Abstract
插花座是一个吸水性的或疏水性的泡沫塑料体(1),在它里面插放天然花枝。嫩树枝、粗树枝、水果等等。泡沫塑料体(1)配有一个由塑料或油漆制成的水固性外壳(2),其中在外壳(2)和泡沫塑料体1)之间的底部设有一个贮水腔(3),它通过一个灌入口(4)与外界相连。
Description
本发明涉及一种用来放置天然花枝、细树枝、粗树枝、水果以及装饰物的作成吸水性的或疏水性的泡沫塑料体的插花座。
为了使用这种类型的泡沫塑料体,在它形成相应的所希望的形状以后,将它与一个盘或由塑料制成的其他支座相连接,泡沫塑料体的形状例如可以是杆状、用于结婚花束架的球状、环状等等。为了使两个物体、也就是泡沫塑料体和盘子相互连接,大多采用金属丝网或其他固定元件代替这种塑料盘,也可以采用由可生物降解的材料制成的零件。
还知道这类由泡沫塑料制成的插花座设有一个由塑料或油漆制成的水固性外壳。这种插花座特别是用作花瓶,这里花枝、嫩树枝、粗树枝等等插入泡沫塑料体内。其中显示,对于保持性所必要的水很快就消耗掉了,这损害花的保持性。
本发明的目的在于,这样地制造这种插花座,使得产生用于植物较长保持性的附加的新鲜水源。
按照本发明这个任务这样来解决,在外壳和泡沫塑料体之间的底部设置一个贮水空腔,它通过一个灌入口与外界相连。
一种优良的结构形式是,泡沫塑料体在其上侧面区域内没有外壳,其中泡沫塑料体在缺少外壳的区域内设有一个凹陷。
本发明特别是带来这样的优点,可以制造具有很高连接强度的单件物体,并且这里可以是各种形状和大小,其中泡沫塑料体可以方便地通过切割和锯削成形。因此可以方便地制造这种物体。总共由泡沫塑料体和外壳组成的物体是可合成的,其中产品通过外壳得到加固。特别是得到一个附加的新鲜水源,从而较长的花朵保持性这样的优点。

图1中表示一个花瓶形的物体,而且是由一种泡沫塑料体制成的,它可以作为非常不同的,特别是天然的,但是也可以是人造的花枝、嫩树枝、粗树枝、水果以及装饰材料的插座。泡沫塑料体极其不同的形状和大小可以用众所周知的方法方便地通过切割和锯削成形。
这种这样成形的泡沫塑料体1配备一个外壳2,它防水,并由一种塑料制成,例如丙烯酸酯、酚醛树脂等等。这个外壳2通过喷射或浸渍涂在泡沫塑料体1上。这个外壳2的厚度是可变的,并且可以与当时的应用目的或者物体的大小相匹配,其中厚度可以是从约0.5mm到10mm。
图2中所示的发明对象的结构形式在底部具有一个贮水腔3,它通过灌入口4与作为上灌入点的花瓶形物体的上表面8相连,并通过对泡沫塑料体1相应的修整形成。其次在上面的开口7的区域内,也就是没有外壳2的区域内有一个凹陷5,灌入口4从那里通向贮水腔3。在通过灌入口4灌水时水也可以侧向渗入泡沫塑料体1。
这种在图1和2中所示的结构形式特别适合于制造花瓶,这里花枝和嫩树枝等等可以插在上面的开口7的区域内。通过毛细管作用有关的花枝、嫩树枝、粗树枝等等得到额外的供水,直到贮水腔3内的水用完为止。
在图3中所示的另一种变形方案中表示一个加宽的扁平的物体,其中通过外壳2使泡沫塑料体1得到相应的强度,从而保证所希望的操作。
Claims (2)
1.作成用来安放天然花枝、嫩树枝、粗树枝、水果以及装饰材料的吸水性的或疏水性的泡沫塑料体的插花座,其中泡沫塑料体(1)配有一种由塑料或油漆制成的水固性外壳(2),其特征在于:在外壳(2)和泡沫塑料体(1)之间的底部设有一个贮水腔(3),它通过一个灌水口(4)与外界相连。
2.按权利要求1的插花座,其特征在于:泡沫塑料体(1)在其上表面(8)区域内没有外壳(2),这里泡沫塑料体(1)在没有外壳(2)的区域内设有一个凹陷(5)。
