Although the kitchen waste discharged after being crushed can reduce the blockage of the sewage discharge pipeline to a certain extent, the blockage can still easily occur when the single discharge amount is large, and the sewage discharge pipeline is not a straight pipeline and is easy to accumulate at the corner of the pipeline, so that the blockage of the sewage discharge pipeline is caused.
How to solve the above technical problems is the subject of the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the anti-blocking kitchen garbage treatment device which is free from congestion and accumulation during garbage discharge, good in pollution discharge effect and low in energy consumption.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an anti-blocking kitchen garbage treatment device which comprises a feeding barrel, a crushing barrel communicated with the feeding barrel, a crushing cutter arranged in the crushing barrel, a spin-drying barrel arranged below the crushing barrel and communicated with the crushing barrel, a spin-drying barrel outer barrel for accommodating the spin-drying barrel, a drain pipe arranged below the spin-drying barrel, and a driving mechanism, wherein a scraping plate attached to the side wall and the bottom wall of the spin-drying barrel are arranged in the spin-drying barrel; the switch valve is driven by the ball valve;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft which sequentially penetrates through the material crushing barrel and the drying barrel, and a clutch which is arranged at the joint of the driving shaft and the scraping plate; the rotating shaft of the crushing cutter and the rotating shaft of the spin-drying barrel are coaxial with the driving shaft respectively, and the driving shaft is coaxial with the output shaft of the motor. When the drying operation is carried out, the scraping plate and the drying cylinder synchronously rotate, namely the scraping plate and the drying cylinder are relatively static, and the scraping operation does not occur; when the spin-drying operation is completed and the motor rotates reversely, the spin-drying barrel rotates, the scraping plate is static, namely the scraping plate and the spin-drying barrel move relatively, and the scraping action is generated.
The invention is characterized in that a plurality of valve clacks are uniformly arranged in the spherical valve along the circumferential direction of the spherical valve, the rotating shafts of the valve clacks penetrate through the spherical valve, and the end parts of the valve clacks are provided with limiting mechanisms for controlling the valve clacks; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
when the valve clacks are static, one valve clack and the valve clack above the valve clack close the inlet of the ball valve; when the valve clacks are turned over once, the space surrounded by the two valve clacks and the inner wall of the spherical valve is communicated with the sewage discharge pipe;
the valve clack is driven by the gravity of the kitchen garbage loaded by the valve clack, and when the kitchen garbage on the valve clack adjacent to the lower edge of the inlet of the spherical valve reaches a set value, the valve clack turns over;

the control shifting piece comprises an L-shaped shifting rod and a third fixing column arranged in the middle of the L-shaped shifting rod; one end of the L-shaped deflector rod is provided with a limiting tooth, the limiting tooth is in mutual contact fit with the limiting disc, after the valve clack is turned over, kitchen waste is discharged to the blow-off pipe, and when the limiting tooth is buckled with the limiting disc again, the position of the limiting tooth is limited by a second tension spring; the other end of the L-shaped deflector rod drives the switch valve, namely the kitchen waste after each crushing is discharged along with the discharge of waste water, so that the kitchen waste after crushing is discharged in a small amount at a time and is flushed away instantly without congestion or accumulation.
The switch valve is characterized by comprising a fixed cylinder, a shifting ring sleeved on the outer circumference of the fixed cylinder, a plurality of buckling valves which are respectively hinged on the lower end surface of the fixed cylinder and are close to the inner circumference of the fixed cylinder, and a plurality of arc-shaped connecting rods of which the two ends are respectively hinged on the free end part of each buckling valve and the lower end surface of the shifting ring; the buckling valves are circumferentially arranged along the inner circle of the fixed cylinder; the shifting ring is driven by the L-shaped shifting lever of the control shifting piece.
