技术领域
本发明涉及测量装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置。
背景技术
市轨道交通是城市重要基础设施和重大民生工程。而城市轨道交通的运营主要靠消耗电能,其电能的消耗量是相当巨大的。如果能够通过低碳节能技术的应用将城市轨道交通的能耗降低,这将为地铁运营部门节省大量的能源开销。
目前,为了实现能量优化,降低能源的消耗,实现绿色交通、绿色城市,都会使用到城市轨道交通能耗测量装置。现有的城市轨道交通能耗测量装置是一个综合测量技术、现代通信技术、计算机技术、自动控制技术、物联网技术和云计算技术为一体对能耗测量的现场端设备,负责现场的数据采集、数据处理、数据存储、网络隔离、数据应用展示、数据上传等。现有的城市轨道交通能耗测量装置包括地面的能耗测量装置和车载的能耗测量装置两大部分。
在能耗测量装置中,其数据采集装置是核心部件,如申请号为201510415239.X,所公开的一种离线式城轨列车运行能耗数据非接触采集装置。但是,现有其地面的能耗测量装置由于安装在地铁站口,在工作中容易受到地面列车影响而出现较大震动,特别是现有安装在地面的能耗测量装置中都没有设置减震机构,容易造成能耗测量装置中的数据采集装置故障或者损坏,使用寿命得不到保障,进而会影响到能耗测量装置的正常采集数据使用,使得后续的能耗测量工作无法正常进行;而且其数据采集装置壳体在整体安装时也比较麻烦,费时费力,影响了安装效率。因此,针对上述问题提出一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置。
本发明提出的一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置,包括数据采集装置壳体以及设于数据采集装置壳体内的数据采集装置主体,其特征在于,所述数据采集装置壳体的下方设有安装座,所述安装座上通过减震机构安装有安装箱,且数据采集装置壳体通过安装机构安装于安装箱的顶部;
所述减震机构包括设于安装座顶部的减震槽,所述安装箱的底部安装于减震槽内,所述减震槽的两侧内壁上均设有限位滑槽一,所述安装箱的两侧底部均设有限位滑块一,且安装箱通过限位滑块一与限位滑槽一滑动连接,所述限位滑块一的顶部和底部分别固定连接有弹片一和弹片二,所述弹片一的顶端与限位滑槽一的顶部内壁固定连接,所述弹片二的底端与限位滑槽一的底部内壁固定连接;所述减震槽的底部中心内壁上固定设有固定管,所述固定管内活动套设有活动杆,活动杆的顶端延伸至固定管的外部并与安装箱的底部固定连接,所述固定管顶端的端面与安装箱的底部之间固定连接有弹簧一,且弹簧一套设在活动杆上,所述活动杆的两侧分别设有转动铰接于安装箱底部的支架,支架的底端转动连接有铰接座一,且铰接座一的底部滑动安装于减震槽的底部内壁上,所述铰接座一远离固定管的一侧设有固定安装于减震槽底部内壁上的挡块,挡块与铰接座一之间固定连接有弹簧二;

优选的,所述安装箱的顶部内壁上设有横向孔,且滑动块一沿水平方向滑动安装于横向孔内。
优选的,所述横向孔内固定连接有水平设置的固定滑杆,所述滑动块一上设有滑孔,且滑动块一通过滑孔滑动套设在固定滑杆上。
优选的,所述滑动块一的右侧设有活动套设在固定滑杆上的补偿弹簧。
优选的,所述制动块靠近立柱的一侧底部设有滑动块二,所述立柱上设有与滑动块二相配合滑动的滑动槽;所述数据采集装置壳体的底部中心处设有定位块,安装箱的顶部设有与定位块相适配的定位槽;所述夹板外侧设有用于控制步进电机的电控开关。
优选的,所述铰接座一的底部设有限位滑块二,所述减震槽的底部内壁上设有与限位滑块二相配合滑动的限位滑槽二。
优选的,所述安装箱的底部设有与支架转动铰接的铰接座二。
