Description

Method for decorating surface by PP decorative film
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, and particularly relates to a method for decorating a PP decorative film.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of the living standard of materials, the furniture industry and the interior decoration industry in China have a rapidly increasing trend in recent years, and the great demand on the surface decoration material of wood products is driven. The wood product surface veneer usually contains decorative veneer, melamine paper, impregnated bond paper, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ornamental material such as polypropylene (PP) membrane and polyester film (PET), wherein plastic film class (PVC, PP, PET) and decorative paper class (melamine decorative paper, impregnated bond paper etc.) all can make it into the surface effect that has natural timber look sense and even texture, compared with natural precious timber decorative veneer, can realize low cost, the surface decoration effect of high added value, paste it in wooden wood-based plate substrate surface through the gluing agent, reach the surface material effect of different materials, decorative pattern. Generally speaking, the facing of the plane part of a wooden product, decorative paper and plastic film type surface decorative materials can achieve relatively good effects, but for the surface decoration and coating processes of special-shaped parts such as door pocket lines, decorative lines, cabinet body plate edge sealing and the like, melamine decorative paper and other materials are adopted, so that the phenomena of surface cracks, local fracture and the like of the decorative materials are easy to occur due to the factors such as over hard materials, poor adaptability of special-shaped surfaces and the like, and the facing quality is difficult to ensure. Therefore, the wood product market generally adopts a PVC or PP decorative film and the like to carry out coating decoration on the irregular surface parts of the wood products.
However, with the national concern on environmental protection and the restriction of relevant standards on the emission of harmful substances, the chloride contained in the PVC material causes pollution and harm to the environment and human body, and is rejected by some industrial standards at present (for example, in the social group standard-green product evaluation-wooden door T/CNFPIA 3001-2018, the PVC facing film is definitely removed from the surface facing material), the requirements for wood product decorative materials are extremely high abroad, and international standards such as european ROHS and usa require low-toxicity standard products. Therefore, the surface decoration of the wooden products by adopting the PP decoration film which does not contain chloride, is degradable and has good performances in all aspects to completely replace the PVC decoration film is a trend.
In order to achieve vivid material surface appearance and texture effects, the surface of a wooden product is usually decorated by a wood grain-imitated PP decorative film or a solid PP decorative film, and the surface is directly decorated by a paint-free process, and a paint (coating) process is performed on the surface of the wooden product. However, in fact, for some wooden products, such as wooden door pocket lines and other irregular surfaces, the PP facing film is used for surface decoration, and the door panel is usually painted after being faced with a decorative veneer, so the surface effect of the paint-free PP facing film is difficult to match with the paint film effect of the door panel, and the problems of color difference or texture color matching and the like of the surface of the door pocket line PP facing film and the door panel are easily caused, and the problems of insufficient glossiness and plumpness and the like also exist even if the PP facing film is used for large-area decoration of the plane part of the wooden product.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method for decorating the surface of the PP decorative film, which effectively improves the appearance aesthetic feeling of wooden product parts and the whole body (such as wooden door pocket lines, door leaves, cabinet body panels and edge sealing materials), reduces the color difference and the like among the wooden product parts, and achieves the surface decoration effect of the wooden product. The method can effectively improve the added value of the wood products and reduce the consumption and production cost of the precious tree species and wood.