The clutch comprises a shaft sleeve sleeved on the driving shaft, a groove arranged at the end part of the scraping plate and the axis of which is superposed with the axis of the driving shaft, a diagonal support piece arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the shaft sleeve and the inner circumferential surface of the groove and mutually abutted with the outer circumferential surface of the shaft sleeve and the inner circumferential surface of the groove, a first tension spring connected between one end of the diagonal support piece and the shaft sleeve, and a wedge block arranged between the shaft sleeve and the diagonal support piece;
a first fixing column is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft sleeve, and the first tension spring is arranged on the first fixing column;
the wedge block is characterized in that a first groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the shaft sleeve, a second groove is formed in the side face, close to the shaft sleeve, of the inclined support piece, and two ends of the wedge block are buckled with the first groove and the second groove respectively.
The invention is characterized in that a plurality of discharge holes are arranged on the bottom wall of the spin-drying barrel, a plurality of through holes corresponding to the discharge holes are arranged on the control panel, and the control panel is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft of the spin-drying barrel; the control panel is used for opening or closing the bottom of the spin drying cylinder;
at least one side of one of the discharge holes is provided with a limiting block, two limiting grooves which are mutually buckled with the limiting block are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the through hole corresponding to the limiting block, when spin-drying operation is carried out, the spin-drying barrel rotates along with the driving shaft and relatively rotates with the control plate, so that the discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel and the through hole on the control plate are staggered to be in a closed state, and the limiting block is mutually buckled with one of the limiting grooves, namely the control plate seals the discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel and synchronously rotates along with the discharge hole; when the spin-drying operation is completed and the motor rotates reversely, the spin-drying barrel rotates reversely along with the driving shaft and rotates oppositely to the control plate, so that the discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel and the through hole in the control plate gradually correspond to each other to be in an open state, and the limiting block is mutually buckled with the other limiting groove, namely the control plate opens the discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel and synchronously rotates along with the control plate.
The kitchen garbage drying machine is characterized in that a first feeder is arranged at the position where the feeding barrel is communicated with the crushing barrel, so that kitchen garbage in the feeding barrel can enter the crushing barrel at a constant speed on one hand, and a discharge hole at the bottom of the drying barrel is in a closed state when the kitchen garbage is treated on the other hand, and the first feeder is driven by a first bevel gear mechanism;
the first bevel gear mechanism comprises a second bevel gear which is arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft of the first feeder and is coaxial with the first bevel gear, and a first bevel gear which is meshed with the second bevel gear; the shaft of the first bevel gear is coaxial with the drive shaft.
The kitchen garbage drying machine is characterized in that a second feeder is arranged at the position where the spin-drying barrel is communicated with the spherical valve, kitchen garbage which is crushed and spun is guaranteed to enter the spherical valve at a constant speed, the kitchen garbage which is washed away by waste water once is balanced, the pollution discharge effect is further improved, and the second feeder is driven by a second bevel gear mechanism;
the second bevel gear mechanism comprises a fourth bevel gear which is arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft of the second feeder and is coaxial with the rotating shaft of the second feeder, and a third bevel gear which is meshed with the fourth bevel gear; the shaft of the third bevel gear is coaxial with the drive shaft.
The invention is characterized in that the outer circumferential surface of the spherical valve is provided with a fixed part, one end part of the side surface of the fixed part is provided with a sliding chute, and the other end part is provided with a second fixed column;
the control toggle piece is arranged in the sliding chute and is in sliding fit with the sliding chute;
and the second tension spring is arranged between the second fixing column and the third fixing column.
The invention is characterized in that a guide cylinder is arranged at the position where the spin-drying cylinder is communicated with the second feeder.
The kitchen garbage treatment device is characterized in that a cover plate for sealing the charging barrel is arranged at the top of the charging barrel, so that kitchen garbage and waste gas generated in the treatment process of the kitchen garbage are prevented from overflowing into the air.
The invention is characterized in that the motor is arranged at the top of the crushing cylinder, and a motor box for accommodating the motor is arranged outside the motor.
