Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing product for removing skin toxins has an unsatisfactory treatment effect on skin problems, does not improve the resistance of skin and does not have the effect of blocking external poisons, and provides a composition for removing skin toxins and increasing the resistance of skin and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the composition capable of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of honey, 1-2 parts of disodium adenosine diphosphate, 10-20 parts of a composite traditional Chinese medicine extract, 10-16 parts of mink oil, 5-8 parts of grape seed oil, 2-6 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.3-0.8 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2-4 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 30-50 parts of water; the composite traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 2-4: 4-6 of radix bupleuri, chrysanthemum morifolium and ganoderma lucidum.
Preferably, the composition for removing skin toxins and improving skin resistance comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of honey, 1.5 parts of disodium adenosine diphosphate, 15 parts of a composite traditional Chinese medicine extract, 13 parts of mink oil, 6 parts of grape seed oil, 4 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.5 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 40 parts of water.
Preferably, the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted by the following method: crushing the radix bupleuri, the chrysanthemum morifolium ramat and the lucid ganoderma to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 2-3 hours by using an extracting agent which is 8-10 times of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 1-2 hours by using water which is 8-10 times of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, filtering, combining filtrates, adding active carbon, mechanically stirring for 30 minutes, centrifuging for 15-20 minutes at 2000-3000 r/min, and concentrating the supernate under reduced pressure to obtain thick paste with the relative density of 1.16-1.20 at 60 ℃, namely the composite traditional Chinese medicine extract.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the extracting agent is 0.2-0.8: 40-50: 3-6: 20-40 parts of sodium alginate, absolute ethyl alcohol, isopropanol and water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the composition for removing skin toxin and increasing skin resistance comprises the following steps: adding sodium cocoyl glycinate, disodium adenosine diphosphate and the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract into water, stirring for 1-2 hours at 50-60 ℃, cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture I, adding hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and sweet potato powder into the mixture I, stirring for 20-30 min to obtain a mixture II, adding honey, polyethylene glycol, mink oil and grape seed oil into the mixture II, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition with the effects of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
The composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is applied to cosmetics, and the composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is directly added into the cosmetics according to the addition amount of 4% -8%, and is stirred uniformly.
Preferably, the cosmetic is one of a skin cream, a skin lotion and an essence.
Compared with the prior art, the composition provided by the invention has the advantages that:
1. the composition provided by the invention is prepared from honey, disodium adenosine diphosphate, a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, mink oil, grape seed oil, sweet potato powder, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, polyethylene glycol, sodium cocoyl glycinate and water in a reasonable proportion, and the raw materials are mutually synergistic, so that toxins produced in the skin can be effectively eliminated, the metabolism of skin cells can be accelerated, the resistance of the skin can be enhanced, the harm of external poisons to the skin can be prevented, the toxin problem can be solved from the root, the skin toxin treatment speed can be increased, the skin can be quickly recovered to a healthy state, the defect that the effect of a traditional method for eliminating the skin toxins is slow can be avoided, and the composition provided by the invention is mild and nontoxic, has good compatibility with cosmetics, can be applied to the cosmetics, and is convenient to use.
2. In the composition provided by the invention, the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by sequentially extracting the Chinese thorowax root, the chrysanthemum morifolium ramat and the lucid ganoderma powder by using the extracting agent and water, the extracting agent formed by mixing the sodium alginate, the absolute ethyl alcohol, the isopropyl alcohol and the water can accelerate the extraction of active ingredients in the Chinese thorowax root, the chrysanthemum morifolium ramat and the lucid ganoderma powder, the total extraction rate of the active ingredients can be improved by more than 15% compared with the traditional water or ethanol extraction, and experiments prove that the effect of removing skin toxins by the composition can be obviously improved and the skin problems can be quickly improved when the extracted active ingredients (namely the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract) and the adenosine diphosphate disodium are simultaneously added into the composition.

