2. The automated cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the seasoning adding device may also use a separate seasoning tank/seasoning box/seasoning bag containing seasoning.
3. The automated cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cooking box further comprises a dish discharging device for storing raw materials to be cooked and adding the raw materials to be cooked into the cooking vessel at an appropriate time and in an appropriate amount.

The automated cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cooking box further comprises an operating device, wherein the operating device comprises at least one operating tool of a shovel, a spoon, a stick, a stirrer, chopsticks, a colander, a filter screen, a clip, a knife, a fork, a grinder and a pulverizer, and the operating device is used for performing corresponding operation in the cooking process.
5. The automated cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cooking box also comprises one or more containing vessels, and when the cooking box needs to cook food in steps, the containing vessels are used for containing semi-finished products/finished products after the step cooking is finished.

The automated cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the automatic cooking equipment further comprises a monitoring module, wherein the monitoring module comprises at least one instrument of an image sensor, a temperature sensor, a weight/volume/pressure/salinity/sugar degree/alcohol degree/oil quantity/hardness measuring instrument and a timer, and the monitoring module is used for monitoring the actual conditions and parameters in the cooking process so as to allow an operator/a system to evaluate the cooking process.

The automated cooking apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the automatic cooking device further comprises a parameter adjusting module, and the parameter adjusting module can also adjust the cooking method/cooking time/cooking duration/adding type and quantity of raw materials and seasonings according to the actual situation of a user or an environment.
8. An automated cooking system, the system comprising: a server and one or more automated cooking devices according to any one of claims 1-7;
a user acquires information of cooking food through a server, selects the cooking food to be ordered and generates an order; the server assigns a merchant to distribute the cooking food ingredients according to the order; a user receives cooking food raw materials and places the cooking food raw materials in automatic cooking equipment; the automatic cooking equipment receives a cooking instruction and cooks food according to the cooking instruction.
9. The automated cooking system of claim 8, wherein: the automatic cooking system further comprises a remote control end used for a cook to remotely operate the automatic cooking equipment or customize cooking operation instructions.
