Abstract
本公开提供一种小区测量方法及装置,所述方法用于基站,包括:为无人机配置用于小区测量时的测量报告上报参数,所述测量报告上报参数至少包括一指定测量小区数和一指定测量时间值;将所述测量报告上报参数发送至无人机,以使所述无人机根据所述测量上报参数检测到候选小区队列满足测量报告上报规则时,向基站发送测量报告。因此,本公开可以避免无人机检测到一个满足小区切换条件的邻小区就向基站发送测量报告这一情形,减少了无人机发送测量报告的频率,节省了无人机的信令开销。
