Abstract

本发明涉及低阻力普通排水型新船型,特征是:进流段船体内轴对称设置斜向变截面流道被动冲压分流或能动冲压喷流;同尺度臼艉、球艏关节式联接构成纵列多体船,致显著降低普通船舶兴波阻力,拓宽高速长比、高形状系数适用范围,改善低耗、机动、适航性能。

Description

普通排水型低阻船
本发明涉及低阻力普通水面排水型船舶。
兴波阻力是普通排水型船高速航行时的主要阻力,若干年来虽然采用球鼻艏等降阻措施,但兴波仍是限制普通排水型船航速的最大障碍。
本发明的目的是:提供降低兴波阻力的普通水面排水型新船型。
本发明目的这样实现:进流段船体内轴对称设置斜向冲压分流、喷流式流道,喷流道内设推进装置,舯溢流口里、边分别装置导流、节流板,船艉矩形并联混流口两侧、底边分别装置推力矢量型转向舵、减纵摇鳍,舵、鳍叶面分别与艉体外板、流道过渡光顺,构成被动、能动冲压分流、喷流型低阻船;将进流段冲压喷流型首船与中船、中船与尾船分别加工成同尺度臼型艉、球型艏,使前、后船艉、艏靠紧并沿其共圆心水平纵轴关节式机械联接,臼艉设辅助转向装置,构成纵列多体型低阻船。
本发明优点在于:显著降低普通水面排水型船舶兴波阻力,拓宽高速长比、高形状系数适用范围,改善低耗、机动、适航总体性能。
本发明实施例如附图1-9所示,其中:
图1是分流降阻型低阻船侧视图,图中序号含义分别是:1常规球鼻艏,2冲压式进流口,3分流式倒锥形流道,4溢流口,5导流板,6艉流道吸流口,7艉推进变截面流道,8减纵摇鳍,9尾锥,10矩形并联混流口及推力矢量型转向舵,11舵轴,12艉外板,A-A剖视为导流板装置结构:

如上所述,船舶航行时,图1例进流口2迎流面内流体冲进倒锥形流道3(扩压型:溢流口横截面大于进流口横截面)由溢流口4流出,这部分流体几乎不产生兴波阻力(进流口处进流角非常小),势必削减进流段总兴波能量并致船舶总阻力显著降低,图4例喷流道3(加速型:溢流口截面可控)内设推进装置作功则更利于高速长比船舶分流降阻(其流道如果联设电磁推进将更具综合优势):船舶操纵时,令导流板5单独或同时工作分别可抑制船舶外漂及缩短止改倒车滑行距离,令矩形并联混流口10两侧转向舵随边同向或同时向内动作分别可获向量推力及改善螺旋浆14低速工况效率,当船艉处于波谷或波峰时令减纵摇鳍8随边分别向下、向上可减轻船舶纵摇;图7例同尺度臼艉22与球艏24关节式联接具有“万向”转向功能具浸水相接处涡阻很小,全船适取大长宽比提高航速、降低能耗,其用于经常高海情航行时宜仅将首、尾船联成纵列双体船,用于江河航运等可串接多节中船构成拖顶船队。

Claims (2)

1、普通排水型低阻船,进流段船体内轴对称设置斜向冲压分流、喷流式流道,喷流道内设推进装置,舯溢流口里、边分别装置导流、导流板,其特征是:船艉矩形并联混流口两侧、底边分别装置推力矢量型转向舵、减纵摇鳍。
2、如权利要求1所述普通排水型低阻船,其特征是:将进流段冲压喷流型首船与中船、中船与尾船分别加工成同尺度臼型艉、球型艏,使前、后船艉、艏靠紧并沿其共圆心水平纵轴关节式机械联接。