Example 1
The composition capable of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of honey, 2 parts of disodium adenosine diphosphate, 20 parts of a composite traditional Chinese medicine extract, 11 parts of mink oil, 7 parts of grape seed oil, 5 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.6 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 35 parts of water;
the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted by the following method: crushing radix bupleuri, chrysanthemum morifolium ramat and ganoderma lucidum to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 2 hours by using an extracting agent which is 10 times of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 2 hours by using water which is 8 times of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, filtering, combining filtrates, adding activated carbon, mechanically stirring for 30 minutes, centrifuging for 20 minutes at 2000r/min, and concentrating supernate under reduced pressure to obtain thick paste with the relative density of 1.16-1.20 at 60 ℃, namely the composite traditional Chinese medicine extract; the extracting agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 0.7: 50: 4: 20 sodium alginate, absolute ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and water.
The preparation method of the composition for removing skin toxin and increasing skin resistance comprises the following steps: adding sodium cocoyl glycinate, disodium adenosine diphosphate and the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract into water, stirring for 1h at 60 ℃, cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture I, adding hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and sweet potato powder into the mixture I, stirring for 20min to obtain a mixture II, adding honey, polyethylene glycol, mink oil and grape seed oil into the mixture II, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
The composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is applied to cosmetics, and is directly added into skin care cream according to the addition amount of 5%, and the skin care cream is uniformly stirred.
The skin cream of example 1 above has no effects of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
Example 2
The composition capable of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of honey, 2 parts of disodium adenosine diphosphate, 20 parts of a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, 10 parts of mink oil, 5 parts of grape seed oil, 2 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.8 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 4 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 30 parts of water;
the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted by the following method: crushing radix bupleuri, chrysanthemum morifolium ramat and ganoderma lucidum to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 2 hours by using an extracting agent with the mass 10 times that of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 1 hour by using water with the mass 10 times that of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, filtering, combining filtrates, adding activated carbon, mechanically stirring for 30min, centrifuging for 15min at 3000r/min, and concentrating supernate under reduced pressure to obtain thick paste with the relative density of 1.16-1.20 at 60 ℃, namely the composite traditional Chinese medicine extract; the extracting agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 0.8: 50: 6: 40 sodium alginate, absolute ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and water.
The preparation method of the composition for removing skin toxin and increasing skin resistance comprises the following steps: adding sodium cocoyl glycinate, disodium adenosine diphosphate and the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract into water, stirring for 2h at 50 ℃, cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture I, adding hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and sweet potato powder into the mixture I, stirring for 30min to obtain a mixture II, adding honey, polyethylene glycol, mink oil and grape seed oil into the mixture II, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
The composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is applied to cosmetics, and the composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is directly added into skin care emulsion according to the addition amount of 8% and is stirred uniformly.
The skin care lotion of example 2 above did not have the efficacy of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
Example 3
The composition capable of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of honey, 1.5 parts of disodium adenosine diphosphate, 15 parts of a composite traditional Chinese medicine extract, 13 parts of mink oil, 6 parts of grape seed oil, 4 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.5 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 40 parts of water;
the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted by the following method: pulverizing bupleuri radix, flos Chrysanthemi and Ganoderma to obtain Chinese medicinal powder, extracting with 9 times of extractant 2. Extracting for 5h with water 10 times the weight of the Chinese medicinal powder for 1.5h, filtering, mixing filtrates, adding activated carbon, mechanically stirring for 30min, centrifuging at 2000r/min for 20min, and concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain soft extract with relative density of 1.16-1.20 at 60 deg.C, which is the compound Chinese medicinal extract; the extracting agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 0.5: 45: 4: 30 of sodium alginate, absolute ethyl alcohol, isopropanol and water.