When the invention is actually used: opening a cover plate, putting kitchen waste into a feeding barrel, respectively setting spin-drying time and sewage discharge time, opening a motor, and putting water in a corresponding proportion according to the amount of the put kitchen waste, on one hand, improving the crushing effect, on the other hand, ensuring the amount of wastewater, covering the cover plate, and when a spin-drying barrel with a rotating shaft coaxial with a driving shaft rotates, the spin-drying barrel rotates relative to a control plate which gradually seals a sewage discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel, and when a limiting block is buckled with a limiting groove at one side of a through hole, the control plate completely seals the bottom of the spin-drying barrel and synchronously rotates along with the spin-drying barrel;

when the spin-drying operation is finished, the motor rotates reversely, the device is in a sewage discharge state, the spin-drying barrel rotates reversely and rotates relative to the control plate, the control plate gradually opens a sewage discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel, and when the limiting block is buckled with the limiting groove at the other side of the through hole, the control plate completely opens the bottom of the spin-drying barrel and synchronously rotates along with the spin-drying barrel;
when the process is carried out, namely when the rotating shaft of the spin-drying cylinder rotates reversely, the shaft sleeve rotates synchronously along with the rotating shaft, the first tension spring is in a contraction state or a compression state, the inclined pull block pushes the wedge block to deflect in the direction away from the first fixed column, meanwhile, the friction force between the outer side surface of the inclined pull block and the inner circumferential surface of the groove is reduced, even a gap is formed, and the inclined pull block and the groove slide or move relatively, namely the material scraping plate and the spin-drying cylinder move relatively to scrape materials;
the dried broken materials in the drying cylinder slide to the lower part of the drying cylinder from the sewage discharge hole through the guide cylinder, a third bevel gear coaxial with the driving shaft and a motor synchronously rotate to drive a fourth bevel gear meshed with the third bevel gear to rotate, namely, the dried broken materials are transferred to the spherical valve by a second feeder and are accumulated on the valve clack close to the lower part of the inlet of the spherical valve, when the gravity of the accumulated broken materials reaches a certain set value, the valve clack overturns, the broken materials accumulated on the valve clack overturn along with the valve clack and fall into a sewage discharge pipe, and a limiting disc at the end part of a rotating shaft of the valve rotates along with the valve clack to push and control the stirring piece to move;
the poking piece is controlled to poke the poking ring to rotate along with the poking piece, the arc-shaped connecting rod connected to the lower end face of the poking ring drives the buckling valve connected with the arc-shaped connecting rod, the buckling valve deflects along a hinged shaft of the buckling valve on the lower end face of the fixed cylinder body, the buckling valve is opened, wastewater in the wastewater tank flows into the drain pipe, and the spun-dried crushed material entering the drain pipe is washed away; when the limiting disc rotates to be buckled with the limiting teeth again, the second tension spring drives the control shifting piece to reset, the control shifting piece shifts the shifting ring to rotate reversely along with the control shifting piece, and the arc-shaped connecting rod connected to the lower end face of the shifting ring drives the buckling valve connected with the arc-shaped connecting rod to be closed; the ball valve and the switch valve repeat the above actions until the sewage discharge is completed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the ball valve controls the crushing after the drying and the switch valve which controls the wastewater discharge by the ball valve, so that the kitchen waste after each crushing is discharged along with the wastewater discharge, and the crushed kitchen waste is discharged in a small amount once and washed away instantly without congestion and accumulation; a ball valve driven by gravity and limited by a limiting disc is arranged, so that energy consumption is reduced; the clutch arranged at the joint of the driving shaft and the scraping plate can clean the inner wall of the spin-drying cylinder, reduce the use amount of motors and further reduce the energy consumption of the device; the control panel driven by the spin-drying barrel is arranged, so that the material in the spin-drying barrel can be controlled, the use number