The storage cavity 611 for the food material can be further communicated with a steam generating device, and water steam is input into the storage cavity to cook the food material in the tableware contained in the cavity. Referring to fig. 7, the storage cavity 611 may be a water storage region 614 at a lower portion or other portion thereof, the water storage region includes a heater 616, and the heater 612 in the storage cavity 611 may be independent heaters or may be shared to reduce the number of heaters. The water storage area 614 further comprises a water level detection sensor 613 for detecting the water level in the water storage area 614, and when the water level is not enough to satisfy the cooking operation to be performed, the control system can automatically introduce a certain amount of water into the water storage area to ensure that the cooking operation is not affected. The water storage region 614 and the storage cavity 611 are communicated with each other through a steam through hole 615, and water steam is input into the storage cavity from the water storage region through the through hole to perform cooking operation on food materials in the tableware 607.

S3: according to the cooking program, whether the pickling material to be blended or the pickling juice is used for pickling is judged, if the pickling material is used, liquid auxiliary seasoning needs to be added, and if the pickling juice is used, the food material to be pickled can be directly added.
The automatic feeding system 90 firstly feeds the marinade in the food material box into the cooking container, but if the amount of the marinade required for pickling the food material is too large and exceeds the space accommodated by the food material box separation cavity, the material for blending the marinade placed in the food material box separation cavity 2011 is fed into the lower pot body 405, then the water purifying tank 80 feeds a proper amount of water into the pot body, or feeds liquid auxiliary seasonings stored in other separation cavities into the lower pot body 405, the liquid auxiliary seasonings are stirred uniformly by the turning stirring device 404 and can be heated and cooked properly if necessary, after the marinade preparation is completed, the main food material is fed into the pot body, the turning stirring device 404 is used for turning and stirring if necessary, and/or the heating device 406 is used for heating as necessary.
If the sliced meat needs to be simply salted in a short time before being cooked, proper sesame oil, raw powder, cooking wine and the like can be added into a cooking container to be stirred until the mixture is uniformly mixed to form a salting liquid, then the sliced meat to be salted is put into the cooking container, the stirring and stirring device is used for stirring and stirring the sliced meat and the salted meat, the salting of the sliced meat can be realized, the salting liquid is used for increasing the flavor of the sliced meat, simultaneously, the moisture in the meat can be fully locked, the sliced meat is tasty, the stirring and stirring device can stir and stir the two slices for one minute, the tasty stirring is waited for three minutes, and then the intermittent mode of stirring for one minute is used again to ensure the full salting and tasty of the sliced meat.

S4: the excess marinade is drained away.
When the control program judges that the redundant marinade is needed to be discharged from the cooking container, the cooking container can be controlled to rotate and drive the motor 403 to drive the cooking container to rotate integrally, the opening part of the lower pot body 405 is rotated from up to down, the opening degree between the upper pot cover 402 and the lower pot body 405 is automatically adjusted to be in a small seam state, only liquid flows out, and the main food material can not be poured out simultaneously when the redundant marinade is poured out. The waste cooking water tapping box 617 is removed from the underside of the cooking vessel by the tapping device, and excess marinade poured from the cooking vessel is tapped into the waste water tapping concertina tubing 602 below the guide rail floor 606 and flows via the latter into the waste water collection tank 619.
S5: the remaining automatic cooking steps are performed with the pickled food material.
If the food material needs to be continuously fried in the cooking container after being salted and seasoned, the control system can control the automatic feeding device to feed ingredients required by the next step of frying, such as edible oil, sauce, side dish and the like, into the cooking container after the redundant pickle is drained, and then the heating device 406 is started for assistance, so that the rest frying process is completed.
If the food material is pickled and seasoned, the food material needs to be transferred to the cavity for storing the food material to be steamed and cooked, the cooking container can be driven by the cooking container rotation driving motor 403 to rotate integrally, the opening part of the lower pot body 405 is rotated from top to bottom, the opening and closing degree between the upper pot cover 402 and the lower pot body 405 is automatically adjusted to be suitable for the width of the food material poured out, the food material in the cooking container is poured into the food material containing tableware 607 which is moved out by the containing device below, and then the food material is integrally moved back to the cavity 611 for storing the food material, so that the steaming operation on the next step is performed. The lower part of the food storage cavity 611 is a water storage area 614, the water storage area comprises a heater 616, and the food storage cavity further comprises a water level detection sensor 613 for detecting the water level in the water storage area 614, when the cooking time is long, the steam generation amount is large, and the residual water level in the water storage area is not enough to complete the cooking operation to be executed, the control system can automatically introduce quantitative water into the water storage area, so as to ensure that the cooking operation is not influenced. The water storage region 614 and the storage cavity 611 are communicated with each other through a steam through hole 615, and water steam is input into the storage cavity from the water storage region through the through hole to perform cooking operation on food materials in the tableware 607. The automatic cooking program can control the steam generation amount and time according to the cooking process corresponding to the food materials, and can also realize the accurate control of the steaming of the food materials according to a time-steam amount curve.
If the food materials are pickled and seasoned, the roasting/fermentation process needs to be executed, the cooking process is basically the same as the steaming and cooking operation, only after the food materials are input into the storage cavity 611, the steam is not needed to be input by the steam generating device, and only through the cooperation of the storage cavity heater 612 and the temperature detection sensor 610, the temperature in the cavity is adjusted to the suitable roasting/fermentation temperature, and the roasting/fermentation of the food materials is completed.

1. An automatic cooking method for pickling, seasoning and cooking, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) automatically adding the seasoning for cooking required by the preparation of the marinade into a cooking container of the cooking machine;
(2) according to the pickling juice blending program, uniformly stirring the seasonings in the cooking container to form pickling juice which can meet the volume required by the pickled food materials, and according to the pickling juice blending program, if liquid auxiliary seasonings are required to be added newly, automatically adding the auxiliary seasonings;
(3) feeding food materials to be pickled into a cooking container, controlling the food materials to be stirred in a pickling solution according to a food material pickling control program, wherein the control content comprises stirring frequency, stirring times and interval duration, a food material box for storing the food materials is a single-cavity/multi-cavity container with standard outline size, and the quantity and the volume of internal cavities are designed in different partitions according to different dish requirements;
the food box is provided with an identification mark corresponding to the internal food, after the cooking machine identifies the identification mark, a corresponding automatic cooking program is automatically downloaded from the network server according to the identification data, and the automatic cooking program at least comprises a pickling juice allocation program and a food pickling control program corresponding to the food;
(4) and (4) carrying out subsequent automatic cooking on the pickled food material according to the requirements of the automatic cooking program, and draining redundant pickling juice in the cooking container after the pickling is finished.