优选的,所述固定管内设有弹片三,且弹片三的顶端与活动杆的底端固定连接,弹片三的底端与减震槽的底部内壁固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,当数据采集装置壳体内的数据采集装置主体在工作中受到地面列车影响而出现较大震动时,数据采集装置壳体可以通过安装箱整体向下缓冲活动,通过弹片一、弹片二、弹簧一、弹簧一和弹片三的形变,可以起到减震吸能效果,最终,使数据采集装置壳体内的数据采集装置主体具有良好的减震性能,可以避免在工作中由于地面列车影响而出现较大的震动,保障了数据采集装置主体的使用寿命,进而有利于保障能耗测量工作进行正常的数据采集。
2、本发明中,通过设置专门的安装机构,便于对数据采集装置壳体进行安装固定,安装操作非常简单,只需要操作夹板外侧的电控开关即可操作,非常方便,提高了安装效率;还通过设置补偿弹簧,补偿弹簧在安装后通过弹力的反作用来推动滑动块一以及夹板,这样提高了夹板安装固定后的稳固性。
综上所述,本发明中提出的一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置,可以使数据采集装置壳体内的数据采集装置主体具有良好的减震性能,可以避免在工作中由于地面列车影响而出现较大的震动,保障了数据采集装置主体的使用寿命,进而有利于保障能耗测量工作进行正常的数据采集,而且便于对数据采集装置壳体进行安装固定,安装操作非常简单,只需要操作夹板外侧的电控开关即可操作,非常方便,提高了安装效率。

参考图1-6,本实施例中提出了一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置,包括数据采集装置壳体1以及设于数据采集装置壳体1内的数据采集装置主体,其特征在于,数据采集装置壳体1的下方设有安装座3,安装座3上通过减震机构安装有安装箱2,且数据采集装置壳体1通过安装机构安装于安装箱2的顶部;
减震机构包括设于安装座3顶部的减震槽31,安装箱2的底部安装于减震槽31内,减震槽31的两侧内壁上均设有限位滑槽一316,安装箱2的两侧底部均设有限位滑块一313,且安装箱2通过限位滑块一313与限位滑槽一316滑动连接,限位滑块一313的顶部和底部分别固定连接有弹片一315和弹片二314,弹片一315的顶端与限位滑槽一316的顶部内壁固定连接,弹片二314的底端与限位滑槽一316的底部内壁固定连接;减震槽31的底部中心内壁上固定设有固定管32,固定管32内活动套设有活动杆33,活动杆33的顶端延伸至固定管32的外部并与安装箱2的底部固定连接,固定管32顶端的端面与安装箱2的底部之间固定连接有弹簧一35,且弹簧一35套设在活动杆33 上,活动杆33的两侧分别设有转动铰接于安装箱2底部的支架37,支架37的底端转动连接有铰接座一38,且铰接座一38的底部滑动安装于减震槽31的底部内壁上,铰接座一38远离固定管32的一侧设有固定安装于减震槽31底部内壁上的挡块310,挡块310与铰接座一38之间固定连接有弹簧二39;
安装机构包括用于夹持固定在数据采集装置壳体1两侧的夹板8,且夹板8滑动安装于安装箱2的顶部,数据采集装置壳体1的两侧均设有凸起6,夹板8上设有用于对凸起6进行固定的固定槽7;夹板8的底部固定连接有滑动块一25,且滑动块一25的底部沿水平方向滑动贯穿至安装箱2内并固定连接有移动柱24,安装箱2的两侧底部内壁上均固定安装有立柱21,立柱21的内侧沿竖直方向滑动安装有制动块22,制动块22的内侧设有齿轮27,且齿轮27位于立柱21的底侧,立柱21的底部设有齿槽一28,且立柱21通过齿槽一28与齿轮27 传动啮合,制动块22的内侧和顶部分别设有齿槽二29和齿槽三210,且制动块22通过齿槽二29与齿轮27传动啮合,制动块22通过顶部的齿槽三210对立柱21底部的齿槽一28进行啮合制动,安装箱2的内部固定安装有步进电机23,且齿轮27固定套接于步进电机23的输出轴上。