of motors is reduced, and the energy consumption of the device is further reduced; the first feeder is arranged, so that on one hand, kitchen waste in the feeding barrel can enter the crushing barrel at a constant speed, and on the other hand, when the kitchen waste is treated, the discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel is in a closed state; the second feeder is arranged to ensure that the kitchen waste after being crushed and dried enters the ball valve at a constant speed, so that the kitchen waste flushed away by waste water once is balanced, and the sewage discharge effect is further improved; the guide cylinder is arranged, so that the sewage discharge effect is improved, the residual garbage on the inner wall of the device is reduced, and the service life of the device is prolonged; the cover plate is arranged to prevent kitchen garbage and waste gas generated in the treatment process from overflowing into the air; the motor is arranged at the top of the crushing cylinder, so that the maintenance is convenient.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the invention provides an anti-blocking kitchen waste treatment device, which comprises a feeding barrel 1, a crushing barrel 2 communicated with the feeding barrel 1, a crushing cutter 13 arranged in the crushing barrel 2, a spin-drying barrel 3 arranged below the crushing barrel 2 and communicated with the crushing barrel 2, a spin-drying barrel outer barrel 4 for accommodating the spin-drying barrel 3, a drain pipe 24 arranged below the spin-drying barrel 3, and a driving mechanism, wherein a scraping plate 11 attached to the side wall and the bottom wall of the spin-drying barrel 3 are arranged in the spin-drying barrel 3, a control plate 12 movably connected with the spin-drying barrel 3 is arranged on the bottom surface of the spin-drying barrel 3, a spherical valve 7 is arranged between the spin-drying barrel 3 and the drain pipe, a waste water tank 5 communicated with the spin-drying barrel outer barrel 4 is arranged below the spin-drying barrel 4, and a switch valve 16 is arranged between; the switch valve 16 is driven by the ball valve 7;

The present invention is further characterized in that the clutch 20 includes a sleeve 2002 fitted around the driving shaft, a groove 1101 provided at an end of the scraper plate 11 and having an axis coinciding with an axis of the driving shaft, a sprag 2001 provided between an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 2002 and an inner circumferential surface of the groove 1101 and abutting against both of them, a first tension spring 2004 connected between one end of the sprag 2001 and the sleeve 2002, and a wedge 2003 provided between the sleeve 2002 and the sprag 2001;
a first fixing column 200201 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft sleeve 2002, and a first tension spring 2004 is arranged on the first fixing column 200201;
the outer circumference of the shaft sleeve 2002 is provided with a first groove, the side surface of the inclined support member 2001, which is close to the shaft sleeve 2002, is provided with a second groove, and two ends of the wedge 2003 are respectively buckled with the first groove and the second groove.
The invention is characterized in that a plurality of discharge holes are arranged on the bottom wall of the spin-drying cylinder 3, a plurality of through holes corresponding to the discharge holes are arranged on the control panel 12, and the control panel 12 is rotationally connected with the rotating shaft of the spin-drying cylinder 3;
at least one side of one of the discharge holes is provided with a limiting block 301, and two limiting grooves 1201 mutually buckled with the limiting block 301 are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the corresponding through hole.
The invention is characterized in that a first feeder 9 is arranged at the position where the feeding cylinder 1 is communicated with the crushing cylinder 2, and the first feeder 9 is driven by a first bevel gear mechanism;
the first bevel gear mechanism comprises a second bevel gear 19 which is arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft of the first feeder 9 and is coaxial with the first bevel gear 19, and a first bevel gear 18 which is meshed with the second bevel gear 19; the shaft of the first bevel gear 18 is coaxial with the drive shaft.
The invention is characterized in that a second feeder 10 is arranged at the communication part of the spin-drying cylinder 3 and the ball valve 7, and the second feeder 10 is driven by a second bevel gear mechanism;
the second bevel gear mechanism comprises a fourth bevel gear 26 which is arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft of the second feeder 10 and is coaxial with the rotating shaft, and a third bevel gear 25 which is meshed with the fourth bevel gear 26; the shaft of the third bevel gear 25 is coaxial with the drive shaft.
