双离合器装置是指具有两个能动力换挡的离合器的装置。另外,术语“能动力换挡的离合器”是指至少具有断开和闭合状态并且在负载下能在至少两个状态之间切换的装置。在断开状态下,离合器不传递任何转矩。借此,离合器仅在至少部分地闭合状态下才在两个与该离合器作用连接的轴之间传递转矩,其中,这两个轴在闭合状态下以抗相对转动的方式相互连接。必然地,在第一离合器的闭合状态下,第一齿圈和第二太阳轮以抗相对转动的方式相互连接,其中,在第二离合器的闭合状态下,第一齿圈和第二行星架以抗相对转动的方式相互连接。各自的离合器特别是构造为摩擦离合器。更优选地,两个离合器相互同轴布置。特别地,各自的离合器能够由各自的致动器来操纵,用以导入各自的离合器的断开或闭合。致动器能够被设计为以能液压操纵、能机电操纵、能电磁操纵或例如能气动操纵。
本发明的技术教导包括,断开两个离合器实现切断功率。闭合第一离合器并断开第二离合器实现第一传动比,其中,闭合第二离合器并断开第一离合器实现第二传动比。优选地,第一传动比不等于第二传动比。例如,第一传动比大于第二传动比。替选地,第一传动比小于第二传动比。
优选地,电驱动机具有定子和转子,其中,转子以抗相对转动的方式与驱动轴连接。必然地,驱动轴构造为转子轴。更优选地,差动级构造为圆柱齿轮差速器,其中,差动级被设置成使驱动机的驱动功率分配到第一和第二从动轴。特别地,驱动机与差动级同轴布置。优选地,驱动轴与两个从动轴同轴布置。特别地,驱动轴构造为空心轴,其中,两个从动轴中的一个从动轴轴向引导穿过驱动轴。优选地,两个从动轴被布置在共同的驱动轴线上。差动级具有第一和第二行星轮组,其中,差动级的第一行星轮组的行星轮与第一从动轴上的齿部啮合,其中,第二行星轮组的行星轮还与第二从动轴上的齿部啮合,并且其中,两个行星轮组的行星轮成对地相互啮合。

具体实施方式
参照该唯一附图,根据本发明的用于(图中未示出的)机动车辆的驱动装置具有电驱动机1和传动装置3。驱动机1具有定子13和转子14。驱动机1的驱动功率经由布置在驱动机1与传动装置3之间并构造为转子轴的驱动轴2导入传动装置3中。
传动装置3包括第一和第二行星级4、5以及差动级6。差动级6构造为圆柱齿轮差速器并且设置成使驱动机1的驱动功率分配到第一从动轴15a和第二从动轴15b。驱动轴2与两个从动轴15a、15b同轴布置。另外,驱动机1与差动级6同轴布置。
第一行星级4具有带有多个行星轮7a的第一行星轮组,其中,该第一行星轮组的行星轮7a以能转动的方式布置在第一行星架8a上并且与第一太阳轮9a且与第一齿圈10a啮合。必然地,第一行星轮组的行星轮7a径向咬合在第一太阳轮9a与第一齿圈10a之间。驱动轴2以抗相对转动的方式与第一太阳轮9a连接。
另外,第二行星级5具有带有多个行星轮7b的第二行星轮组,其中,第二行星轮组的行星轮7b以能转动的方式布置在第二行星架8b上并且与第二太阳轮9b且与第二齿圈10b啮合。必然地,第二行星轮组的行星轮7b径向咬合在第二太阳轮9b与第二齿圈10b之间。第二齿圈10b静止地固定在传动装置3的壳体16上。另外,第二行星架8b与差动级6作用连接。
此外,在第一与第二行星级4、5之间布置有具有第一和第二能动力换挡的离合器12a、12b的双离合器装置11。第一齿圈10a能经由第一离合器12a与第二太阳轮9b连接。第二太阳轮9b以抗相对转动的方式与第一行星架8a连接,因此当第一离合器12a闭合时实现了在第一行星架8a、第一齿圈10a与第二太阳轮9b之间的抗相对转动的连接。另外,第一齿圈10a能经由第二离合器12b与第二行星架8b连接。闭合第一离合器12a并断开第二离合器12b实现第一传动比,其中,闭合第二离合器12b并断开第一离合器12a实现第二传动比。第一传动比不等于第二传动比。通过断开两个离合器12a、12b,实现切断功率,其中,驱动机1与两个从动轴15a、15b脱联。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于机动车辆的驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括经由驱动轴(2)与传动装置(3)作用连接的电驱动机(1),其中,所述传动装置(3)具有至少一个第一和第二行星级(4、5)以及差动级(6),其中,所述第一行星级(4)具有带有多个行星轮(7a)的第一行星轮组,其中,所述第一行星轮组的行星轮(7a)以能转动的方式布置在第一行星架(8a)上并且与第一太阳轮(9a)且与第一齿圈(10a)啮合,其中,所述第二行星级(5)具有带有多个行星轮(7b)的第二行星轮组,其中,所述第二行星轮组的行星轮(7b)以能转动的方式布置在第二行星架(8b)上并且与第二太阳轮(9b)且与第二齿圈(10b)啮合,其中,所述第一行星架(8a)以抗相对转动的方式与所述第二太阳轮(9b)连接,其中,所述驱动轴(2)与所述第一太阳轮(9a)作用连接,其中,所述第二齿圈(10b)还静止地固定在壳体(16)上,并且其中,所述第二行星架(8b)与所述差动级(6)作用连接,其中,所述第一和第二行星级(4、5)之间布置有具有第一能动力换档的离合器(12a)和第二能动力换挡的离合器(12b)的双离合器装置(11),其中,所述第一齿圈(10a)能经由所述第一能动力换档的离合器(12a)与所述第二太阳轮(9b)连接,并且其中,所述第一齿圈(10a)能经由所述第二能动力换档的离合器(12b)与所述第二行星架(8b)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,
其特征在于,断开两个离合器(12a、12b)实现切断功率。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动装置,
其特征在于,闭合所述第一离合器(12a)并断开所述第二离合器(12b)实现第一传动比,其中,闭合所述第二离合器(12b)并断开所述第一离合器(12a)实现第二传动比。
4.根据权利要求3所述的驱动装置,
其特征在于,所述第一传动比不等于所述第二传动比。
5.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,
其特征在于,所述电驱动机(1)具有定子(13)和转子(14),其中,所述转子(14)以抗相对转动的方式与所述驱动轴(2)连接。
6.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,
其特征在于,所述差动级(6)构造为圆柱齿轮差速器,其中,所述差动级(6)被设置成使所述电驱动机(1)的驱动功率分配到第一和第二从动轴(15a、15b)。
7.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,
其特征在于,所述电驱动机(1)与所述差动级(6)同轴布置。