The preparation method of the composition for removing skin toxin and increasing skin resistance comprises the following steps: adding sodium cocoyl glycinate, disodium adenosine diphosphate and the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract into water, stirring for 1.5h at 55 ℃, cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture I, adding hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and sweet potato powder into the mixture I, stirring for 25min to obtain a mixture II, adding honey, polyethylene glycol, mink oil and grape seed oil into the mixture II, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
The composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is applied to cosmetics, and is directly added into essence according to the adding amount of 5% and stirred uniformly.
The essence of example 3 above has no effects of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
Example 4
The composition capable of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of honey, 1 part of disodium adenosine diphosphate, 10 parts of a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, 16 parts of mink oil, 8 parts of grape seed oil, 6 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.3 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 10 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 50 parts of water;
the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted by the following method: crushing radix bupleuri, chrysanthemum morifolium ramat and ganoderma lucidum to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 3 hours by using an extracting agent with the mass 8 times that of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 2 hours by using water with the mass 8 times that of the traditional Chinese medicine powder, filtering, combining filtrates, adding activated carbon, mechanically stirring for 30min, centrifuging for 20min at 2000r/min, and concentrating supernate under reduced pressure to obtain thick paste with the relative density of 1.16-1.20 at 60 ℃, namely the composite traditional Chinese medicine extract; the extracting agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 0.2: 40: 3: 20 sodium alginate, absolute ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and water.

The composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance is applied to cosmetics, and is directly added into skin care toning lotion according to the addition of 4% of the composition for removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance, and the mixture is uniformly stirred.
The skin care lotion of example 4 above did not have the effects of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance.
Comparative example 1
The composition capable of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of honey, 15 parts of compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, 13 parts of mink oil, 6 parts of grape seed oil, 4 parts of sweet potato powder, 0.5 part of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate and 40 parts of water;
the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted by the following method: pulverizing bupleuri radix, flos Chrysanthemi and Ganoderma to obtain Chinese medicinal powder, extracting with 9 times of extractant 2. 350 volunteers with the skin having the phenomena of chloasma, dryness, acne, allergy and skin darkening are selected for trial experiments, the test is divided into 7 groups, 50 people are in each group, and the group 1 uses the skin care cream added with the composition which is prepared in the embodiment 1 and has the effects of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance; group 2 using a skin care lotion added with the composition having skin toxin removing and skin resistance increasing effects prepared in example 2; group 3 used a serum supplemented with the composition for skin toxin removal and skin resistance enhancement prepared in example 3; group 4 using skin care lotion added with the composition having skin toxin-removing and skin-resistance-increasing effects prepared in example 4; group 5 used the essence added with the composition having skin toxin-removing and skin-resistance-increasing effects prepared in comparative example 1; group 6 used the essence added with the composition having skin toxin-removing and skin-resistance-increasing effects prepared in comparative example 2; group 7 used the essence added with the composition having skin toxin-removing and skin-resistance-increasing effects prepared in comparative example 3; the method for using the corresponding skin care product in the groups 1-7 comprises the following steps: wiping the face in the morning and at night once every day. And 7 days is a treatment course, and the trial data of the volunteers are counted after one treatment course and two treatment courses respectively.
The evaluation criteria for the effects were: and (3) curing: chloasma, dryness, acne, easy allergy, and skin color deepening phenomenon are thoroughly removed; the effect is shown: chloasma, dryness, acne, easy allergy, and skin color deepening are obviously improved; the method has the following advantages: the phenomena of chloasma, dryness, acne, allergy and skin color deepening are improved but not obvious; and (4) invalidation: chloasma, dryness, acne, allergy and skin color deepening phenomena are not improved or aggravated, and experimental results are shown in the table below.
The experimental results show that the treatment effect of the 1 st to 4 th groups on chloasma, dryness, acne, allergy and skin color deepening phenomena is obviously better than that of the 5 th to 7 th groups, and no anaphylactic reaction phenomenon occurs in 350 cases of test users during treatment, so that the composition provided by the invention is mild and nontoxic, has excellent effects of removing skin toxins and increasing skin resistance, and has an obvious effect.
