Claims (9)

1. An information collection management method, comprising:
When an online form creating request of a creating end is received, creating an online form, and configuring each table item submitted by the creating end into the online form;
when a collection table creation request triggered by a creation end aiming at a collection table creation operation on an online table interface is received, identifying a problem row in the online table based on the content of an entry in the online table, displaying the row number of the problem row and each problem in the problem row in a popup window, creating a collection table with problems in response to the selection operation of a user aiming at each problem, and recording the association relation between the collection table and the online table;
the collection table server acquires information which is filled and submitted by a filling end aiming at the problems in the collection table;
converting the problems in the collection table and the information input by the filling end into a data format which can be identified by the online table, and sending the converted problems and information to a table server;
the table server synchronizes the converted problems and information to each table item of the online table according to the incidence relation of the collection table and the online table, wherein the collection table server and the table server are two independent systems;
After the online form is synchronized, when a delete cell operation for the online form is received, if the deleted cell contains a problem, a delete record is submitted to the form server, so that the form server determines that the delete record is invalid data after receiving information for the problem in the collection table.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the respective information filled in and submitted by the filling end for the questions in the collection sheet, further comprising:
when a sharing request sent by a creation end is received, sending the collection table to a corresponding filling end; wherein, the sharing request comprises a plurality of filling terminals.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the respective information filled in and submitted by the filling end for the question in the collection sheet, further comprising:
and when a checking request sent by a filling terminal after scanning the two-dimensional code corresponding to the collection table is received, sending the collection table to the corresponding filling terminal.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein sending the collection table to a corresponding filling end specifically comprises:
And sending the collection table to a corresponding filling end through a preset third-party application program.
5. The method of any one of claims 1, 2, or 3, further comprising:
when the information filled by the filling end aiming at each problem in the collection table does not accord with the corresponding preset data rule, sending error prompt information to the filling end; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and receiving a collection table authority set aiming at the collection table and sent by a creation end, and sending prompt information which is not allowed to be filled to a filling end when the user identity of the filling end is determined to have no filling authority according to the collection table authority.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and storing all information filled by the filling end aiming at the problems in the collecting table, and returning the collecting table containing all the information filled by the filling end to the filling end when receiving a collecting table checking request sent by the filling end.
7. An information collection management apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the establishing module is used for establishing an online form when receiving an online form establishing request of an establishing end and configuring each table item submitted by the establishing end into the online form; when a collection table creation request triggered by a creation end aiming at a collection table creation operation on an online table interface is received, identifying a problem row in the online table based on the content of an entry in the online table, displaying the row number of the problem row and each problem in the problem row in a popup window, creating a collection table with problems in response to the selection operation of a user aiming at each problem, and recording the association relation between the collection table and the online table;
The acquisition module is used for acquiring information which is filled and submitted by a filling end aiming at the problems in the collection table through a collection table server; converting the problems in the collection table and the information input by the filling end into a data format which can be identified by the online table, and sending the converted problems and information to a table server;
a synchronization module, configured to synchronize, by the form server, the converted questions and information to each entry of the online form according to an association relationship between the collection form and the online form, where the collection form server and the form server are two independent systems; after the online form is synchronized, when a cell deleting operation aiming at the online form is received, if the deleted cell contains a problem, a deleting record is submitted to the form server, so that the form server determines that the deleted cell is invalid data after receiving the information aiming at the problem in the collection table.
8. A server, comprising:
at least one memory for storing program instructions;
at least one processor for calling program instructions stored in said memory and for executing the method of any of the preceding claims 1-6 in accordance with the program instructions obtained.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program realizing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-6 when executed by a processor.
