Abstract

Description

用于机动车的驱动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱动系统,尤其是用于机动车的驱动系统。
背景技术
这种驱动系统基本上包括具有曲轴的驱动发动机或者说内燃机、布置在曲轴上的飞轮质量元件、在初级侧与飞轮质量元件直接或间接联接的阻尼器、具有变速器输入轴和变速器输出轴的变速器装置,其中,变速器输入轴与阻尼器的次级侧联接,并且在变速器输入轴与变速器输出轴之间布置有多路离合器设备。
变速器装置可以是自动变速器,其中,通过自动变速器能切换不同的动力路径,这些动力路径也可以经由液力变换器来引导。尤其地,这种变速器在EP 2 162 643 B1中示出并描述。所公开的变速器输入轴在该变速器结构中具有空心轴区域,在该空心轴区域中布置有多路离合器设备,该多路离合器设备在初级侧抗相对转动地(drehfest)与变速器输入轴联接。
通过切换多路离合器单元的离合器,使输入行星组有选择地与驱动发动机连接。
这种自动变速器的壳体通常直接借助法兰连接部与驱动发动机的壳体连接成驱动系。
发明内容
本发明的其中一个任务是提出一种替选的联接模式,其允许将电机接入到驱动系中并且具有模块化的结构。
根据本发明,该任务利用根据权利要求1的驱动系统来解决。在从属权利要求中描述了另外有利的设计方案和优选的变型解决方案。
根据本发明提出了一种驱动系统,尤其是用于机动车的驱动系统,其包括具有曲轴的驱动发动机、布置在曲轴上的飞轮质量元件、在初级侧与飞轮质量元件联接的阻尼器、带有变速器输入轴和变速器输出轴的变速器装置,该变速器输入轴具有空心轴区域,其中,变速器输入轴与阻尼器的次级侧联接,并且在变速器输入轴与变速器输出轴之间布置有多路离合器设备和至少两个行星组。
根据本发明提出的是,在飞轮质量元件或者说飞轮与多路离合器设备之间设置有电机(E-Maschine),其中,电机的转子与驱动发动机联接,使得转子总是以驱动发动机的转速转动。
电机在该定位处的布置方案能够实现混合动力驱动系的所有常见的运行方式,并且还允许了简单的模块化的结构,通过该结构也能够实现对电机的改造。电机可以作为电动机或发电机运行。
通过电机的直接联接例如可以确保的是,一旦内燃机运转,就持续地向车载电网发电机式地提供能量。其中,也能够想到电机的电动机式的运行,以便例如支持自动变速器中的切换过程,或者也还影响驱动发动机的转速。此外,电机可用于启停功能。
此外,可以设置的是,电机的转子直接或间接地与变速器输入轴联接。因此,电机的转子还可以直接与阻尼器的次级侧联接。通过该布置方案,使得电机也与驱动发动机的振动脱联。
替选地可以设置的是,电机的转子直接或间接地与驱动发动机的曲轴联接。例如,电机的转子可以直接或间接地与阻尼器初级侧联接。通过电机的该布置方案,使变速器输入端与各种驱动侧的振动都脱联。
此外可以设置的是,电机径向布置在阻尼器之外,其中,阻尼器完全定位在电机的轴向延展之内。在此,电机和阻尼器可以布置在中间模块的中间壳体中,该中间壳体能够经由一个法兰连接部与驱动发动机壳体连接,并经由一个法兰连接部与变速器壳体连接。这些法兰连接部位于驱动系统的连接平面中,并且能够实现驱动系统的简单的模块化的结构。
多路离合器设备可以包括多个单独的离合器单元,它们的初级侧与变速器输入轴联接。
此外,转子可以布置在转子载体上,其中,转子载体具有触发几何形状(Impulsgeometrie),该触发几何形状适用于借助极位置传感器确定转子载体的或转子的定位。
