Abstract
The invention discloses an electric belt conveying dry-wet diversity type ecological dry toilet. The device comprises a pedestal pan, a feces and urine transmission belt, an ash box, a straw box, a urine collecting barrel and a composting chamber; along the length direction of the excrement transmission belt, the upper part of the excrement transmission belt is sequentially provided with an ash box, a pedestal pan and a straw box; the bottom of the ash box is provided with an opening; a poking wheel is arranged in the straw box to poke the straws in the straw box onto the excrement transmission belt; the urine collecting barrel and the composting chamber are arranged at the lower part of the excrement and urine transmission belt and are positioned at the end part provided with the straw box; the composting chamber comprises a composting barrel and an aeration system arranged in the composting barrel, wherein a movable door plate is arranged at an opening of the composting barrel, and the movable door plate can rotate under the action of gravity; the urine collecting barrel is arranged on one side close to the movable door plate, and excrement, straw mixture and urine conveyed by the excrement and urine conveying belt fall onto the movable door plate and respectively enter the composting barrel and the urine collecting barrel. Detailed Description

As shown in figure 1, the structure schematic diagram of the electric belt conveying dry-wet diversity ecological dry toilet provided by the invention comprises a toilet bowl 2, a feces and urine transmission belt 4, a composting chamber 6, a urine collecting barrel 5, a straw box 3, an ash box 1 and a motor 22. Wherein, along the length direction of the fecaluria transmission belt 4, the upper part of the fecaluria transmission belt 4 is sequentially provided with an ash box 1, a toilet bowl 2 and a straw box 3, and the fecaluria transmission belt 4 is obliquely arranged, and the left side is higher than the right side; the bottom of the ash box 1 is provided with an opening 15, the size of the opening 15 can meet the requirement that the ash normally falls on the excrement and urine transmission belt 4, the upper part of the ash box is provided with an ash box upper cover 13, and the contained ash 14 can be plant ash or charcoal powder; the straw box 3 is internally provided with a shifting wheel 31 which is sealed by a straw box upper cover 32, and the motor 22 controls the shifting wheel 31 through a chain wheel transmission device so as to shift the straws in the straw box 3 to the excrement and urine transmission belt 4. The urine collecting barrel 5 and the composting chamber 6 are arranged at the lower part of the excrement and urine transmission belt 4 and are positioned at the end part provided with the straw box 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the composting chamber 6 comprises a composting barrel 63, and an aeration fan 67 and an aeration pipe 66 which are arranged in the composting barrel 63, wherein the aeration fan 67 is connected with the aeration pipe 66, and the exhaust pipe 62 is arranged at the upper part of the composting chamber 6, so that the exhaust gas generated in the composting process can be exhausted out of the composting chamber 6. The opening of the composting barrel 63 is provided with a movable door plate 61, the movable door plate 61 is a normally closed door and is arranged on the side wall 64 of the composting chamber, the opening and closing of the movable door plate is controlled by a torsion spring, when no external force or small external force exists, the movable door plate 61 inclines upwards, and when heavy objects fall on the door plate, the movable door plate 61 is opened downwards around a fulcrum under the action of the external force. Urine collecting vessel 5 is located and is close to the one side that sets up movable door board 61, and excrement and urine and straw mixture, the urine of excrement and urine drive belt 4 conveying all fall to movable door board 61 on, get into respectively in compost bucket 63 and the urine collecting vessel 5.

When the toilet is in use, excrement falls onto a transmission belt covered with ash powder below through an excrement collection port 21 of the toilet bowl 2, after the toilet is in use, a motor 22 is started, an excrement transmission belt 4 is driven to rotate clockwise through a chain transmission device, the excrement moves to the right side under the driving of the excrement transmission belt 4, meanwhile, a shifting wheel 31 on a straw box 3 rotates through the chain transmission device, straws 33 in the straw box 3 are shifted to the position above the moved excrement, excrement covering and mixing are achieved, the mixture of the excrement and the straws continues to move rightwards, the mixture falls at the tail end of the excrement transmission belt 4 and falls onto a movable door plate 61 of a composting chamber 6, the movable door plate 61 is opened downwards under the action of gravity, the excrement slides into a composting barrel 63 under the action of gravity, aerobic fermentation is carried out under the action of an aeration system, and composting is thoroughly decomposed. Urine falls onto the movable door panel 61 through the feces-urine transmission belt 4, and flows into the urine collection barrel 5 under the guidance of the movable door panel 61. The feces and urine transmission belt 4 which discharges feces and urine continuously moves, after passing through the left belt cleaning roller 42, the belt cleaning roller 42 is driven by the chain transmission device to clean the surface of the transmission belt, residual feces and urine on the surface are removed, the transmission belt after cleaning continuously moves, when the belt moves to the lower part of the ash powder box 1, ash powder in the ash powder box 1 falls onto the transmission belt through the opening to cover the surface of the transmission belt, and a cycle is completed.

1. An electric belt conveying dry-wet diversity type ecological dry toilet comprises a toilet bowl, a feces and urine transmission belt, an ash box, a straw box, a urine collecting barrel and a composting chamber;
the ash box, the toilet bowl and the straw box are sequentially arranged at the upper part of the excrement and urine transmission belt along the length direction of the excrement and urine transmission belt;
the bottom of the ash box is provided with an opening;
a poking wheel is arranged in the straw box to poke the straws in the straw box onto the excrement and urine transmission belt;
the urine collecting barrel and the composting chamber are arranged at the lower part of the excrement and urine transmission belt and are positioned at the end part of the straw box;
the composting chamber comprises a composting barrel and an aeration system arranged in the composting barrel, wherein a movable door plate is arranged at an opening of the composting barrel and can rotate under the action of gravity;
the urine collecting barrel is arranged on one side close to the movable door plate, and excrement, straw mixture and urine conveyed by the excrement and urine conveying belt fall onto the movable door plate and respectively enter the compost barrel and the urine collecting barrel.
