathered and sunk to the bottom of the fungus stick, the water can be smoothly discharged from the drainage groove of the fungus stick stem, thereby maintaining the water content balance of the upper part and the lower part of the fungus stick, and the water content balance is also maintained when water is sprayed frequently in time. The results of comparison experiments for several years prove that the quality and the yield of the black fungus are greatly improved.
3. Specific production method and steps
(one), production season arrangement: the rod making inoculation time is 8 months, the middle and the last ten days of the solar calendar, the field arrangement and ear promoting period, the last ten days of the 9 months and the last ten days of the 11 months.
Preparing culture medium
1. The formula comprises the following components: 79% of miscellaneous wood dust, 5% of wheat bran, 5% of cotton hull, 10% of rice chaff and 1.0% of special calcium carbonate for edible fungi.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), sieving: the wood chips are screened by a 2-3 mesh iron screen, and small wood chips, small branches and other hard objects with edges and corners of the easy-to-puncture fungus bags are removed. (2), moisture addition and measurement: the water content of the culture material is 55% -60%. The sensory measurement is that the culture material is held by hands, water overflows but does not drip between finger joints, fingers are loosened, the material can be clustered, and the material is suitable for being scattered immediately after being landed. (3) mixing and bagging: and weighing dry materials according to the required amount, calculating the required moisture, bagging by mechanical stirring, adding the required moisture while stirring, and requiring uniform material ratio and moisture.
(III), bagging and sterilizing:
1. bagging: the bagging tightness is good for people to grasp the culture bag with moderate force, and the surface of the material bag is provided with light concave fingerprint. Bagging by using a polypropylene plastic bag with the weight of 53cm (or 55 cm) and 15cm, wherein the weight of a material rod of each standard ear bag (15 cm multiplied by 53cm specification cylinder bag) is generally 1.4-1.6 kg.
2. Carrying material bags: the material bag is carried by taking and putting the material bag lightly, and a turnover frame is preferably used. The bagging place and the carrying tool need to lay gunny bags or films to prevent the gunny bags from being punctured.
3. And (3) sterilization: and (1) the material bags are reasonably piled. The number of sterilizing bars in each stove is controlled within 5000 bags, the middle wall type stacking and the four-side cross stacking are required: firstly, ensuring smooth steam, uniform temperature and thorough sterilization; in order to prevent the rod from collapsing, a straight-line stacking method is generally adopted. And (2) the temperature regulation and control are reasonable. And adopting a normal pressure sterilization method. At the beginning, the fire attacks the head with a strong fire, aiming at raising the temperature in the stove to 98 ℃ in 4 hours and maintaining for 14-16 hours.
Fourth, cooling inoculation:
1. and (3) cooling: the cooling place is cleaned in advance, and the efficient, low-toxicity and low-residue pesticide and bactericide are used for insecticidal and sterilizing treatment. After sterilization, the door is opened or the film is lifted when the temperature in the stove naturally drops below 80 ℃. The material bag is moved to a cooling chamber for cooling when the material bag is hot. And (5) inoculating when the temperature of the material is reduced to below 28 ℃ and the material is free from heat sensation by touching with hands.
2. Inoculating: (1) During inoculation, 4-5 inoculation holes are uniformly formed on the front and back corresponding two sides of the material bag, the hole diameter is 1.5 cm, and the depth is 1.5-2.0 cm. (2) The strain column is taken during inoculation, and the strain column is blocked by hands and plugged into an inoculation hole. The seed pieces are required to be in close contact with the aperture membrane. (3) after the holes are connected, sleeving the sleeve bags and pricking the bag openings.