阻尼器可以包括液力阻尼系统。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了根据本发明的驱动系统1的两个基本的实施方式。这两个实施方式都具有共同的基础结构。驱动系统的该基础结构包括三个功能区域,即具有其变速器壳体17的驱动发动机2、具有其中间壳体27的中间模块14和具有变速器壳体19的变速器装置6。三个壳体17、27和19在连接平面15和18中彼此连接成单元,其中,用于飞轮质量元件4的壳体空间23和中间壳体27的内部空间形成无油的空间,该无油的空间相对于驱动发动机2中的和变速器6中的油回路是封闭的。
从驱动发动机2的闭合的变速器壳体17中只有驱动发动机的曲轴3探伸穿出分离平面24。在曲轴3上布置有飞轮质量元件4,或飞轮质量元件与该曲轴抗相对转动地连接。阻尼器5利用其初级侧与飞轮质量元件4接驳。在次级侧,阻尼器5与变速器6的变速器输入轴7联接。
变速器6是指具有变速器输入轴7的自动变速器,变速器输入轴具有空心轴区域25。借助包括多个离合器单元10的多路离合器设备9切换在此未示出的行星组,使得在变速器主轴(8)上被施加有期望的传动比。此外没有如EP 2 162 643 B1中所述那样示出后续的变速器区域中的变换器、减速器、离合器和至少一个另外的行星组。
这两个驱动系统的另外的共同之处是电机11关于阻尼器5的布置。电机(11)在这两种情况下都径向布置在阻尼器(5)之外,其中,阻尼器(5)完全定位在电机(11)的轴向延展之内。
图1和图2的两个实施方式之间的区别在于电机11在联接结构方面的布置方案。
因此,在图1中,转子12经由转子载体20抗相对转动地支承在变速器输入轴7上。在该结构中,转子载体20和转子12提高了从动侧的转动质量,从而在无阻尼的双质量扭振器的情况下降低了固有频率。这改善了尤其是在低转速或高转矩的情况下的运转平稳性,并且使与共振频率的距离变得更大。
还能够想到如下的第二实施方式,在其中,在驱动发动机与电机的转子之间布置有附加的分离设备。该分离设备能够实现驱动发动机与电机的分离,从而例如也能够实现纯粹的电驱动,在其中,能够使用变速器的整个传动比范围。
在图2中,转子12在阻尼器5的初级侧上在飞轮质量元件4与阻尼器5之间被接入到联接结构中。象征性地,在此示出了多个连接方案,其中,实际上转子载体可以用作飞轮元件4、转子12与阻尼器5之间的连接元件。
在这两个联接结构中,电机11与驱动发动机2联接,使得转子12总是以驱动发动机2的转速转动。替选地,在驱动发动机2与电机11的转子12之间可以布置有在此未示出的分离设备,从而能够实现与驱动发动机的脱联。
在图3a和b中将讨论对于电机的运行来说必需的定位识别设备。为此,转子载体20具有触发几何形状21,其适用于借助极位置传感器22确定转子载体20的定位或转子12的定位。在使用极位置传感器22的情况下,转子载体如图所示地可以非常简单地与不同的场合相匹配。

Claims (11)

1.驱动系统(1),尤其是用于机动车的驱动系统,所述驱动系统包括具有曲轴(3)的驱动发动机(2)、布置在所述曲轴(3)上的飞轮质量元件(4)、在初级侧与所述飞轮质量元件(4联接的阻尼器(5)、带有变速器输入轴(7)和变速器输出轴(8)的变速器装置(6),所述变速器输入轴具有空心轴区域(25),其中,所述变速器输入轴(7)与所述阻尼器(5)的次级侧联接,并且在变速器输入轴(7)与变速器输出轴(8)之间布置有多路离合器设备(9)和至少两个行星组,

在所述飞轮质量元件(4)与所述多路离合器设备(9)之间设置有电机(11),其中,转子(12)与所述驱动发动机(2)联接,使得所述转子(12)总是以所述驱动发动机(2)的转速转动。

所述电机(11)的转子(12)直接或间接地与所述变速器输入轴(7)联接。
