Abstract
The present invention provides a motor case and a motor having the same, the motor case including: the body is of a hollow structure and is provided with a first end and a second end opposite to the first end; a first housing flange fixed to the first end, the first housing flange having a first protrusion; the second shell flange is fixed at the second end and provided with a second protruding part and is arranged opposite to the first protruding part; the first junction box side plate is fixedly connected between the first protruding part and the second protruding part; and the second junction box side plate is fixedly connected between the first protruding part and the second protruding part and is arranged opposite to the first junction box side plate, and the first protruding part, the second protruding part, the first junction box side plate and the second junction box side plate form a junction box. The motor shell and the motor with the motor shell can meet the requirement of an electric automobile on size miniaturization of the motor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motors, in particular to a motor shell and a motor with the motor shell.
Background
Electric vehicles are more and more common in life, and need to be driven by a motor. The size and weight of the motor for the electric vehicle in the current market are more and more strict, and the motor with small size, light weight, high torque and high dynamic response becomes the development trend of the motor for the vehicle in the future.
How to reduce the size of the motor becomes an important issue at present, and the axial length of the motor casing can be reduced to achieve the purpose. A junction box of the existing motor shell is fixed on the motor shell by 4 steel plates in a welding mode. Because the two ends of the motor shell are also provided with flanges, gaps are arranged between 2 steel plates of the junction box and the flanges on the motor shell. Because the junction box of the motor has the requirements of creepage distance and electric clearance, the junction box cannot be made small at will in order to meet the electric performance and the mechanical performance of the motor, so that the axial length of the motor shell is difficult to reduce, and correspondingly, the size of the motor is difficult to reduce.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a motor casing and a motor having the motor casing, wherein the motor casing has a smaller axial length, and can meet the requirement of an electric vehicle for downsizing the motor.
The present invention provides a motor casing, comprising: the body is of a hollow structure and is provided with a first end and a second end opposite to the first end; a first chassis flange fixed to the first end, the first chassis flange having a first protrusion; the second shell flange is fixed at the second end, is provided with a second protruding part and is arranged opposite to the first protruding part; the first junction box side plate is fixedly connected between the first protruding part and the second protruding part; and a second junction box side plate fixedly connected between the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion and arranged opposite to the first junction box side plate, wherein the first protruding portion, the second protruding portion, the first junction box side plate and the second junction box side plate form a junction box.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor housing, the motor housing further comprises: and the mounting plates are fixed on two sides of the body.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor housing, the second protrusion has a through hole, and the cable in the junction box passes through the through hole to be connected with an external cable.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor casing, the junction box further comprises: and the cover plate covers and is fixed on the first protruding part, the second protruding part, the first junction box side plate and the second junction box side plate.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor casing, an end surface of the first protruding portion facing the cover plate is a convex arc surface, and an end surface of the second protruding portion facing the cover plate is a convex arc surface.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor casing, a threaded mounting portion is disposed inside the terminal box, and the cover plate is fixed to the threaded mounting portion.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor housing, the second terminal box side plate is provided at an outer side thereof with a plurality of fasteners for fixing the sensor terminal box.
In an exemplary embodiment of the motor casing, the first casing flange further has a first connection portion, the first protrusion is connected to the first connection portion, and the first connection portion is provided with a plurality of first ventilation holes; the second shell flange is also provided with a second connecting part, the second protruding part is connected with the second connecting part, and the second connecting part is provided with a plurality of second ventilation holes.
The invention also provides a motor which comprises any one of the motor shells.
In an exemplary embodiment of the electric machine, the electric machine is a pure electric machine for vehicles.
In the motor shell and the motor with the motor shell, the first shell flange and the second shell flange of the motor shell replace part of steel plates of the junction box, and gaps between the first shell flange and the junction box and between the second shell flange and the junction box are zero, so that the axial length of the motor shell is reduced to a greater extent, the size of the whole motor can be reduced, and the requirement of an electric automobile on size miniaturization of the motor is met.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail by referring to the following examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a motor casing according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the motor casing shown in fig. 1 in another direction, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a motor casing 10 of the embodiment includes a body 11, a first casing flange 12, a second casing flange 13, a first terminal box side plate 14, and a second terminal box side plate 15, where the body 11 is a hollow structure and has a first end 111 and a second end 112 opposite to the first end 111.
The first housing flange 12 is fixed to the first end 111, and the first housing flange 12 has a first protrusion 121, and the first protrusion 121 extends along a radial direction of the body 11. The second housing flange 13 is fixed to the second end 112, and the second housing flange 13 has a second protrusion 131, and the second protrusion 131 extends along the radial direction of the body 11 and is opposite to the first protrusion 121.
The first terminal block side plate 14 is fixedly connected between the first projecting portion 121 and the second projecting portion 131. The second terminal box side plate 15 is fixedly connected between the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 131, and is disposed opposite to the first terminal box side plate 14, and the first protrusion 121, the second protrusion 131, the first terminal box side plate 14, and the second terminal box side plate 15 form the terminal box 16.