Fifth, ear bag culture:
1. culturing fungus in greenhouse. Bamboo-wood structure, the canopy height is more than 2.5m, and wide 11cm, canopy length is the ground, and arch-shaped, canopy top black white film covers, and canopy top dress hosepipe, sunshade membrane suspension shading all around. 2. Culture management requirements: (1) earbag stacking: the initial inoculation adopts wall type stacking and the later well type stacking, and a walk of 50 cm is reserved between each row or each group. (2) temperature management: 10 days before the inoculation of the ear bags, keeping the indoor temperature at 25-28 ℃; the medium-term culture is kept at room temperature of 22-25 ℃; the method of spraying water on the roof and lifting the film at night is adopted for aeration and cooling. (3) humidity management: when the air humidity is controlled to be 65-70%, quicklime can be scattered on the ground to absorb moisture when the air humidity is high, so that the humidity is reduced, and the breeding of bacteria is prevented. (4) ventilation management: the good ventilation is ensured in the process of culturing the ear bags. The ventilation is enhanced, and the normal fungus growth of the ear bags is ensured by combining turning (turning is generally performed every 10-15 days). (5) illumination control: the ear bag needs no light during cultivation, and the room should be kept in dark condition except examination.
Sixth, puncturing and ear-promoting:
under proper conditions, fungus sticks pass through 45-60 d, the fungus bags are full of white hyphae, and a small amount of black fungus bases are formed, so that puncturing can be performed. 150-180 holes are formed in each bag, the holes are 3-4mm large, and the depth is about 0.5-1cm. The method adopts a method of promoting lugs in a greenhouse: after puncturing, fungus sticks are dispersed, the stacking density is reduced, and delta-shaped or well-shaped stacking is adopted. The sunshade net is put down in the daytime to shade and cool, if the sunshade net is in the weather of continuous five and six days and strong wind and no rain, the water is sprayed on the ground to increase the space humidity to more than 85 percent, but ventilation is carried out for 1.5 to 2 hours immediately after water spraying, the sunshade net is covered to preserve moisture, and after 7 to 10 days of fungus cultivation, the puncture hypha is recovered, and the management of discharging the field and discharging the ears can be carried out.
(seventh), managing the discharge of the field and the discharge of the ears:
1. ear field selection: the field blocks with good ventilation, sufficient sunlight, convenient irrigation and drainage and far away from pollution sources are selected as the ear fields. The field should be ploughed and insolated before use; to kill insects and bacteria (lime is used as bactericide, and efficient low-toxicity pesticide is used as pesticide). 2. Ear field construction: drain ditches are formed around the ear field, and the depth is 30 cm; the ridge bed is integrated into a tortoise back shape, the width is 120 cm, and the length is not limited; after the bed is tidied, a layer of quicklime is scattered on the bed for disinfection, and then a black-and-white film with holes is covered on the bed to prevent weed growth; the small wood (bamboo) rods or iron wires are used for being lapped into a bracket, and the row spacing of the cross bars is 0.25-0.30 m; a drainage ditch with the width of 30 cm and the width of 25 cm to 30 cm is arranged between the furrows; a water spraying belt is erected in the ear bed and is used for spraying water to the ear rod. 3. And (3) managing a field: according to different altitudes, the method selects to discharge the field in the last 9 months to the last 11 months and the middle ten days when the air temperature is stabilized below 25 ℃. And selecting sunny or cloudy weather for discharging.
The special fungus stick core column for harmless production of the black fungus is a label with two tips, and the fungus stick core column can be made of harmless materials such as metal or hard engineering plastics. The upper section is in a multi-ridge shape and can be designed into a triangular or four-ridge shape, the ridge is provided with barb-shaped positioning scales 1, a raising and drainage groove 2 is formed between the ridge and the ridge, the middle section is an overhead rod 4, the upper section and the middle section are separated by a fungus rod baffle 3, the lower section is a ground sign 6, and the middle section and the lower section are separated by a ground baffle 5.