The invention is characterized in that the outer circumference of the ball valve 7 is provided with a fixed part 21, one end part of the side surface of the fixed part 21 is provided with a chute 2101, and the other end part is provided with a second fixed column 2102;
the control toggle piece 22 is arranged in the chute 2101 and is in sliding fit with the chute 2101;
a second tension spring 23 is arranged between the second fixing column 2102 and the third fixing column 2203.
The invention is characterized in that a guide cylinder 6 is arranged at the position where the spin-drying cylinder 3 is communicated with the second feeder 10.
The invention is characterized in that the top of the charging barrel 1 is provided with a cover plate 17 for sealing the charging barrel 1.
The invention is characterized in that the motor is arranged at the top of the crushing cylinder 2, and a motor box 8 for accommodating the motor is arranged outside the motor.

when the spin-drying operation is finished, the motor rotates reversely, the device is in a sewage discharge state, the spin-drying barrel 3 rotates reversely and rotates relative to the control plate 12, the control plate 12 gradually opens a sewage discharge hole at the bottom of the spin-drying barrel 3, and when the limiting block 3 is buckled with the limiting groove 1201 at the other side of the through hole, the control plate 12 completely opens the bottom of the spin-drying barrel 3 and synchronously rotates along with the spin-drying barrel 3;
when the process is carried out, namely when the rotating shaft of the spin-drying cylinder 3 rotates reversely, the shaft sleeve 2002 rotates synchronously with the rotating shaft, the first tension spring 2004 is in a contraction state or a compression state, the inclined pull block 2001 pushes the wedge 2003 to deflect in the direction away from the first fixed column 200201, meanwhile, the friction force between the outer side surface of the inclined pull block 2001 and the inner circumferential surface of the groove 1101 is reduced, even a gap is formed, the inclined pull block 2001 slides or moves relative to the groove 1101, namely, the scraping plate 11 moves relative to the spin-drying cylinder 3, and the scraping action is carried out;
the dried broken materials in the drying cylinder 3 slide down to the lower part of the drying cylinder through the guide cylinder 6 from the sewage hole, a third bevel gear 25 coaxial with the driving shaft synchronously rotates with the motor to drive a fourth bevel gear 26 meshed with the drying cylinder to rotate, namely, the dried broken materials are transferred to the ball valve 7 by the second feeder 10 and are stacked on the valve clack 15 adjacent to the lower part of the inlet of the ball valve 7, when the gravity of the stacked broken materials reaches a certain set value, the valve clack 15 overturns, the stacked broken materials overturn along with the valve clack, and fall into the sewage discharge pipe 24, and the limiting disc 14 at the end part of the rotating shaft rotates along with the valve clack to push and control the stirring piece 22 to move;
the toggle member 22 is controlled to toggle the toggle ring 1604 to rotate along with the toggle ring, the arc-shaped connecting rod 1603 connected to the lower end face of the toggle ring 1604 drives the buckling valve 1601 connected with the arc-shaped connecting rod, the buckling valve 1601 deflects along a hinge shaft of the buckling valve 1601 on the lower end face of the fixed cylinder 1602, the buckling valve 1601 is opened, wastewater in the wastewater tank 5 flows into the sewage discharge pipe 24, and spun-dried crushed materials entering the sewage discharge pipe 24 are washed away; when the limiting disc 14 rotates to be buckled with the limiting tooth 2201 again, the second tension spring 23 drives the control shifting member 22 to reset, the control shifting member 22 shifts the shifting ring 1604 to rotate reversely along with the shifting ring, and the arc-shaped connecting rod 1603 connected to the lower end face of the shifting ring 1604 drives the buckling valve 1601 connected with the arc-shaped connecting rod to close; the ball valve 7 and the switch valve 16 repeat the above actions until the sewage discharge is completed.