More specifically, the body 11 is substantially a hollow cylinder. The first housing flange 12 further has a first connection portion 122, and the first protrusion 121 is connected to the first connection portion 122. The first connecting portion 122 is substantially annular, a plurality of first ventilation holes 123 are formed in the first connecting portion 122, the first ventilation holes 123 allow cooling air flow in the power supply to pass through, wherein the first ventilation holes 123 adjacent to the first protruding portions 121 are communicated with the inside of the junction box 16 and are used for cables in the power supply to pass through, and the cables in the power supply enter the junction box 16 from the bottom of one side of the junction box 16 after passing through the first ventilation holes 123.
It should be noted that, in order to minimize the longitudinal (i.e. radial) dimension of the motor, the inner diameter of the motor housing 10 and the outer diameter of the stator inside the motor are substantially the same, resulting in the interior of the housing being completely occupied by the stator, whereas in this embodiment, the first ventilation hole 123 adjacent to the first protrusion 121 communicates with the interior of the terminal box 16, and the cables inside the motor can enter the terminal box 16 from the bottom of the terminal box 16 side through the first ventilation hole 123. Therefore, the wire outlet mode is beneficial to reducing the size of the motor to the maximum extent.
The second protrusion 131 of the second housing flange 13 has a through hole 133, and the cable inside the junction box 16 passes through the through hole 133 to be connected to an external cable. The external cable is a cable of a controller of the motor, and the controller is arranged outside the junction box 16. The second housing flange 13 further has a second connection portion 132, and the second protrusion 131 is connected to the second connection portion 132. The second connecting portion 132 is substantially annular, and the second connecting portion 132 is formed with a plurality of second ventilation holes 134, and the second ventilation holes 134 are configured to allow cooling air in the power supply to pass through.
The first terminal box side plate 14 and the second terminal box side plate 15 are rectangular plate-shaped structures, the outer side of the second terminal box side plate 15 is further provided with a plurality of fasteners 151, and the fasteners 151 are used for fixing the sensor terminal box, namely, a sensor terminal box can be installed on one side of the terminal box 16 according to actual requirements.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a motor according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3, the junction box 16 includes a cover plate 161, and it should be noted that an end surface of the first protrusion 121 facing the cover plate 161 is a convex arc surface, and an end surface of the second protrusion 131 facing the cover plate 161 is a convex arc surface. Screw mounting portions 162 are provided at four corners of the inner side of terminal box 16, and cover plate 161 is fixed to screw mounting portions 162 by fasteners. The cover plate 161 covers and is fixed to the first protrusion 121, the second protrusion 131, the first terminal box side plate 14, and the second terminal box side plate 15. When the cover plate 161 is installed, a sealing gasket is arranged between the cover plate 161 and the first protruding part 121, the second protruding part 131 and the first junction box side plate 14 and the second junction box side plate 15, because the end surface of the first protruding part 121 and the end surface of the second protruding part 131 are cambered surfaces, the pre-tightening force between the cover plate 161 and the sealing gasket and the cambered surfaces acts on the fastener, so that the locking effect of the fastener is better, the cover plate 161 is more attached to the first junction box side plate 14 and the second junction box side plate 15, and external dust can be prevented from entering the motor.
The motor casing 10 further includes mounting plates 17, and the mounting plates 17 are fixed to both sides of the body 11. The mounting plate 17 is used for mounting the motor on the electric vehicle.
In the motor casing 10 of the present invention, two side plates of the terminal box 16 are integrally formed on the first casing flange 12 and the second casing flange 13, respectively, that is, the terminal box 16 is at a zero distance from the first casing flange 12 to the second casing flange 13, so that the axial length of the motor casing 10 can be reduced as small as possible while meeting the requirements of creepage distance and electrical clearance, and the problem that the motor casing is limited by the size of the terminal box is effectively solved while ensuring that the appearance is not greatly changed.
Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of the motor shown in fig. 3 in another direction, fig. 5 is a schematic perspective sectional view of the motor shown in fig. 3, please refer to fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 3, the present invention further provides a motor 20, the motor 20 is a pure electric motor for a vehicle, and includes the motor housing 10, the motor 20 further includes a first bearing seat 22, a second bearing seat 23, a first bearing 24, a coupling 25, a second bearing 26, a rotating shaft 27, a rotor 28 and a stator 29, the first bearing seat 22 and the second bearing seat 23 are respectively covered on two ends of the motor housing 10, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, the first bearing seat 22 is fixedly connected with the first connecting portion 122 of the first housing flange 12, and the second bearing seat 23 is fixedly connected with the second connecting portion 132 of the second housing flange 13. The first bearing 24 is sleeved on one end of the rotating shaft 27 and is located outside the second bearing seat 23.
