Abstract

本公开提供一种寻呼可操控设备的方法及装置,其中,所述方法包括:获取可操控设备的预设行驶路线所对应的路线信息;将所述路线信息发送给核心网,以使所述核心网根据所述路线信息确定一个或多个目标基站,将寻呼信令发送给所述一个或多个目标基站;其中,所述一个或多个目标基站是总体覆盖范围覆盖了所述预设行驶路线的一个或多个基站。本公开可以让基站将可操控设备的路线信息发送给核心网,从而由核心网确定所述可操控设备的预设行驶路线上需要提供服务的一个或多个目标基站,只向一个或多个目标基站发送寻呼信令,节省了基站资源,且可以在蜂窝网络中快速寻呼到可操控设备。
