Method for semi-automatic food cooking
The United States Patent 10172494
A semi-automatic food cooking apparatus comprising: a control unit; a communication unit; and a cooking compartment comprising: a cooking cartridge loading tray; a movable press; a movable cooking base; and a cooking cartridge lid guide. This device requires the physical presence of the person before preparing and preparing food, while in the invention of the servant, the person can also activate the program to start preparing food remotely without being present at home.
In the current century and the current economic situation, employing people outside the home and taking care of feeding their children has always been a problem and has caused people to spend a lot of time preparing food at home. Thus, cooking has become a major problem for women and men alike. The fully automatic food processor has provided a solution to this problem. It is enough to put the food that is necessary for food in the machine in order every morning and set the time and activate the food preparation program through the machine or mobile phone. And the food will be prepared automatically. As a result, this system does not require the presence of a person when preparing food and can be activated remotely. Also, this device is smoke-free and reduces environmental pollution. It is also very economical and reduces energy consumption. The most important feature of this automatic food processor is that it can be controlled via mobile input.
The complexity and competitive nature of the world have made people find cooking very tedious and a waste of time. Although time is of the essence, people still spend a lot of time cooking and preparing food. As is evident in today's society, to survive in the current economic climate, both parents must work in the same family. Thus, cooking has become a major problem for men and women alike. Although there has been little change in cooking utensils over the centuries, the needs of today's chefs have changed dramatically over time. Today's chefs are expected to keep all meal components at the right temperature until served, which may require constant stirring to prevent food from burning. So people need a way to eat food remotely to handle other tasks.
In conventional cooking methods, people have to rely on sight, smell, and timers to prepare food. Trusting one's sense of sight and smell causes human error in the cooking process. Baking time also varies depending on the type of stove. In addition, ambient height and temperature may affect cooking time. Chefs need thermometers, heating controls, and manual stirring to prepare food. Also, in many cooking methods, the chef has to adjust the heat to prepare the right food. To do this, the cook may need to monitor the stove more to determine when the heat should be adjusted. So all of this requires a person's physical presence while cooking, and monitoring food and regulating heat is a waste of time. Since cooking some foods requires precise skills and methods and is difficult to prepare and master without spending time, as a result, not performing the cooking step at the right time may destroy the taste of food.
This device, like other kitchen utensils, can be placed in the kitchen and the daily food of the family members can be prepared automatically with the prior planning of the device. This device can prepare food automatically so that all the necessary ingredients for food are prepared first. We pour or add the desired food to the tanks of the machine and after a few minutes or a few hours or depending on the type of food, the machine delivers the desired food.
With this plan and idea for cooking, the problem of cooking is solved and people can cook and taste any food they want (with higher food variety). In this idea, a machine designed the size of a stove or in the dimensions of a washing machine or dishwasher, which in the original design may be larger or smaller, or depending on the capacity, for example, 4, 8 or 12 people, its dimensions in the construction Change the original sample. The device works completely automatically with pre-programmed or connected to the mobile phone with an application with a taste so that people can program the device from their workplace or outside the house whenever they want and activate the device and start working. And be ready by the time you get home. One of the advantages of this device is that the super device prepares food in a closed container and the smell of food does not heat the house and comes out through the ventilation of this device.
Solution of problem
A self-cooking food processor is a machine for cooking food automatically and without human intervention. This machine, like other kitchen utensils, can be placed in the kitchen environment and prepare the daily food of the family members by pre-planning the machine and automatically. So first add all the necessary ingredients to prepare the desired food to the tanks of the device and after a few minutes or a few hours and depending on the type of food, the device delivers the desired food.
The construction technique is clockwise rotation. In this design, the construction technique is rotational and clockwise or counterclockwise, and as shown in the drawings, the above device can transfer materials from tanks to each other by rotating components such as clockwork and prepare and transfer to the main tank for cooking. The main tanks, as well as other tanks inside the machine, rotate around themselves, and this technique helps to mix the food ingredients thoroughly if needed, or even after cooking and to have better quality food.
One of the main techniques of making this device is moving and rotating arms on the main axis, which is located in the center of the device, which causes the rotation of the tanks inside the device, and with regular planning, the rotation of the tanks connected to the arms is done and at the end of the arm that is connected to the tanks, it has rotated so that the tank can rotate around itself.
At the top of the machine where the raw materials are placed (as shown in ), this part also works with the rotation technique to place the raw materials inside the machine.
The main tanks (pots) shown in Map 8 with movable bases that can move vertically and be placed on the flame again, and at the end of these bases are connected by a clamp that rotates the main tank. With this technique, it is possible to rotate the main cooking tanks on the flame, which can heat all the parts equally, which is not possible in normal cooking cases, and one has to spend time mixing or stirring the food.
As shown in Map No. 1, the main arm of the tanks as well as the arm of the moving tank and Sub-tank, which is rotating in a smaller radius, constitute the main technique of making this device. The design of the above device can be changed, which in this example is a rotation technique.
The working method of the device is that as we can see in map number 2, the raw materials are first placed in tanks number 4, 6, 8, and 10 and by rotating, they leave the output tanks and enter the inside of the device. Then water enters the device through the inlet pipe and is added to tank number 2. If necessary, water can be brought to boiling temperature in this part, and then it leaves through outlet number 3. Inside the machine, shown in Map No. 1, the rotary tanks inside the machine are placed below the top tank of the machine to receive raw materials.
Depending on the need, each of the rotating tanks, for example, the shredder, takes the raw materials such as onions and crushes them completely, and by moving the main arm, bring the shredder closer to one of the main cooking tanks so that the chopped onion is poured into the main tank and other tanks work this way