The coupler 25 and the second bearing 26 are both sleeved at one end of the rotating shaft 27 opposite to the first bearing 24, the coupler 25 is located outside the first bearing seat 22, and the second bearing 26 is located between the first bearing seat 22 and the first housing flange 12. The outer ring of the coupling 25 is provided with a tooth 251, a sensor is arranged beside the tooth 251, the sensor can know the number of turns of the coupling 25 rotating in unit time through sensing the tooth 251, and transmits the information to the controller, so that the controller can control the rotating speed of the motor 20.
The rotor 28 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 27 and can rotate along with the rotating shaft 27. The stator 29 is fixed in the motor housing 10 and is located outside the rotor 28.
When being applied to motor 20 with motor housing 10, for prior art, satisfying under the condition of the same creepage distance and electric clearance, motor housing 10's axial length is less to can reduce the size of motor, satisfy electric automobile to the miniaturized demand of motor size.
The motor casing and the motor with the motor casing at least have the following advantages:
1. in the motor shell and the motor with the motor shell, the first shell flange and the second shell flange of the motor shell replace part of steel plates of the junction box, and gaps between the first shell flange and the junction box and between the second shell flange and the junction box are zero, so that the axial length of the motor shell is reduced to a greater extent, the size of the whole motor can be reduced, and the requirement of an electric automobile on size miniaturization of the motor is met.
2. In an embodiment of the motor casing and the motor having the motor casing of the present invention, in the terminal box, the second protrusion is provided with a through hole, by means of which a cable in the terminal box can be connected with a cable of an external controller, and the terminal box and the controller are separately provided, which is beneficial to reducing the axial length of the motor casing.
3. In an embodiment of the motor casing and the motor having the motor casing of the present invention, the first connection portion of the first casing flange is provided with a plurality of first ventilation holes, wherein the first ventilation holes adjacent to the first protrusion are also used for passing cables in the power supply, and the cables in the motor enter the junction box from the bottom of the junction box after passing through the first ventilation holes.
4. In an embodiment of the motor casing and the motor having the motor casing of the present invention, a fastener is disposed on an outer side of the second terminal box side plate of the terminal box, the fastener is used for fixing the sensor terminal box, and the arrangement of the sensor terminal box does not increase the axial length of the motor casing.
5. In an embodiment of the motor casing and the motor having the motor casing, when the end surface of the first protruding portion facing the cover plate is a convex arc surface, the end surface of the second protruding portion facing the cover plate is a convex arc surface, and the cover plate is covered and fixed on the first protruding portion, the second protruding portion, the first junction box side plate and the second junction box side plate, the sealing gasket is arranged below the cover plate, and pre-tightening force among the cover plate, the sealing gasket and the arc surface acts on the fastener, so that the locking effect of the fastener is better, the cover plate is more attached to the first junction box side plate and the second junction box side plate, and external dust can be prevented from entering the motor.

1. Motor casing (10), characterized by comprising:
a body (11), the body (11) being of a hollow-like structure having a first end (111) and a second end (112) opposite the first end (111);
a first housing flange (12) secured to the first end (111), the first housing flange (12) having a first protrusion (121);
a second housing flange (13) secured to the second end (112), the second housing flange (13) having a second protrusion (131), the second protrusion (131) being disposed opposite the first protrusion (121);
a first terminal box side plate (14) fixedly connected between the first protrusion (121) and the second protrusion (131); and
a second junction box side plate (15) fixedly connected between the first protruding portion (121) and the second protruding portion (131) and arranged opposite to the first junction box side plate (14), wherein the first protruding portion (121), the second protruding portion (131), the first junction box side plate (14) and the second junction box side plate (15) form a junction box (16);
the first case flange (12) is further provided with a first connecting part (122), the first protruding part (121) is connected with the first connecting part (122), and the first connecting part (122) is provided with a plurality of first vent holes (123);
the first ventilation hole (123) adjacent to the first bulge (121) is communicated with the inside of the junction box (16), so that cables in the motor can enter the junction box (16) from the bottom of one side of the junction box (16) through the first ventilation hole (123).
2. The motor housing (10) of claim 1, further comprising:

7. The motor housing (10) according to claim 1, wherein the second terminal box side plate (15) is provided at an outer side thereof with a plurality of fasteners (151), the fasteners (151) being used to fix the sensor terminal box.

The motor housing (10) according to claim 1, wherein the first housing flange (12) further has a first connecting portion (122), the first protrusion (121) is connected to the first connecting portion (122), and the first connecting portion (122) has a plurality of first ventilation holes (123); the second shell flange (13) is also provided with a second connecting part (132), the second protruding part (131) is connected with the second connecting part (132), and the second connecting part (132) is provided with a plurality of second ventilation holes (134).
9. Electric machine (20), characterized in that it comprises a machine housing (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The motor of claim 9, wherein the motor is a pure electric motor for a vehicle.