具体地,安装箱2的顶部内壁上设有横向孔26,且滑动块一25沿水平方向滑动安装于横向孔26内;横向孔26内固定连接有水平设置的固定滑杆211,滑动块一25上设有滑孔,且滑动块一25通过滑孔滑动套设在固定滑杆211上;滑动块一25的右侧设有活动套设在固定滑杆211上的补偿弹簧214;制动块22靠近立柱21的一侧底部设有滑动块二212,立柱21上设有与滑动块二212相配合滑动的滑动槽213;数据采集装置壳体1的底部中心处设有定位块4,安装箱2的顶部设有与定位块4相适配的定位槽5;夹板8外侧设有用于控制步进电机23的电控开关;本发明中提出的一种城市轨道交通能耗测量装置,可以使数据采集装置壳体1内的数据采集装置主体具有良好的减震性能,可以避免在工作中由于地面列车影响而出现较大的震动,保障了数据采集装置主体的使用寿命,进而有利于保障能耗测量工作进行正常的数据采集,而且便于对数据采集装置壳体1进行安装固定,安装操作非常简单,只需要操作夹板8外侧的电控开关即可操作,非常方便,提高了安装效率。
具体地,铰接座一38的底部设有限位滑块二311,减震槽31的底部内壁上设有与限位滑块二311相配合滑动的限位滑槽二312;安装箱2的底部设有与支架37转动铰接的铰接座二36;固定管32内设有弹片三34,且弹片三34的顶端与活动杆33的底端固定连接,弹片三34 的底端与减震槽31的底部内壁固定连接。
本实施例中,参照图1,当数据采集装置壳体1内的数据采集装置主体在工作中受到地面列车影响而出现较大震动时,数据采集装置壳体1可以通过安装箱2整体向下缓冲活动,安装箱2向下运动时带动两侧的限位滑块一313向下挤压弹片二314,同时弹片一315被限位滑块一313向下拉伸,这样利用弹片一315和弹片二314的形变可以消耗一部分震动的能量;安装箱2向下运动时还带动活动杆33向下挤压弹片三34,同时安装箱2向下挤压弹簧一35,而且安装箱2向下运动时还带动两个支架37相互远离并通过铰接座一38挤压弹簧二39,这样通过弹簧一35、弹簧一35和弹片三34的减震缓冲,可以进一步消耗一部分动能;最终,使数据采集装置壳体1内的数据采集装置主体具有良好的减震性能,可以避免在工作中由于地面列车影响而出现较大的震动,保障了数据采集装置主体的使用寿命,进而有利于保障能耗测量工作进行正常的数据采集。
本实施例中,通过设置专门的安装机构,便于对数据采集装置壳体1进行安装固定,如图3是待安装时的状态,需要安装时,请参照图3及图4,将数据采集装置壳体1底部的定位块4放置在安装箱2顶部的定位槽4内进行定位,然后只需要利用夹板8外侧的电控开关,来开启步进电机23工作即可;随后步进电机23带动齿轮27顺时针旋转,齿轮27通过与移动柱24底部的齿槽一28啮合传动,可以使得移动柱24向右侧移动,与此同时,齿轮27还通过制动块22上的齿槽二29啮合传动,可以使得制动块22向上移动,即齿轮27可以同步带动移动柱24和制动块22移动,在移动柱24向右侧移动时还通过滑动块一25带动夹板8移动,并使夹板8与数据采集装置壳体1紧密接触,同时使得夹板8上的固定槽7对凸起6进行固定(请参照图1和图2),与此同时,制动块22向上移动时,还使得制动块22顶部的齿槽210与移动柱24底部的齿槽一28进行啮合制动即可(请参照图2),这样通过两侧夹板8分别夹持固定在数据采集装置壳体1的两侧即可安装固定,安装操作非常简单,只需要操作夹板8外侧的电控开关即可操作,非常方便,提高了安装效率。
本实施例中,在安装机构中,还通过设置补偿弹簧214,补偿弹簧214在安装后通过弹力的反作用来推动滑动块一25以及夹板8,这样提高了夹板8安装固定后的稳固性,保障了数据采集装置壳体1安装后的稳固性。