(1) A field discharge method: during the field discharge, the black fungus stick core column is soaked in lime water or bleaching powder with the concentration of 1% in advance to prepare and sterilize, one end of the fungus stick is directly inserted into the upper section (slightly longer end) of the fungus stick core column until the fungus stick baffle is tightly attached to the bottom end of the fungus stick, the fungus stick and the ground are inclined to lean against the support at the angle of 60-70 ℃, and a fungus stick core column ground label (slightly shorter end) is inserted into a bed to fix the fungus stick. Each cross bar is provided with 6 to 7 bars, the distance is 10 to 15cm, and the bars are uniformly distributed. 8000-10000 mycobars can be discharged per mu. Compared with the prior in-line method, the method for producing the black fungus by using the fungus stick core column has the advantages that: firstly, clean production is realized. The tail end of the black fungus stick is lifted off the ground, so that sediment is prevented from splashing on the lugs at the bottom end of the fungus stick during water spraying; secondly, the ventilation is increased. The fungus stick frame of the fungus stick leaves the ground, the ventilation of the fungus stick at the lower end is increased, and the phenomenon that the ear pieces at the lower end of the fungus stick fall off due to poor ventilation, high water content and swelling of the ear pieces is avoided; thirdly, the water content is reduced. The water deposited at the lower end of the fungus stick is discharged through the raising and draining groove of the fungus stick core column, so that the water content is reduced, and the rotting phenomenon of the fungus stick at the lower part is avoided. Fourthly, the damage of insects and grass is reduced. The fungus sticks are directly discharged on the furrow, are vulnerable to damages of pests and weeds, not only cause yield loss, but also easily cause the phenomenon of pesticide residue exceeding standard caused by pesticide killing and weeding of farmers. (2) environmental moisture control: the ear-promoting temperature is between 15 ℃ and 23 ℃, and the day-night temperature difference is increased, so that the formation of ear buds is stimulated. After the field is arranged, the fungus sticks are not sprayed with water directly before the formation, and in the dry weather with continuous windy days, the spatial humidity is increased by adopting a mode of humidifying the bed of a sprayer or irrigating water in a drainage ditch; when the earbase grows into small earpieces after formation, water is sprayed for 1-2 times per day, the water spraying amount is increased along with the growth of the earpieces, the water spraying principle of 'dry, wet and dry' is mastered, and the water is sprayed more in sunny days, less or no water is sprayed in rainy days, more large ears and less small ears.
Eighth, harvesting and drying:
1. harvesting time: when the ear stem is thin, the ear flap is stretched and slightly sagged, the color turns light (from black to brown), and the ventral spores do not occur in a large amount, the collection can be carried out in batches. 2. The water is not sprayed 24-48 hours before harvesting, when harvesting the ears, one hand holds the ear bag, the thumb and the index finger of the other hand are used for pinching the root of the ears, and the user slightly twists the ear to pull the ear upwards. 3. Post-harvest treatment: the collected mature lugs should be immediately removed of impurities, and the clustered flower shape is broken into single pieces according to the lug shape. The bamboo chips or the sunshade net can be directly aired in sunny days; the ear faces upwards and the root faces downwards during airing; when not dried, the utility model is not turned randomly so as not to cause boxing ears; if the black fungus is in continuous overcast and rainy weather, the collected black fungus is placed in a refrigerator for storage at the temperature of below 4 ℃ and is dried in the sun.
4. The invention has technical promotion effect on the industry
The fungus stick core column and the method for producing the black fungus by using the fungus stick core column developed by the invention greatly improve the yield and quality of the black fungus and realize clean and harmless production of the black fungus. The method has the specific advantages that:
1. the water content of the lower part of the fungus stick is reduced: the fungus stick core column with the drainage groove extends into the fungus stick, so that moisture deposited at the lower end of the fungus stick seeps out through the drainage groove, the water content is reduced, and the lower fungus stick is prevented from being rotten.
2. Increasing the ventilation: the fungus stick frame of the fungus stick leaves the ground, the ventilation of the fungus stick at the lower end is increased, and the phenomenon that the ear pieces at the lower end of the fungus stick fall off due to poor ventilation, high water content and swelling of the ear pieces is avoided;
3. clean production is realized: the lower end of the black fungus stick is supported off the ground, so that sediment is prevented from splashing on the lugs positioned at the bottom end during water spraying;
4. the insect and grass harm is reduced: the fungus sticks are directly discharged on the furrow, are vulnerable to damages of pests and weeds, not only cause yield loss, but also easily cause the phenomenon that pesticide residues exceed standards due to the deinsectization and the weeding of farmers.
In order to verify the technical effect of the invention, the applicant devised a comparative test, the results of which are as follows:
TABLE 1 Auricularia auricula quality produced by the conventional method (per 1000 bars field production results)

TABLE 7 method for producing Auricularia auricula sediment adhesion (per 1000 bars per field comparison test results)
TABLE 8 adhesion of the Auricularia flakes according to the invention (results of the field comparison test per 1000 sticks)
